I was in Target last Saturday and my cashier was a young man named Kevaughn at register 6. He was so professional, and polite. He checked me out quickly and efficiently with such a calm, positive and friendly personality.

Shopping at Target is always a pleasure. Every store, (and I have been to many), offers a clean and bright shopping experience. Items are well stocked & easy to find. The Target team is friendly & helpful, and on the rare occasion Im unable to locate something, they will in most cases take me directly to the item(s).

The store was clean, Im always greeted nicely at the door, and the checkout was very quick and painless!

As I was shopping I stopped to ask Ashley some questions to see if she can help me find a few items, I once worked at target and I knew she was in fulfillment. I understand her job is not easy and she has limited time to help but she did a wonderful job on pointing me in the right direction. Thank you Ashley!!

Less and less registers open lately, much slower checkout, and it doesnt seem much training is provided abut how to pack groceries so items arent smashed or damaged.Also, the Target Circle app rarely saves me any money anymore, and that app was a big reason why I would go to Target over Cub or Aldi. I spend several minutes on the app looking for savings before doing weekly shopping and there is rarely anything relevant anymore to make it worth the time.

Never will I walk through the door of Target again.I wanted 1 pound of oven roast turkey from the deli. They have pre-packaged this in 6 to 10 ounce packages that you can grab and go. If you want 16 ounces thats were the trouble starts. You will wait and wait to have a Target deli professional help. Ordering a pound of oven roast turkey is not so easy. The staff must intimate you for such a ridiculous request, they seem to have hundreds of different flavors of oven roast turkey. The fine example of Target mentality clerk has to shuffle out in front if the the display case and hammer away on all the flavors of turkey that are available. And as I point out again, clearly, that my goal was specifically oven roast turkey, not one of the unlimited selection of flavored turkey. That evidently was the signal to hammer away with even more enthusiasm.An unfortunate experience for the customer, but the Target trained clerk won the battle.I won the war. I didnt expect to need to battle with the deli clerk today. The good news is that will NEVER happen again. There is no foreseeable circumstance that I can imagine that I would ever return to ANY Target.There is nothing that Target has that I cant get many other places.

Edited review: downgrade to 3 stars. Cashier refused to honor price match policy. Walmart is less expensive.

The woman who checked me out was incredibly friendly. It was one of the best experiences I have experienced at the Fridley Target store. I went to do some grocery shopping and had not realized the store closed at 10. She was very patient and kind while she processed my transaction. It was 10:00 when I arrived at checkout. I was very surprised and pleased that she did not rush or make me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I really wish that I remembered her name!Thank you!

Newly remodeled mid size Target store. Very clean and friendly staff. Has a decent selection in the grocerie section and decent selection across the store. Has a Starbucks, CVS clinic, optical and a minute clinic as well. Easy access to the store as well.

I was literally at this Target at self checkout and witnessed Kathy being extremely rude to a customer and threatened to fight the customer but said she’s lucky she’s at work! Kathy has horrible customer service and something needs to be done

I normally love this target but yesterday went shopping here and didnt realize the milk I bought was a week expired 🤢🤮

They keep the store clean and organized, and the staff there is always very friendly!

We’ve started dreading coming here. I should have known this trip wouldn’t be any better after seeing they didn’t even know what lemons are (See first picture). These specifics are from just ONE recent visit, but the problems here are problematic. They are always out of items that require you stop at someplace else. “Target Run”? More like a frustrating slog. First, they didn’t have jalapenos, so I had to search the produce/grocery section for at least three minutes to find someone I could talk to. Guy stocking meat ran in back and came out with box I could grab some from a few minutes later. Take a look at that sad milk selection (photo #2). Couldn’t find anyone on floor to ask. Walked over to a kiosk for help, but it was out of order. Finally ran after a red shirt and she disappeared in the back for several minutes to find what I needed. These two employees were excellent and went out of their way to help. I really appreciate that, but even they were saying they don’t have the staff to do everything. All management seems to do is stand around the check out lanes (Of which only are few are ever open. Self check-out always has 2-3 out of order.) chatting with each other while the lines get ever longer. The aisles are junked up with sales displays as well. Target is becoming our last resort instead of a first choice.

Update 3 - as per usual, this target did not have what i needed while ALL the surrounding targets had the items i needed. had to make another target run 😒update 2 - came in to pick up a bag of sun chips. looked up and down chip aisle and saw none of them in the usual spot. passed by red shirt and asked if he had any back stock of them. he looked at me and pointed to the aisle i just came from. rude. then i insisted that he lead me to where it would be and gave me the stare as he was trying to finish up his taskupdate - this store is still constantly out of various grocery items. seems the people at the home office no longer look at their metrics for this location. they cant seem to figure out the 101s of supply/demand.i constantly have things left unchecked on my daily shopping list and would have to drive to another location or competitorthis is one of the worst targets of the north suburbs. during spring 20 covid lockdown, they hardly ever have disinfectant wipes for guests for shoppers. theyre still constantly out of stock in essentials that nearby stores are in ample of such as water, paper towels, toilet tissues, wipes. during busy periods there are little guidance to manage long lines, especially during early lockdown weeks, making an unpleasant shopping experience.

