Great shop with helpful and knowledgeable folks. Harry was very informative about my horn and the service was 2 days for having the slide trued on my King 3B tenor trombone. I have heard great things about this shop and the lived up to it.

Im one of those Played in High School, wanna see if the magic is still there guys. They hooked me up with a piece of art with valves! Oh I wish I had an awesome tool like this back then. They did an excellent job listening to what I wanted and needed to do (for a work gig) and recommended a Getzen horn. I could not be happier with the sales or service. They had previously worked on my old horn, which he said looked like it was made from a hubcap!If you know what you want, they can set you up. If youre not sure what you need, theyll listen and give you some options.Thanks gents!

Great reliable musical instrument repair and service.

Good friendly people here. Brought my daughters flute to get checked on and the gentleman there fixed it in about 10 minutes. No charge at all, but I still left them some money for coffee for their help today. I think they are very knowledgeable with music pieces. I would go back for their very friendly service again.

Went in to find my son a clarinet and they were very helpful and I was able to buy one in my price range! They also do repairs and instruments and work with the schools!

Took my trombone to get serviced. They know what theyre doing and are very friendly. They took the time to ask questions to make sure the instrument got the proper care. Will definitely be returning for future service.

They are knowledgeable and seem fair about pricing. Get the persons name you speak with if you call, as they have a few guys working there and then you wont have to repeat everything and get a different opinion.

Ive used the Horn shop to fix 2 tubes and a cornet. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price.Do use your GPS to find them. They are in a business park far from the street. They do have nice signs but if you blink at the wrong time you could miss them.

Harry, Bob, Frank all know what theyre doing. You really get the sense that your instruments are in good hands here. Worth driving 50+ miles to get this kind of service.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind. Helped my daughter go through multiple options in selecting her first instrument. Allowed her to hold and try. They offer 3 month layaway which is extreamly helpful. Shop is a little hard to find, big parking lot in middle of a minor warehouse area, shop is on the right side of parking.
