Just an overall wonderful experience!!! Tiffany was my stylist and she was just amazing! She took time to get to know my family and I and really worked with me on what I was looking for. The same day I went in for my first ever wedding dress appointment, was the same day we were able to find the most perfect and beautiful dress for the wedding. Everyone was so friendly and really helped made the whole experience a really pleasant one! I would definitely recommend that you go here to shop for the wedding dress of your dreams, especially for a reasonable price! They also have various other wedding day accessories such as tiaras and veils which can help complete your overall look!

This was my first stop for my wedding dress shopping. I had no clue on what I wanted or what style would look good on me. Allison was amazing throughout! She was kind enough to be patient in figuring out my taste and the details I would want in my wedding dress. I did not expect to find my dress on my first visit itself. Hadn’t tried on many dresses and as an older bride was not sure what if anything was going to look good on me but she managed to find an a line dress with a high neckline, pockets, elegant lacing on the back, and beautiful train that was just perfect for me. Can not wait to wear the dress on my wedding day.

Celeste helped us today. At first my sister was upset because we just came from David’s Bridal near Baybrook and they didn’t allow us to walk in and look. They basically sent us away. I remembered Impressions and never walked into the store but we wanted to see what dresses they have. Celeste was AMAZING. There are not enough words to compliment her. She attended my sister and all her needs. She gave us great input and advice on the dresses my sister was trying on. My sister left the same day with a dress in hand. I will definitely be coming to get my wedding dress when it is time for me to get married, and I hope Celeste is still there when I decide to go shopping!

Kaylee was amazing!!! My sister came to Impression bridal thinking she would try on a few and get an idea for what she likes. She tried on 4 dresses, each one she liked more than the last. And all 4 were GORGEOUS. Kaylee was able to look at my sisters body type and listen to my sisters vision and she produced 4 perfect dresses. Spot on. The manager is also very kind and personable. I have to admit Im a bit of a reluctant bride. I was very nervous and had my heart set on a wedding dress online.My finance was the one that push me into reaching out to the bridal shops in my area to make sure that was what I wanted before purchasing the dress online.I had a previous appointment at a different bridal shop that cancel on me due to my budget and my size. So I scramble to make sure that I had an appointment since my Mother and sister was visiting to help me look.So as I was waiting for them, Tori was assigned to me my bridal stylist. She asked me a ton of questions that I thought was mostly to help ease me into the process. But she really took those details to find the perfect dress for me.I spent two hours looking through all of the options that Tori brought me and she continue to listen to each little details that I mention on the each dress that I like.It was the final dress after hours spend in heels (Im so out of practice of wearing heels XD) that she brought me my dress. It was perfect and everything that I ask for and secretly wanted.This dress help make me feel ready to get married and its all thanks to Toris tireless efforts.So if youre looking for a place to get the dress you want and have people work with you to get that vision. Then come to Impressions and get Tori, she was amazing.

This was the second Impression Bridal salon I have visited. The first time I went to the one in the Galleria area and was not impressed at all. I had just the absolute worst visit of any salon I have been to, so I was hesitant to visit this one but spur of the moment, I called and they were able to get me in. I am so glad that I did!!!! I had Katherine as my stylist. I had a super complex idea of what I wanted in my head and she did so well trying to find something that fit what I want in my dress. Working to fit all of my needs, with my super weird skin complexion and My body size. After finding the dress I really want, Kayla, the manager there, worked trying to find out whether my perfect dress could be ordered the way I wanted it to be. I just had the absolute best salon experience!!!!

I just found my perfect wedding dress here! I couldnt have done it without the help of my stylist Tori. She was so sweet and helpful. She really took the time to listen to my needs, what I liked, and disliked. Not only did she help work around my body dysmorphia and anxiety by talking things through and joking with me, she had me and my bridal party all crying at the perfect dress after trying just 4! It was a great experience and I could tell she genuinely wanted to see me leave happy.

As mother of the groom, I was very impressed with the high quality of dresses at Impressions in Baybrook. Tori was very helpful in finding my style of dress and of giving feedback and suggestions. Note to owner: There were not enough dresses with sleeves. Surprisingly Dillards has many elegant, beaded formals with sleeves for same price as Impressions.

Went to look for a MOB dress, and Allison was so kind, patient, and helpful. My mom’s English is not the best, and because of it she’s very shy, but Allison made her feel so comfortable and beautiful in her options. The quality of the dresses were stunning, and the process was seamless. There were other consultants there, but I 10/10 recommend scheduling your appointment with Allison.