Great Target, probably my favorite. I like how COVID precautions are taken well here and people seem to social distance. Staff are friendly and will greet you on your way out.

I was missing items and received someone elses bag of groceries. I called customer service & and was disconnected/hung up on 3 times. I returned and swapped out the groceries, but was still missing a 1lb of hamburger in my new bag. I called again to see if they could cancel the item off of the order & was disconnected/hung up on again. I called one last time & asked to speak with a manager whos solution was for me to try to cancel it on the app, which didnt work. It shouldnt take an hour on the phone to try to resolve an issue this small. And the issue is Still unresolved because their staff couldnt figure out how to fix it. Pretty ridiculous.

Ease of on line ordering with quick response acknowledging my order. Quick response on filling then on line notification, ready for pick up. Store onsite staff was uniformed, easy to recognize, knowledgeable of my needs, addressed me by name. Super experience.

Great Target. Love the layout compared to other Targets Ive been to. It just got done with a remodel so everything looks fresh and fancy. I suppose the only thing that feels kind of weird is having the coffee shop on the opposite side it usually is. I have to imagine that theyre losing business because of it. Not many people go to that side of the Target.

Started to get real frustrated with this store. From 6pm to closing where mostly I go to buy stuff, things are out of stock. So many general items like milk, eggs, deli bread. Complained few times already.They are hiring young kids for stocking who have no sense of responsibility. Girl lied on my face that they are out of stock on bread. When I asked for manager she told me to hold on and got me the bread. Lazy to put it outside. Happend so many times.

This location is hit and miss with drive-up orders. There’s been some horrendous experiences.But there’s been an equal amount of great experiences. And sometimes TARGET, literally TARGET is cheaper than everywhere else for items I get. The deals are amazing recently. This location and Target in general have definitely been stepping up their game.

This Target has gone downhill. It takes over an hour just to get someone to answer their phone. And when you do reach someone, good luck ever reaching the department that you need. Youll sit for almost an hour on hold.Theyre also usually out of stock in every item that my family needs.

The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the managers in this store have always gone above and beyond. I was even able to have a birthday celebration for my son at this Target a couple of years ago.

The staff is always so friendly at this location! ...Despite being super busy most of the time. I received wonderful assistance from Tari (I think?! I hope?!) this evening. My pickup order had the wrong pants, and she went back through the store TWICE to get the correct pair (and then size) hahaha. She was so kind, polite and happy! Even cracked in a good joke at the end! I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel it’s important to acknowledge those who treat others with kindness and work hard.

Cleaner than the one im used to. staff seems a little busy at times but they are polite. area is clean and parking lot is well kept.

This location was very diligent about cleaning the self-checkout areas and registers at the beginning of COVID. However, I’ve noticed that no one cleans the checkout areas nor the carts/baskets anymore. Multiple employees wear facial shields but with no masks underneath. By all means, continue shopping here as long as you disinfect everything you touch yourself. This Target is not working hard enough to protect their employees and customers from contracting COVID.

Agree with the other reviewers about wrong prices at this Target. Normally I love Target but this one has incorrect prices literally every time I go, and so I feel I need to take pictures of the prices of everything I put in my cart so I can get the correct prices at checkout! Then at checkout they just give me the lower price and I am sure they never investigate and fix the errors. Items sometimes have one price on the shelf, a different price on the cartwheel app, and a 3rd, different price at the register. FIX THE PRICES PLEASE! This is a colossal waste of your customers time and money -- ripping people off with shady/lazy pricing.(Pic - sale price more expensive than regular price)

It’s a fine Super Target as far as Super Target goes. Never had a single problem. But one reason that this Target really stands out is because of its outstanding parking lot design. Intuitive, in and out with no hassle or confusion.

Truly one of the most amicable, cordial staff members from any retail store, as well as an even more professional and down to earth management team. The cashiers are a treat to talk to (shout out to cashier Scott for always been fun to chat with) and I sometimes even lose track of time shopping at the check lanes since I get so engrossed in the friendly conversations I get caught up in with the cashiers. Sometimes I even go there to shop just to brighten my day since the cashiers always manage to make my day more enlivened and joyful with excellent customer service and enthusiasm for their job ive never seen in any retail store.The only flaw of the store, and this is kinda a big flaw, is that the store NEVER answers every time I try calling! A few days ago I tried calling the electronics department and even after 3 different calls no one answered. Still, the customer service here is so exemplary I dont think it would be fair to give this store anything less than a 5 even if it can get frustrating waiting for them to answer

The pharmacy is a joke. I know its a tough time so hopefully this message helps get more help. I wont ever fill my prescription at a target. They just dont know how to meet basic expectations at the momemt.

