$23k Damage on a Tesla Model S. Impossible to tell its ever been worked on. The repair took a very long time because the Ins co was slow and then Tesla was slow getting parts delivered. But Parkwood did an excellent job. Great bunch of guys who work very hard to please and get r done properly. Highly recommend Parkwood for Tesla work, they typically have a dozen Teslas in there.

They are absolutely wonderful!!! Starting from outstanding customer service by Shawn, professionalism, commitment to excellence and honesty are all found there. The job they did on my son’s car was impeccable... better than the car was before. Their follow up every step of the way was much appreciated . They certainly won a customer for life! Al Moncaleano up front was fantastic at drop off and pickup. It was all coordinated through the other person’s insurance who hit me, I didn’t have to worry about anything. The exterior damage was fully fixed and you can’t even tell where or what happened! There was an issue that occurred on the interior and where most shops would say we didn’t do it and offer nothing, Eric and team offered to replace it. Outstanding service in itself and I will suggest everyone I know to go here because of that act alone. I showed up at 5:45pm and asked if the part was in and Al personally went and checked if it arrived, it did, and installed it himself instead of asking me to come back at 7am when most of the crew was there. 10/10 recommend this stand up company!

Shawn and the crew here are skilled, knowledgeable, and honest. I had my Ruby Red Lincoln repaired for a mirror and door painting from a hit and run incident and the repairs were done quickly and pristine. Good to know there are places like you around!!!

So I ended up in an accident and Sean here at Parkwood Collsion was so helpful from the start. While my insurance was a little slow, Sean was there at every step and even helped me understand the process. They started out strong... but slowly circled the drain. Took way too long to repair simple issues. Drove my car around town at 95 mph - logged on my vehicle app. Returned the vehicle with almost zero charge.

Al Moncaleano in the front office is such a great guy with top tier customer service. My insurance wanted me to use a competitor that only wanted to do the minimal amount of work. Parkwood works with all insurance companies and few people know that they have the choice to choose. It is very well worth the time to get an estimate from Parkwood. You will not regret it. Most Insurance companies will send you to their preferred vendor not letting you know the law is that you have the choice to use whom ever you want. I will continue to use them for years to come. I just recently worked with Parkwood Collision, specifically Eric Tempel and they did an outstanding job . Eric was extremely knowledgable, personable and understanding of my situation. The quote was VERY reasonable compared to what the dealership wanted to charge, and the turnaround time was quick . The whole process was painless, as I had different people dropping off and picking up my car because I was not available to do so - so I really appreciated their flexibility when it came to that . I had to return my lease in one week and procrastinated getting several things fixed on it til the last minute . They were able to fix my broken carbon fiber through out the interior of the vehicle, all 4 of my rims, and take care of a decent sized dent ( plus all scratches ) in the timeframe that I requested which was huge so that I was able to get car back in time. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs done ! Great group of people and quality service.

Another great experience at Parkwood Collision! These guys are courteous and professional and definitely do great work. No matter what kind of car, what year, what condition... you bring them, they treat it like its a rolls royce. The entire process was smooth and without frustration. They handled all the repairs, communicated with the insurance when needed and delivered the vehicle fully repaired when promised. I hope I dont have to deal with any accidents for a while, but when I do, its nice to know I have a trusted partner for any future repairs.

Let me just start off by saying how amazing the customer service is at Parkwood. They did a fantastic job at repairing my Tesla and my car is now back to perfect condition. Al kept in touch with me through out the entire repair process. He let me know when the parts were ordered, the time frame for parts delivery and the time frame for the repairs. My car was towed there on January 30th and I picked her up on February 13th! I am thrilled with the quality workmanship and I highly recommend their service!! They even plugged her in and had her charged up for me when I arrived. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Brought my Tesla here for service after being rear ended. Had to wait months for the repairs, and the rear window started leaking water after the repairs were done.The customer service was not bad, but it always felt like they were overwhelmed and I didnt feel like they really tried to provide great service.I would not recommend anyone to bring their Tesla here to be repaired.

Let me just start by saying best experience ever!I made a silly mistake and managed to damage my driver door, nothing serious, but certainly annoying and I wanted it fixed. The shop is close and with all the great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I stopped by and was helped immediately. It took all of 5 minutes to get an estimate and I was extremely happy with what I received. I was given two prices, one if no parts were needed, another if parts were, and again, both numbers were better than expected.I made and appointment to come back and was quoted a day if no parts were needed, two if they got in there and had to order new parts and paint them.I arrived at the scheduled time and they started work on my vehicle before I even left the premises; I was very impressed. Shortly after lunch I got the call my vehicle was ready, as many have stated, even faster than expected.The result was perfect and the price was exactly what I was quoted; WOW!Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional. I ran into a couple of the technicians and was greeted with a sincere good morning and a smile. I know it doesnt sound like much, but its not what Id typically expect and it made an impression. The entire facility was clean and organized and set the tone for what would be a great experience.Trying to chose a shop, especially for an elective repair, can be nerve-racking, even for someone like me who usually works on their own vehicles. I could not be more please than I am with the result, the price, and the time they took.Bottom line, I highly recommend this shop! Thanks for a great job!

Shawn was extremely helpful and efficient, even during Christmas week. The price they charged for repairs was fair. I holed up in the 5th Street Cafe to get some work done, which is about a 0.2 mi walk (4 minutes). Got a quick estimate on December 18th. Parts came in just before Christmas and I dropped my car off in the morning on the 26th around 930 and they had my car ready by noon. Very quick, quality work. Definitely will be back if I ever need body work done in dfw. Highly recommend Shawn and his team at Parkwood Collision to anyone!

Took my Tesla in after an accident with a ladder falling on the fender. While it was there I had them repair repair a scratch on the rear bumper. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and they said it would be about a week. Got a call Friday afternoon that they had completed my car soon than expected. Went and picked it up and received my car looking better than it did the day I bought it, inside and out. This is the only shop I will use and recommend. This is a certified Tesla Body repair shop. They repaired my Model S hood, looking like a brand new, didnt have to wait 7 months to get the hood replaced, not sure if thats really true from what the Progressive insurance appraiser told me.But the body shop really did a wonderful job with the repair and the paint work.I cam home and discovered some scratches and uneven surface noticed under my garage lighting next morning, I did not hesitate to contact the bodysbop about it. Eric, who was the service rep at the shop was very polite and helpful, and asked me to bring it back and they will fix/buff the issue.I went in next day, got it all buffed up, and came out like a brand new car.Any human work can be imperfect, but how they handled the customer service was just too perfect!I highly recommend this bodyshop, especially to all my Tesla friends out there.
