Impressed with the professionalism and eagerness to help!I initially walked in with a quality issue on an online order and was greeted by Alejandro. He was able to resolve my issue with out a beat and even helped me get the item back to fossil without me asking. He went above and beyond and I left with a nice replacement bag for my wife. I will revisit the store for my future fossil purchases again and again after this wonderful experience!

Horrible customer service, the employees were very snooty and “too cool for school”especially Alex. I felt like I was being racially profiled the whole time I was in the store. Would rather shop online before ever walking into this location again.

Love the store, and the staff are friendly... maybe a little too friendly though. I was asked 5 times by 3 different staff if I needed help on finding anything. After they would stare at me as I looked around, then give comments and tell me about every product I grabbed, touched, or even looked at.

The man who waited on me was great. He helped me find what I was looking for and even gave a discount. My bad rating is because the two females who were working, swore constantly the entire time I shopped. F this and f that, etc. I find this to be unprofessional. Went there twice to get my watch resize and was in and out within minutes. Super friendly and they dont pressure you into purchasing more than what you came for. Everyone there was very helpful and knew everything I had to know about their smart watches.

Worst experience ever I been buying watches from fossil for ever and today this lady didnt want to help me with and exchange she was rude and at all time told me to go to where I bought it and let them people help me. Really disappointed

Horrible experience with there “smartwatches”. My wife kept having issues with it so we took it back first time. They made me pay more to exchange when they know they have had issues in the past. But they said we don’t know what causes it so there is no support. This last time was the last straw they were only going to do a partial return and they were going to keep the new watch they exchanged. I got upset and just told the cashier to not do a thing and just put my stuff in a bag. I left very upset that this company is yet to fix these issues and I’m sure more people will get robbed trying to get there product.

I stopped by the store last weekend to get a new battery for one of my Fossil watches. Diego greeted me and told me he could replace it right then while I waited. While he was working on my watch I asked him about a sale watch I had been eyeing on the website. He said they didnt have that style in the store but showed me another style with the same color band so I could see if I liked the color, and gave me an idea of what size the watch face was. He also told me that if I ordered the watch through the store I would get free shipping and also wouldnt have to pay for the battery replacement on the watch I brought in. That saved me $10 plus tax. There was also a code for an extra 20% off on the sale watch. I ordered the watch at a great price and got a free battery. Thanks Diego!!

Brand new watch was broken out of box. Roid-raging muscle-head manager was extremely unhelpful, rude, discourteous, and aggressive.

Id rate it higher but everything is made small. Clothes, watches, bracelets, all of it... Made for tiny people. Lol.