Target cashier have one job, thats to take your money and put the groceries in a bag. But apparently thats too hard to do. The cashier who checked me out tossed all my yogurt in the bag and then tossed the sushi I bought on top of that. He didnt even tried to pack so the sushi sit on top. I guess it was hard to get up from the stool and do the job right that you are getting paid for.

The customer service is impeccable. I have not seen a chain store treat customers as guests quite like Target. Thank you.

My experience was with the tech department. Would give a 0 star if it was an option. Me and my wife went there to purchase new phones and switch carriers, started off with the employee not knowing what phones they had. He went to the back found phones he told us he didn’t have. Next we went to port our numbers told us the problem was our home address was non existing I typed in the address my self. New problem was Verizon wasn’t letting them port the number. Showed him the text message that Verizon knew and no action needed to be done on our part to have the number released. Then our account was suspended on at&t and we would have to find out why on our own. After a total of 2 hrs and not getting even the first number converted I asked for my money back and to cancel everything. During that 2 hrs the employee asked his coworker to take over 3 times because he wanted to go on break. After I got my money back I called Verizon to see if everything was ok. They had not canceled the port request so they got at&t on the line and I had too do that also. Not only will I never use target mobile they have ruined at&t as well. I see why they don’t have Verizon as an option anymore I wouldn’t want my company being represented by target tech either!

I just have to give this Target a shout out because their staff is amazing! I was just there today and one of the employees helped me get a sweater that I really wanted but the only one left was on a mannequin. She helped track someone down to get it for me without seeming at all put out by the request. I wish I would have gotten their names ! Last week I also over heard one employee telling another how much of a hard worker he was and that he appreciated it! Most everyone there always has a smile on their face is always willing to help out. You guys Rock!

Over the past 4 times of stopping at Target for a few groceries I now have to comment about a troublesome problem. I have noticed that this store seems to run totally out of one gallon cartons of the Ultra-Pasturized Half and Half. Why cant you keep this product in stock?

I have been here 2:20 hours after my appointment it is the worst warehouse I have ever seen since I have started trucking business.

The past couple orders have not have several items available that I ordered. Even after the order was picked up the website showed them available.

I found what I was looking for and the store was clean and clutter free.

I keep hoping this Target would get it together. But everytime I come in, they are out of stock of what I need. Today I ordered online and did the pickup... 3 hours later and Im still waiting for them to process my order. Ridiculous. I tried calling customer service and it hung up on me twice. This Target needs to get it together.

New womens plus size undergarments-finally Target is recognizing plus size women!!! And clothing options for plus size women have improved!

I was very frustrated at trying to find items on my list today. My list had less than a dozen items on it and I was in the store for over an hour when I finally gave up and went home. Never did find the face masks that were advertised and on Target Circle, even though I used the instore ipad which gave me the location of the item.

This store is outstanding. It is well stocked and the staff are extraordinary. Their prices are very realistic. Recommended!!

Nice clean store, like the remodel

I love this place, I have only had one bad time my whole million of times coming here and that was when I purchased donuts like I always do and the girl in the self check out was all over my back like I didn’t know where the button was for 1 dozen donuts, not a good feeling. However the twins in the bakery are so amazing that even that one little incident won’t stop me from coming here again. The twins in the Bakery are wonderful, helpful, kind, courteous, and always have smiles on their faces, glad Target has them on their team, Kudos!!!

I ordered items for pick up and they were extremely lazy and careless with the bagging. They placed 12 pounds of beverages like Gatorade & Vitamin Water into one single shopping bag. Guess what happened? The bag ripped and my merchandise fell. I am not happy with the service I received.

I used to go to this target one or more times per week for the past 8 years. Since they have done their remodel, every trip Ive taken there I cannot find what I need, or it is not in stock. The location is very convenient for me, but it is not convenient to shop there and then have to go somewhere else to get the rest of the items I need. I understand things have moved around since the remodel so maybe I cant find them, but there is really no excuse to be out of stock of so many items so frequently! How disappointing!