I went to Davids Bridal off of El Dorado, not far from this location. After about 30 minutes there and trying on a couple dresses, I was asked to cancel my appointment because the Davids Bridal consultant was too busy for me and wanted to help other people. I was dismissed and left feeling crushed.. It was supposed to be a dream of a day, but I was treated like garbage. My best friend told me to try Impression Bridal Baybrook and my experience was night and day. I was greeted warmly and treated like an absolute princess! Tori was my consultant and she listened to everything I wanted. And although I felt a little picky, she found my dream dress! Tori, I wish there was a way I could repay you for making me feel so beautiful. You helped me get back the confidence and self esteem I lost at Davids Bridal. Youre a saint! *virtual hugs*

I’m definitely a more “alternative” bride and have been treated unfairly at places before because I’m heavily tattooed. I had an awesome experience at Impression Bridal and my stylist Tori was a complete doll. She made me feel very special and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I fell in love with the most gorgeous BLACK lace dress of my dreams. Not getting my dress on time was a fear because it’s getting so close to our wedding date but she took care of everything including a couple custom ideas that I had my heart set on. I left the store feeling amazing and I can’t wait for my fiancé to see me in my beautiful dress in October!

This is a great place, one stop shop! The staff is amazing, the options are endless. You get the best fitting and selection here. They have a great mirrored area to see all angles of the dresses. Highly recommend, we have used them for prom and weddings.

I went to Impressions Bridal the week of my wedding. I let them know I needed a dress that I could walk out of the store with the same day and they made it happen for me! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I felt like they really wanted to help me find the perfect dress for my special day. My stylist (Katherine Raines) was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable while trying to find the perfect dress. She listened to what I said and chose beautiful gowns for me to try on. Not crazy about this place. I went once shopping for a bridesmaids dress and then a second time for a prom dress... both times I dont like having to sign- in and wait for someone to assist me and walk with me.. I prefer to be able to walk in, look around, and THEN if I need help I will love to have the assistant help me. I mean, their purpose is kind, but its not my thing

I had a great experience with Olivia. I was stuck between 2 dresses and she helped me make the right decision. The dresses here are really affordable but you also still get the full experience, they really made me feel like I mattered to them. I definitely recommend going here! As a side note, I also loved their music selections in the store.

We were so pleasantly surprised with Impressions Bridal in the Baybrook area. My mom, sister and I (bride) came amidst COVID for my wedding dress, and we felt safe the entire time. Plenty of space, not many people in the store, masks required, very clean.There were a huge selection of dresses, much more than I was expecting. My stylist, Tori, was amazing at navigating the store the taking feedback. She asked me for all my honest opinions, noted some ideas and came back with so many great dress options in our 2-hour appointment. This was my first (and only!) bridal appointment so Tori took the time to get to know me and made it important that I try different styles and designs. Somehow Tori managed to find a dress that had all of the things I loved about the other dresses, and it was perfect! She was so helpful in filling out the contract and getting everything finalized for my dress. Better yet, they have seamstresses in house for alterations. Highly recommend Tori at Impressions!

Shopping experience: 5 star. Gracie was amazing. She kept things light and funny, and helped me to find the perfect dress! My mom, friends and I had a great time at our appointment. The price was also very good.Seamstress experience: 3 stars. I brought the dress home to have my mom practice bustling, and a few of the buttons fell off. My mom also found a spot where the dress had been modified but the seam wasn’t finished. If it weren’t for her keen attention to detail and ability to fix it, my dress would have fallen apart on my wedding day. The high cost of modifications did not match the quality.Bottom line- get your dress here but get it tailored somewhere else!

A really big selection of dresses here to fit most price ranges but their scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. They kept scheduling my daughters bridal stylist with other brides, overlapping my daughters appointments. Although my daughter had an appt with her original stylist, she usually had to use someone new each time because her stylist was already helping another bride to be. We did end up with a very beautiful dress tho.

I SAID YES TO MY DRESS TODAY!!!! From booking my appointment to when I bought my dress, the service was amazing. The ladies were welcoming when me and my bridal party walked in. My stylist Fay was amazing, very knowledgeable and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, as we all know it can be. Fay was incredibly sweet, she was determined to find me the right dress, she brought back different styles from the get go and narrowed it down to what I really wanted. I love that they have a mini interview with you, to get an idea of what you’re looking for. They did allow 2 people back with you, with masks of course. I had an extra person and they spread them out to where they all felt included. The dresses I saw and tried on were mainly Ivory, the fit and feel of the dresses are better quality. The prices vary, you can definitely find what you’re looking for here. I just ordered my dress so I do not know how much or how well the alterations are going to be. I’m very excited about my dress and I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day. Thank you Impressions and especially Fay for making this an amazing experience.

