Jose is the manager and treats people like garbage. I was recently fired off one sided facts of he said she said things. It doesnt matter how hard you work or how you show up on time, get your hours in and work done. They claim to care about employees but its the exact opposite. I do not recommend this job to anyone. They hire people that dont know any better so they can push them around. Sounds immature but if you work here or been here youd see this place isnt as great as you think. Unless youre a driver picking for your company. I would not recommend anyone coming here or trying to turn your life around and be stable making a paycheck here. Youd be better across the street from them at the ERI. This place does not care for employees when they work in a warehouse 15 plus degrees hotter inside than outside. Also get mad when you get water to hydrate yourself. They also make up numbers when they dont meet quota. They falsify numbers and blame the workers when they get caught. Jose is notorious for these things. Jose does not care for any workers and very disrespectful to all of them. Doesnt matter how much oil youre covered in. He will treat you like dirt, make up numbers. Then get mad when he gets caught and takes it out on employees. Do not work here or do business with them. Save yourself the headache.

Hey i sue this compay and settled out of court but got a letter if i wanted to join another law suit and won its just got kicked out of my parent house and know homeless i hope they didnt cashed it or if any help of info on the lawer that when to court and won i will reward you nicely

Very poor management, they do not treat employees fairly and equally. They hire you saying that is hourly wages but once your in, they will push you to work by piece work. They always demand. They wrongfully terminate people. They abuse workers. If you ever wonder why they are hiring all the time I am giving you part of the answers. I worked there and I know. if you ever apply here just BE AWARE!!!!Apparently they follow protocol but they do NOT. Besides poor management they are also corrupted, there is so much to say about AMWARE Pallets/ Symbia logistics. We do report those issues to HR at Symbia logistics And they dont do anything to fix all the wrong to things they do, and that affects employees. Management do not want to spend money to fix or give maintenance to the equipment so they also put employees at risk all the time. A forklift driver (who quit recently) was driving a forklift with no brakes at all. I wouldnt even finish saying everything I witnessed and experienced in this company. This is only part of what its going there. Management always looking to blame others for their mistakes and Symbia Logistics knows this and do nothing about it.

Worse job I ever had. Machines stay broken down. Subtle racism. Doesnt gives raises. No room to grow. Overall horrible. People quit everyday.

It is a job that treats you worse than an animal. Where they hire you with an hourly wage. But already being inside under repair. They treat you like a slave. They bring you in like they pay you like its by contract.They do not care about the safety of the employees rather they care about all their machinery. Even knowing the mannager that. The pistols.
