One of the smoothest custom orders I have ever placed. I worked closely with Sheley and she was very attentive, answered all of my questions and got my order taken care of immediately. I had a very tight deadline to meet and she worked with me every step of the way to make sure my items were delivered when I needed them. I will be calling Sheley and this Custom Ink branch for all future orders!

Great customer service. Sometimes you just don’t know what to ask for or need but Alonzo gave me so much information and ideas. He genuinely want to help you get exactly what you need for you booster club, business, etc.

Alonzo Coleman was all anyone could need as far as being the best salesperson. I was very excited when I learned that custom ink had a store from in the Houston area. I decided to get some shirts made for my tennis team. The process of setting my appointment went smoothly, especially because it was the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Alonzo and asked to sit at the design station. Right away I was blown away at the level of safety that was taken. During this pandemic safety is highly important no matter what establishment I go to, and to have my own computer with plexiglass dividing me and Alonzo, I felt completely safe. We spent several hours working on the design and I never felt rushed even after making hundreds of changes. It was a one on one session, which I also liked because this limited distractions of other customers. I received my shirts on time and they look AMAZING. Being able to see and touch the merchandise was so helpful during the design process. I will definitely work with Custom Ink again on my next project.