It was very very disappointed in the stylist because she ignored and was not attentive to questions nor wanted be there helping. On a number of occasions stood around walked off and stayed on the computer getting or looking up other appointments that she had the worst experience she also did nothing about the busted at the seams dresses that we went and and got for my daughter to try on the worst experience for me on the other hand my family which was with us doesn’t know better on how to be treated. Me on the other hand I know better when I see it and that wasn’t it so no stars

I purchased my wedding dress today and the experience was beyond great. Katherine succeeded in putting together my ideas to find the perfect dress and she was amazingly sweet, caring, and patient. She truly put all her energy and time into my appointments and thanks to her I will feel both comfortable and beautiful on my wedding day. Everybody else at the store is very friendly too. Alison lended a hand in the process and her bright smile kept me feeling confident and welcome.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This place! I have been three different times!! And each time was just as amazing! The last time I went, I got my prom dress! And Grace helped me!! GRACE IS OUTSTANDING! She is the best! She helped me with so many dresses! And pulled so many dresses out for me. Y’all need to go here! For sure!! My dress was originally $485 and they helped me out and I got my dress for $285! They were great! So nice! And Grace was amazing!

This was a first stop shop. I was assisted by Gabby and she is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her! I let Gabby know exactly what I was looking for in a dress and she put together the dress of my dreams. The entire staff made my experience better than I could have dreamed. I said yes to the the dress!!! 🙌🥰

Covid has made the whole bridal experience so stressful, but when I made my appointment at impression bridal they made the process so easy. Bel was my stylist and she was SO sweet and so helpful. My fiancé and I decided to elope in November so that left a very short amount of time to find a dress. Bel helped me look through so many dresses until I finally found the one. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for your dream dress.

I highly recommend Impression Bridal. They have so many gorgeous dresses. My stylist was Bel and she was AMAZING! She was so nice and patient. Bel picked out so many different styles for me. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was a wonderful experience and she helped me say yes to the my dress!

The dress was nice and they were very kind throughout the whole process but the alterations were terrible They did the thing where I hook my dress up during the reception so it wont drag everywhere But the entire wedding it kept falling off because it wasnt sturdy In every video of my wedding theres someone there trying to fix my dress Its pathetic okay theyre nice and all but the whole point is to have a smooth wedding and I wish I went with someone else.

Such a great experience! I went in not thinking I would find my dress the first place I looked but I did. They had sooo many dresses to pick from. My stylist Katherine was the absolute best. She was sweet, patient with me trying on the same ones a million times once I narrowed it down lol and super knowledgeable. I told her what I wanted and she knew just what to grab. I’m so excited!

Impression blows Davids Bridal out of the water! Ive had nothing but terrible experience at Davids Bridal. My friend and I made an appointment at Impression Bridal so I could try on bridesmaid dresses (after a terrible experience at Davids). Katherine was our stylist and she was incredible! She was so accommodating and didnt rush us! I didnt even pick out one dress she picked all the selections I tried on. I would recommend Impression and especially Katherine!!

I went to several stores in search of the perfect gown for my budget. I had a very specific style in mind but had the hardest time finding a bridal shop that could accommodate what I was looking for with the amount of money I had allotted to spend. Olivia was my stylist. She was patient, experienced and just a ton of fun to play “dress up” with. She made me feel completely comfortable and really captured the vision for what I had for that special dress! She found the perfect wedding dress for me and I’m just so excited to show it off on the big day! This store had the best variety for the best value hands down throughout all the clear lake and Houston area. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for Olivia! I’m so glad I decided to call and make an appointment while driving by the Baybrook mall location.

Impressions Baybrook provided excellent customer service and a very nice selection of gowns. Unfortunately, the facilities are in desperate need of an update or I would have rated them 5*. My stylist, Bel, was so helpful and she is able to pull together a complete look rather than just the gown alone. She was able to bring all the perfect accessories together and always had ideas to improve the look. Katherine also helped me on one occasion and she was awesome as well!

The Bsybrook store was awesome. Fay was a true blessed. I had tried on 10 other dresses at another store. All beautiful but none fit my theme wedding. Also the other lady kept trying to push me into every dress, not listening to my ideas and even talked me into putting a deposit on a dress I didnt feel. Fay however was so patient, listened to me and even sent me pics of dresses she had pulled for our next visit. Never made me feel crazy even though I felt I was being to picky. She was truly the best and never once did I feel uncomfortable or pushed. I found a beautiful dress that gave me those tears you hear about. I cant thank her enough for all her hard work. She made a very stressful thing so much easier for me.