At the request of a survey I took about my experience at this store tonight, I am filling out this google review.Tonight I purchased 18 items. 2 listed the wrong prices- cottage cheese and batteries. To Target’s credit they honored the improperly labeled price. 5 of my items are cheaper at a competitor. Again, target granted me my price match.Because only 61% of my items had no pricing issues, this translates to 3 stars out of 5.Target, please make sure your prices are labeled properly and keep your prices better in line with your competitors. This will save me and your employees a lot of time in the check out line.Update may 28, 2019: I was about to buy cupcakes for my students. But then the wrong labeled price omen struck. The cupcakes on the bottom row by checkout look like they are 2 for $6.50. Unfortunately, they are actually $4.29 each. Instead of buying this product and having to plead my case again for another mislabeled price like I did on my previous visit, I chose a different item.Target, please fix your pricing labels. This makes my shopping experience confusing and more stressful. This is why I reduced my rating to 2 stars.

Found what I needed and more. Love the red bucket shelfs they had set up next to the reg. I had my 4 year granddaughter with me and stopped by the bakery. She got her free samples. So happy kiddo. I did have an issue at self check out. But before I could call for help the team member was there to help. Helpful kid. Will shop here again.

This review is especially for the bakery: YOU GUYS ROCK!! I had a special order of cupcakes for my nieces graduation. They worked with me and were patient while I tried to explain what it was I was looking for. Not only did they get the decorations to look fantastic, the cupcakes were delicious! Big hit at the graduation party and everyone was surprised they were from Target. Thank you again, ladies.

There are no recycling bins. There should be some in the eating area for starters, but there is not. You can do better target...

I went in looking for a specific item and asked a staff member what where I could find it. Every member of the team seemed lost when I described the item.. I kept being told to go to different places and the online site said there were 5 in stock, so I know it was in the store somewhere ..... I decided to wander around anyways and found what I was looking for IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION THEY TOLD ME TO LOOK.The store itself is very clean and orderly, the staff are probably confused about the locations though because people keep moving stuff where it doesnt make sense so they can accommodate the remodel. Honestly, if they hadnt just done the remodel, I would have given a lower rating for customer experience with staff, and lack of staff in the grocery dpt. Since they were all busy filling shelves today and working hard to make improvements I give a 4 star rating because I am sure this store will make a quick recovery once the remodeling and moving things is done.

I asked an employee for a kitchen trashcan that the online inventory said they had 4 of. She then took 15 mins of looking in the back to tell me that someone probably bought all 4 of them. Bad customer service.

Most employees are helpful and friendly, and its easy to find what you need, even after their recent Apple-ized remodel.Be aware of your surroundings when shopping later after dark, because some seedy characters hang out in the lot sometimes.

I love Target! This particular Target can be hit or miss customer service wise sometimes though, but the good out weighs the bad for the most part. I enjoy the variety of items and the wonderful Target deals on a weekly basis.

I just want to say that I have never been treated so kindly and professionally as i was treated today at this Target Store by Peter the Manager !! He was extremely helpful / patient /kind, and knowledgeable about product finding and placing an order for the item right there in the store. I had been to 4 Target Stores looking for these WonderShop sheets and ONLY PETER took the time to really help me and get the item ordered and shipped directly to my home. WAY TO GO PETER !!! you deserve the management position and then some. You, Peter, have renewed my faith in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Great target, kinda annoying that they hover over you in the self check out area when there are already cameras. Or ask you a million times if you need help when I clearly dont.

This is my favorite Target store. It has the best selection of merchandise, very friendly staff, people that help you find things and/or share information about products. This Target is like my home away from home.

I go here weekly, almost more than that sometimes and about 25% of the time when I need time locate something I cant find somebody to help or they are rude. The rest of the time I cant find a person or the are very happy to help and look up the item in their scanner to see if they have it and take me to the aisle. Its either impressive service or the make them feel like they shouldnt be here service, lol. But most times its exceptional

I can shop there without the restriction of having to wear a mask.What I dont appreciate is not being able to try on clothes. I had to purchase several items, sizes, come home to try them on. Then drive back to return & get credit back on my credit card for items that Im not keeping. Very inconvenient.Honestly, there is no reason why the dressing rooms cant be open.I also dont understand if you want social distancing, why you have only 1 access door to use vs using both entrances. I have always done that. I LOVE TARGET. I was born and raised in mn. I have a son in Maryland and they love target he said he wished there stores looked like ours I said give it time. My other son lives in New York city and they love the farely new target there,and the PRICES my daughter also lives in mn and that is where she shops. Target is the BEST

I am very disappointed in your store. Your store never has anything stocked. Everytime I go there your shelves are empty. Went to pick up a few things on my lunch hour and couldnt find anything with how the store is rearranged. I tried to pick up puppy chow for our puppy and none on the shelf. I will never go there again and also tell everyone I know not to go there.

I shop at this target on springbrook road and everyone is so helpful and welcoming.

Shopping online and pickup was very easy.

99% OF THE TIME THE PRODUCT IS IN STOCK ON THE SHELF. STAFF IS ALWAYS PLEASANT TO INTERACT WITH AND NEVER GRUMPY.
