This business is great. My Dads windshield was cracked on the highway from Corpus to SA and instantly had a 10-12in crack. We went to Safelite, and they didnt even look at the windshield. They simply started if the crack was longer than a dollar bill, they wouldnt repair. So, we drove to Pats on and were greater by Anthony. He repaired the crack - stopped it from running further and filled in the crack, which made it hardly noticeable. We sat in the car as the repair was completed, which only took 15 minutes. The repair came with a one year warranty. We were extremely satisfied with the service and repair!

The only place that does not suggest right away the total replacement of the windscreen. Quick and effective. I am happy with the service. Thank you

Theyre nice and friendly; easy to work with, but they dont get the job done. Due to crazy bad luck, I ended up with more than one chip in my windshield in a few days span. I went to them twice and both chips are spreading a few months later. Meanwhile, the third chip (told you - bad luck) I ended up being able to get to Safelite. Their repair was nearly invisible and hasnt budget a millimeter. Its cool that theyre available and easy to work with, but if they dont get the job done, theres not much point. Its better than nothing if another glass place isnt available, but that will only buy you a little time.

It was a quick experience and the people were nice. It was about a third the price of replacing the windshield.It looks a little better but whats most important is it wont get any bigger and they have a year warranty on the work, so thats nice.

Had a rock chip my windshield yesterday on the highway, was looking for places open Sunday and was glad to stumble upon this location off Ingram Mall. My technician was Juan G. and assisted with the claim process with no hassle and insurance covered the repair 100%. Juan repaired the chip completely within 15 minutes as promised. Excellent attention to detail and utmost professionalism was present in my experience with this business and highly recommend.

Pulled up and was greeted right away. Very friendly and takes pride in quality work. Had a chip/crack combo on the corner edge of the windshield and learned something new. Since it is on the edge, there is a greater chance for the window to crack and have to be replaced. That was not the case and I am very satisfied with the service I received. I definitely will be going back anytime I get hit up with the flying rocks lol!!

Very impressed with their repair. My windshield crack was about 9 inches but did not want to replace the entire windshield at this time. They were able to drill and seal the crack and it is now virtually unnoticeable. Very good service as well.

I use the location off of 1604 and Potranco in the HEB parking lot. Exactly as I expected excellent! I have used them before also at the location at Ingram Park Mall. I wish everything could be this simple.

The crack was not fixed and you can still see the crack/chip in the windshield. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Even thounit was not fixed I was still charged. The paperwork I signed said if it could not be fixed I would not be charged.

Montana was super great and kind fixed me right up and made my windshild crystal clear once again. If I didnt feel comfortable with patco repair I wouldnt have brought my 4th car to them. Trust is an issue and they have it with me. If your insurance is good and current then you have no problemos with payment all is free with that and who I ask who. Dosent. Like free!?!?
