I get so frustrated whenever I come to this location in the morning and the owner randomly has it closed. My business mailbox is here, and I set time aside, during the Postal Annex’s business hours, to drive over here to check my mail, but then I end up waiting in my car for 30-45 min waiting for the lady to return and open up the door. DO NOT rent a mailbox here. This is probably the 6th time I’ve had this experience in the past year of renting a mailbox here. Driving here during business hours is a gamble, at best, because even though Google and the door sign say it is open from 7:30 am- 6 pm, you might be disappointed when you arrive and see that note taped on the door that says they are actually closed for the next hour. I hope your car has decent AC. I don’t like my time being wasted, and this business has done this consistently.

I had two packages that I dropped off together, I printed my shipping label from home. When I walked in I was instructed to leave my packages on the counter since I was dropping off and already had a label. My packages were not scanned & I did not receive a receipt. A week passed and I noticed only one of my packages was sent out & the other package was never scanned in or out after I dropped it off. So I went back to talk to them about it & the owner did not care one bit, gave me a generic answer that everyday everything gets sent out, so it was sent out. So I’m just out of luck and $$ because they don’t scan or track anything & I can’t even prove that I dropped it off. I would not trust this place/owner, kind of suspicious, Especially after reading other reviews. FYI this is my first time ever leaving a review but I feel it was needed

Have been doing business there for 20 yrs and have great service and the women who runs it is fabulous, she knows her stuff.

We have had this service for over a year. I am very satisfied with all their services! We have had our regular mail box broken into in our neighborhood sooo many times,the post office doesnt do anything about it. They notify you when pkgs arrive too. I recommend the Postal Annex.we have never had a problem with them.

Do not drop off packages here they will keep them or lose them, I droped off a return and was not given any kind of receipt and pretty much after this don’t know what they did with my package it was never scanned or sent out, will be contacting the BBB

Was not wearing a mask and walked right up to us. Also allowed unmasked people inside. Were still in a pandemic! Even if youre vaccinated, you could still be a carrier and get people sick. Never coming again.

I have used there serves for past few years. Love to sometimes just go and browse in store. So warm and inspirational. I think the customer service is awesome.

All I will say is that Carleen was so rude. I was treated poorly for absolutely no reason. I’ve never had a problem with any other girl. Regardless, I didn’t demonstrate any disrespect despite her attitude but I surely will never go back again so long as she is there. I’m not willing to have my day ruined again by a woman like her.

Everyone there is so awesome, always helping others. Been there for many years! Great people! Greet as the door rings. Never had a problem.

I took a package into this branch. I had an item I was sending back for an exchange, I was met at the door with Carleen she was a little late opening up the store, she took the package from and told me she will take care of the package for me. I explained to her the package was not taped and she told me shell take care of it. She left her keys hanging at the door so I took them off the lock and took it back to her and told her she forgot her keys. Fast forward. The vendor received the package but the item was missing. I contacted the Postal Annex branch and was greeted on the phone with Carleen, she remembered me and our interaction. I asked her if my package was sent or if she might have accidentally drop my item and had sent an empty box. She immediately became defensive and rude. I told her I am not pointing fingers at anyone I just wanted to know if she had taped up my package like she said she would and sent my item. She told me that I never informed her the box needed to be taped up, and I explained to her that I clearly told her that the box needed to be taped up when she met me at the door. Again she denied knowing the box needed to be taped. I told her that she was acting shady since our interaction that day and her words to me now is completely different. She hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable and rude. If Carleen really is the owner and manager of this place she should be ashamed of herself. I wasnt mad or even suspecting anyone of wrong doing. She got defensive and aggressive over the phone with me. I would stay clear of this place. Trust me this is one place you dont want to give your business to.

I was looking to send a package to Central America and I did ask for a tracking number when I think is the owner came out and told me with a tone very strong: We dont tracking mail in Mexico my answer was Do I look like Mexican?. I feel she was racist assuming everybody with brown skin is Mexican with all respect to my Mexican Family. I used to drop off my mail all the time here but I wont come back anymore.

I love the people that work here. I have been getting mail with them for 4 years and the still greet me every time i come in and are very pleasant. Deffinantely recommend for mail but also the other services they offer.

Have had a mail box there for a little over a year. The staff are welcoming and polite. I LOVE that I get emails when a package arrives! I also go in regularly to drop off a lot of mail (1,000+ letters at a time). I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a mail box with a good street address.

I have used this Postal Annex several times for mailing items and LiveScan printing. They have ALWAYS been knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I really feel like these ladies go above and beyond to assist you in whatever ways they can. The facility is always clean and orderly, has a good atmosphere, and the ladies are VERY friendly. I come here for all my mail and packaging needs and will continue to come back!

I echo the sentiments of other commenters here regarding the excellent customer service I receive whenever I ship packages from this location. The gals here really make the process so seamless and painless, theyre great.

Website and hours posted on door state that they open on 9am on Saturdays. Its 9:10 and no one is here. it might be a good idea to have the calls forwarded from your business to a cell phone in order to communicate with customers who are waiting outside.

Very friendly customer service. I go here every time even though its a tad farther than the one around the corner from it. This location seems to be cheaper too! The one on Herndon & Milburn in the Savemart shopping center was way overpriced and their people skills arehorrible. Ill always be a loyal customer to this location as long as I am in the area. This location also has cutr stuff to buy too- cards, signs, decor, trinkets, etc.

The lady working the front desk was clueless at this location. Tried explaining to her about the postman scanning the bar code when he came. Long story short I had to wait a whole week longer than I should. Going somewhere else next time .

Rude stuff. And service over price. Bad service. Not again.

Ive rented a PO box from them for several years and used both their mailing and notary services several times. They have always been extremely competent, helpful and friendly.

A friend needed a p.o.box. we called around and found the figarden branch had the size box we needed AND though they wre closing, they waited until we got there.we were greeted by two friendly female employees. our visit was great.

Overcharge for anything mailed and they are pretty clueless.
