I purchased riding jeans and boots. Gear that must fit correctly. Given differences in sizing and appearances,definitely not items I want to purchase on line.In store staff,particularly, Devon, set aside my requested sizes and afforded me the opportunity to try them and suggested great options. They know their products and how to satisfy riders. They saved me time, money and the hassle associated with online purchase of personal safety gear.

Me and my wife had went to cycle gear to get my 3 year old daughter some new riding gear they had some good prices in the youth section they were very helpful. One gentleman actually took the time too look up a item they didn’t have in stock. Witch were some training wheels that I could install on my daughters bike. Thank you cycle gear

Giving a 3 because they do have a great selection at reasonable prices. Reason it’s not higher is that I couldn’t get my shipment in a timely manner. Had to go somewhere else for my tire after waiting an extra 3 days from when my delivery should have been made. Had to pay more than when I took my tire to cycle gear to get it mounted and balanced. They charged $50 when I asked what happened to $25 they said well you didn’t but the tire here. Knew I wasn’t getting anywhere with the Fresno CA location so I called the corporate/customer service and they resolved the situation.

Staff were friendly and got me what I needed without breaking the bank. Store has great selection, good products.

The girl at the register was very nice and helpful. She found what I was looking for on the shelf every after I looked and couldnt find it. Also bring me in the hiking world she didnt make me feel uncomfortable asking questions. Plus they have everything and prices are decent as well. Overall great experience.

Purchased a pair of boots that were on clearance, the store didnt have them in my size but they offered to get them from another store. A few days later they were in and fit perfect. Price was right and service was good. I have also had them install two tires recently. That was fast and a good value. Overall, I have been happy with Cycle Gear.

I love shopping with Cycle Gear in Fresno. I am a newer rider and have a lot of questions when it comes to different gear. The team has been very friendly every time I have been. I have bought my Bluetooth headset and recently a leather vest from them. This place is awesome.

I recently purchased a motorcycle helmet at Fresno’s Cyclegear. The Sales Associate (Kevin), was indispensable to the process. He was knowledgeable, thorough and patient as we worked through myriad options until arriving at the right helmet to meet my needs. I purchased an accessory as well (anti-fog shield). Kevin took the time and effort to install the shield during the purchase transaction. This was greatly appreciated as the overall shopping experience. I will definitely return to Fresno’s Cyclegear in the future.

I am a short rider so most of the time I have to purchase online to get my size not carried in store. Jacob a very knowledgeable salesperson at the Fresno store said he can order everything online and even from other stores if he doesn’t have the sizes I need. Jacob was really a great gear advisor and made great recommendations on fit and brands that you don’t get from buying online. I will continue to go to Jacob at Cycle Gear Fresno if I ever need more stuff.

Customer service was AWESOME! We just moved here from South Carolina where we dont have a helmet law. This was my first EVER helmet purchase. Got my tire changed here. Cheaper than where my cousin went. The wait was pretty long but they did let me know 40+ mins over the phone but they said 20 mins when I was there 🤷🏻‍♂️ My bike is running now. I’m Gucci.

Had an issue with tire and tube change that required me to take my wheel off again and drive back down to the store. After I contacted the store they quickly took care of the issue and went out of their way to make sure I was happier with the experience. Always find something there. Whether its riding apparel or parts. Even things you may not realize you needed. Speaking with the staff or customers will add to your riding experience. Past visits found a rare Shoei R1200 Graffiti design. This last purchase was much less for a carbon fiber-look vinyl to customize a paint job.

Service was good. But the product i purchased broke. The rubber tips came off and the band that holds the phone ripped. Not cycle gears fault but I will be contacting the store for a replacement.

This place has more variety and on stock items then the major motorcycle dealership. I was looking for a face plate for my helmet and the clerk at the dealership said that my helmet was too old and I would need to buy a new helmet. Cycle Gear employee just laughed and showed me exactly what I wanted.

Poor customer service. Sales persons attempt to multitask by simultaneously greeting customers, taking questions, and answering phones actually equated to a long wait for no-service while watching others recieve help. Being asked if I minded while he took on additional tasks didnt help! Poor teamwork covering the floor as additional sales persons did not pitch in or show an awareness of waiting customers before helping new ones. Went home and ordered online, no needless waiting online. Each time I visit this store its worse than before.

My go to location for local dirtbike parts and gear. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They typically have what I need or they can get it ordered quickly.My only suggestion would be another location farther west, like northwest Fresno. Its a hoof for me @ 30 miles (one way) from my small rural town, so the round trip takes a good while. I usually have to set an afternoon aside to make the trip.

Extremely slow service poor knowledge and Extremely expensive just to have them change one motorcycle tire was going to take 9 hours to get my tire back and they want to charge 50 for this service so I left and took my bike tire over to fast tire in corsgold and they had it done in 5 min and charged 20$ with tire disposal as well. just to talk to anybody in the store at the fresno location took 40 minutes of waiting at the register and I was only trying to buy a hat so I will not be back do to the lack of pride they have for the store
