My first time at this place recently, searching for cheap containers to grow veggies indoors. Someone named Catherine, working there that day, not only greeted me but educated me on the safety measures of growing food in cheap containers. She alone has won me over as a new customer. This attention to customer service is becoming extinct. Kudos to the management here. Thanks Catherine!

Always convenient but most recently dimly lit & merchandise not quite shelved. Oddly, not 1 soda in the cold case. I always find what I am looking for - except for soda on this trip. Not so pleasant to shop lately. Hope it improves.

Best Dollar Tree in my area....I dont care if I do have to go out of my way. They have so much more than the ones in Pearland and so clean and Organized!

While there was a lot of opportunity on the shelves as this was a post Houston storm visit. The experience was outstanding!!! For the first time ever. A cashier greeted me as I entered the store. The store itself was very clean and organized. As I approached the checkout area. A departing cashier ACTUALLY TURNED AROUND AND REOPENED HER REGISTER!!! These things never happen in a Dollar Tree. This store is special 🙂

I’m an avid Dollar Tree shopper and crafter. I have been to every Dollar Tree in the area and when I see a dollar tree while vacationing, I just have to stop to go look. This one is by far THE cleanest, most well-organized, and well-stocked Dollar Trees I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They recognize me and my kids whenever we come in. They’re always quick to say hello and have a conversation before we head out the door.Be sure to stop by and see this store for yourself!

I really like this Dollar Tree.The store is always clean, the employees are friendly and helpful. They keep things well stocked and there is always a very good variety to choose from.There is one another on 518 but I prefer this one. If you dont fond what you came for you will definitely leave with something else you need.

Great place to find small craft trinkets for our churchs boys and girls group. Great selection and not cheap looking. We purchased upwards of 55 items from a painting craft, coloring craft, hardback books and magic towels. This place is very clean also.

We like to go here to get small gifts for the kids (Easter, road trips, etc.). Its always clean, well-stocked, and staffed with friendly employees.

Stopped by this location tonight and they were shutting down a few minutes before 8 (according to my iPhone). I desperately needed reading glasses and the manager graciously reopened the doors and allowed me to purchase them. THANK YOU.

Young lady at checkout very nice and friendly. Prompt to ask if I needed help. I would have given them a 5 but 2 other ladies were ignoring me and when I asked for help one of them said to just wait until I get this drawer out. I was still waiting for a few minutes when the young lady that checked me out came and offered to help.

Had what I was looking for and I didnt have to ask for assistance in finding it.

Went in to get balloons for a birthday. The associate, who goes by the nick name of JJ was very rude and unprofessional and did not want to help with filling up of the balloons. Associate also claimed that she was the store manager but was not. The other associate that was there was very nice and apologetic of JJ’s behavior. Overall I am very disappointed by the employees actions and attitudes. If you do not want to help customers then please do not work in a retail store.

David, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help me locate some hard to find items. He called another local store and had them hold their last 3 in stock for me. DAVID, THANK YOU! You are great at your job and Dollar Tree is lucky to have you.

This Dollar Store is pretty good compared to some of the more run down ones in Dallas. Theyre well stocked and the staff was friendly. 4 stars b/c of the pandering in the parking lot, they need to get some cops to run those people off, we wont come back if were hassled to try and buy stuff.

Love to shop at this store, great prices $1.00.;-) Usally well stocked but the restroom isnt as clean as it should be and last Saturday it was just disgusting! I waited in line behind a customer blowing up her own balloons while manager complained but did it anyways. So after 30+ minutes of waiting patiently (while being ignored by manager) he finally asked what I needed. After showing him the bag of balloons I needed (bought at their store) he said they wouldn’t do it. But you just blew up balloons purchased elsewhere?Horrible experience. What a waste of time. Sure, balloons may seem cheap but time is money. Go across the street to Kroger for balloons.

I would like to warn women about a man that has a windshield repair company at Baywood plaza in fromt of dollar store, he repaired my windshield, and he reached into my car and grabbed my private area, he is an older man with gray hair, and blue eyes, I reported him to chevron corporate, they responded quickly and removed him, now he just moved 2 ft down in front of the dollar store, I called Baywood plaza and the owner told me he is rentingFrom him and that he’s not going g to remove him off property he was very rude, some said he’s an older Muslim man that does not respect women, I recorded him and he did not care what happen to me, he said don’t call him again I respected that and did not call him again, my concern is he could do it again and get away with it, I hope that people just keep an eye out for him, it’s a yellow van and tent, Valero gas station told me the owner is in prison so I could not get ahold of him
