Man oh man! I was definitely not expecting all the attentiveness and great customer service. I recently went with a friend to get a pedicure and the whole experience was much better than going to a regular nail shop. I loved the extra perks: robes, lockers, slippers, etc.They also did a great job with the actual pedicure. My only concern was that the scrub was dry and rough. During the exfoliating phase with the scrub my legs actually got really red and it hurt. I probably should have said something but I was a little shy. Besides this tiny detail (that could easily be corrected) everything was above and beyond.I will be back soon to try more of their services!

Love Woodhouse! Every staff member is attentive and professional. I have been several times and always have a phenomenal experience. Glo gives the best massages. Kathleen gives the most relaxing facials with such care. Kimberly pats such attention to detail on nails. Love this place beyond 5 stars! What a great way to celebrate my bday!

Recently booked the Woodhouse Baybrook as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. He stated that the massage was cool but the “quiet” area had several loud and intoxicated women, so he could not relax. I was shocked to hear this as I have frequented several Woodhouse locations and have never had this issue. I was kind of disappointed, as the whole point of booking Woodhouse was for relaxation. Probably won’t return.

Got a facial by Aisha- she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything with detail about my facial. Cant wait to go back.

This experience is truly next level and the amount of professionalism the staff upholds is truly what makes the experience by far the best. I was walking around the mall finding a place that does waxing. Being a Normal dude looking for something that would fit me in last minute was the real challenge. Anyways I walked in here not knowing what this place was. I was greeted and was complemented on my attire. That was pretty cool. So I went through the services and found waxing. I needed my eyebrows waxed because it looked like a Caterpillar lived on my forehead. The lovely lady who booked my service was amazing she took me on a tour of the establishment, and was extremely cordial regarding me being a first time client! Truly amazing, I was then told that with the waxing I would be given a complementary beverage and snacks. I was hyped, so I just got fruit snacks and a water I’m still a child inside. I was then told my services would be a little longer of a wait. No problem I don’t mind waiting this place is top tier. I was offered a bath robe as well to help with the relaxation process as well. That what’s really through me off guard. ALL OF THIS FOR A EYEBROW WAXING. I declined the offer and just hung out in the quiet room are my fruit snacks and drank my fancy water. Still hyped I was told my eyebrow waxing would be a lot sooner. I was walked to the area where I was going to have my services. I was greeted and the waxing took place. When I laying down I notice the table was heated that was honestly insane. I got my eyebrows done and felt extremely “extra” after the whole entire encounter. I booked a facial and I can’t be more excited about it. 11/10This place rules.

Slip into your robe before visiting the quiet room, no matter what service you receive, the quiet room is a little oasis to sip your drinks, whether wine, beer, tea, water, or a soda.Services Ive received: manicure, pedicure, massage, and facial. Each service is professionally done, your service tech walks you through everything. I love that they use products that are better for you. You can purchase any of their products that they use from their little shop too.I cannot rave about the spa enough. Definitely not a place for a quick trip, although once you enjoy this slice of heaven, youll never want to leave!

This was the best experience. I usually go to the Woodhouse off Louetta but Baybrooks customer service and extras are the best. There attention to detail and the little things made me feel so appreciated as a customer. First, when I arrived the hostess was super nice, she showed me my locker where they had taken the time to write my name on, there was a delicious piece of chocolate waiting in my locker, and then when I left I received small gift bag because it was my first time at that location. Thats not it though....just this week I received a handwritten thank you card from them. I live all the way in Kingwood but Im willing to make that drive to feel so appreciated

Wow! Gorgeous Spa and Great experience!As soon as my husband and I walked in to celebrate our 11 year anniversary, we were treated with the best care! The staff is very tentative and kind. The spa arranged a lunch for us in the intimate quiet room, where we were alone. We started with a champagne and whiskey and got to relax before eating.We chose the couples service... a pedicure, facial, and massage. Everything was perfection. Friendly happy staff greeted us with each service. I especially enjoyed my massage with Carolyn. She is the only masseuse I’ve ever had that has given me the pressure I need. She is so knowledgeable in treating people with pain. It was amazing!This is the above and beyond part...Later that evening, when my husband and I opened up our bill at dinner, there was a gift card to the restaurant and a note from Evelyn (the owner of Woodhouse Day Spa). Her staff must have remembered where we said we were going to dinner and told her. We were floored by the thoughtful surprise!!I will forever be a customer here!

I love coming here and literally spending the whole day. On my first visit they had a little sign with my name written on my locker and a little chocolate. They have a great customer service pay attention to the little details.Sarah did an excellent job with my Swedish massage. It was the best we just massage I had ever had. She use constant pressure and I felt extremely relieved after. They have great add ons to the massages.They also have a great gift shop with the perfect gifts.

My regular nail place usually has no problem taking me as a walk in, but I assume due to lifted covid restrictions, they were busier than usual and couldnt see me for a mani pedi for several hours, so I decided to see if the Woodhouse Day Spa would do a walk in, and much to my surprise, they had an opening right then. The pedicure was absolutely fantastic, and Kimberly was awesome. All of the employees I interacted with were super friendly, and the whole place is so relaxing. I already booked a follow up pedicure, and will definitely be using their other services in the future.

Had the best surprise spa day ever! My husband and best friend planned a girls spa day for her and I and it was fantastic! From the time we walked in to the time we walked out the staff was wonderful. We arrived at 10am and didn’t leave until 2pm. Massage, Facial and Pedicure were all 5 star! Definitely can not wait to go back!

I have tried several spas in Houston. This one is new and nice and my services were good. The bummer for me is the Location. I didnt research enough and didnt know it was at an extremely busy mall. I wouldnt have booked if I knew that due to parking and walking there. Quiet room wasnt quiet and it was packed. No social distancing here and in the small locker/changing room area. Good, not great- no wow factor for me.

I have been to this location twice now and it only gets better. You are spoiled from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. The quality of service from the techs are top level; the facials, massages, scrubs, and nail care. Their attention to detail regarding your needs is unmatched. HIGHLY recommend.

OMG. The bath...A must

This was the BEST spa experience I’ve ever had in my life! The staff were true stewards and took care of me the whole time. This was my first massage since COVID-19 started so I didn’t know what to expect but I was quickly put at easy when I noticed the strategically placed hand sanitizer stations and the face masks worn by the staff. The spa required everyone to sign a COVID-19 waiver and the masseuse, Sarah, washed her hands both before and after the massage. My whole experience was planned and personalized to make me feel welcomed and important. My lounge area had a cute little name plate that was personalized and the owner, Evelyn, even popped in to welcome me and make sure that I had everything I needed. I had a 50 minute Swedish massage and the masseuse (Sarah Nace) was amazing! Sarah’s massage had a seamless flow that helped keep me in a relaxed-carefree state and her pressure was PERFECT. I lost track of all time and worry once I walked into the door of Woodhouse Baybrook and that’s true relaxation!
