Location is convenient, nice stocked store. I needed to create a shipment so I waited for my turn, the clerk was so rude and acted like he was doing you a favor by helping you, older gentleman named Mike W, or something like that. I was using an account and had to get the addresses from my phone and he just had a bad attitude, asking me to spell every single word and when I did it before he prompt me he got all serious and told me it wasn’t necessary. Was like, what???? You asked me first to do it then you don’t want me to?Definitely bad experience and will avoid this location in the future.

The location is great, 💯. However being a previous station ops manager I know that having your bulk at door open in Fresno is an ultimate no no. Bye bye packages!!!

The Senior Citizen employee Mike is a detriment to your company. He is the opposite of everything a shipping company requires. Speed, efficiency and good customer service skills.I would gladly replace him as an employee tomorrow in order to provide a service level that is needed in that store. Ive dealt with and seen this guy be rude, slow and uncaring of packges multiple times. Mike is an absolute problem for your customers in this location regularly.Also if your location closes at 6, youre open till six. His first words to us and two others was we close in 3 minutes. No hello, friendlyness etc. You fake it till 6. Youre open till 6. Thats that Mike

This company is trash! Every delivery date gets moved. They are the worst company in the business, the post office would be a better option and we all know they are super trash!

Dont drop packages off in the drop box in hopes of them actually being shipped out the same day. Even if its before the cut off and it says that pickup hasnt occurred. Dont trust it! And, theyre no help at all when you want answers as to why its not done.

Terrible service service! I was litterly at the door at 5:59 pm carrying several large packages that were all ready labeled just needed to be dropped off for shipping. The employee saw me walking up the sidewalk hands full of packages and they locked the door. I thought she was coming to help open door not lock it!!! Shame on this place!!!

Plenty of machinery, print and go service is half baked. Staff was nice and helpful, management was condesending.

The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful!!! Very clean store as well. I have never had an issue with them.

I like this place. When I am having printer issues or dont have a scanner, this is my go-to place. I really like how clean and tidy it is. I see there are comments about customer service....if you go during their busy times you wont get helped as much (how can they?). But I have always gotten great help, they even have great paper you can buy by the sheet!!

Service is pretty slow here. It would be better if they had more staff members working.

Did everything I asked and more. Customer service is out the roof. Very convenient, clean and friendly office.

Never had a bad experience here. Always great friendly customer service. Items are a little over priced but great when sending last minute cards or other little things.

If I could rate no stars I would. Horrible customer service, they laughed at me when I was asking questions and refused to help. My husband came in afterward and they were intimidated by him so they became quiet. Where i work they would never tolerate it if our employees talked to customers that way. I also contacted customer service and filed a complaint against a few specific employees who were beyond rude and should not have a job anywhere where theres other people. Been a customer for years, so sad how the staff has changed.

They were very helpful, I had to have some papers faxed before 11 p.m. and I was having all kinds of trouble. One of the guys their helped me get it going but I didnt have the final sheet. So he ran it again for me and found out I was missing 14 pages. He stayed open for me and finished it right. This may have saved my job.

Well organized place, and I like the birthday cards that they have there, as they tend to be different.

Service isnt so bad here, they helped me when I needed assistance. They didnt help right away but helped out.

I used to like the store when it was Kinkos. Some employees are nice but some are just rude. I do not come often but when I do something always happens most of the times I go here. I simply needed a print off of my email and i was having trouble at the self serve so i walked up to the counter. The guy who helped me was at a computer with one of the girls and from the minute i approached the counter she gave me ugly looks. The guy was very friendly (thin white male). the girl was in the back the whole time just starring really ugly at me. just before i walked away she turned to another of the employees and seemed as if she was criticizing me with the other girl who had just walked up near her, she was laughing very rudly and loud. Unfortunately i didnt really catch her name, i remember it started with a Y.. Yapiya or something like that i seemed to read on her name tag which seemed to also say IN TRAINING. How can somebody be in training and be so rude when im to somebody they arent even helping. Next time i will probably drive extra and go to the clovis store.

Sloppy service had to correct address 6 times before gets its right even its all written in good hand writing, people should at age of retirement otherwise business can get sloppy and give bad impression no offense

Julian a clerk turned away an old man just needing one copy at this location. Way to go of the treatment of our elderly people. So rude. The store was not even busy. Now we know why
