I am so pleased with Matthews HD. The customer service is beyond amazing. They went out of their way to find and go pick up the new Trike I wanted. They were very fast in getting me exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention, they delivered it to my home. Thank you to all the great people there. Bob, Melissa, Mike, and Melinda. You guys are amazing. I would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a new bike, go see these guys.

Friendly, very patient staff. Didnt seem to hold back reality regarding the truthfulness about motorcycles and having a license, from what Ive been told about riders and various cautions from friends who ride. Made it better so we know what were getting in to. My daughters attended as well and they really like it. Cant wait for the next few days.🤪🏍️🛵

Just wanted to give a shout out to Mathews Harley Davidson. Was passing through and my kick stand spring broke. They were so helpful. Awsome staff super helpful good prices and great motercycle training school

While the customer service was alright and the staff were friendly, the refund policy for the motorcycle training program is absolutely terrible. I was unable to attend the first class due to things out of my control, which I understand is not Harley Davidson responsibility however it would be very nice to at least get a discount for the next class I have to sign up for(which is 300 dollars and 2 months from now) I will now be spending 600 dollars just to get my motorcycle license. Which might not seem like alot, but as a college student t working a part time job, its nearly impossible.

Excellent experience at the dealer ship and classroom. The instructors are knowledgeable and really drive home the inherent dangers of riding while simultaneously building that somewhat aggressive confidence you need to ride the streets. The sales staff are friendly as well and I would consider purchasing a bike from them in the future.

Talk about awesome! I went in to get a few gifts and they were extremely helpful! It was like a personal shopper! They helped us get everything we needed and even helped my sister pay over the phone from out of town due to covid. Then they even wrapped everything for free!!!! Absolutely the best treatment I’ve ever been given in a store! If I ever need anything else I will be back!!! This place know to do business!

One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. My dad and I went in to take the course and get a bike and they where very upfront and honest and still checked up on us about a week after leaving with the bike. 10000x better than the Harley place on Shaw.

Hands down one of the best Harley dealers/service departments in the state of California. Whether its service professionalism or overall knowledge these guys have it all ! and did I mention there a family ran business.. If your gonna be in Fresno or the surrounding area and you need anything to do with Harley Davidson this is your one stop shop. They also had an amazing selection of merchandise gloves boots and anything else that you could think of. I bought a 80 model shovel head here from my father-in-law and they were kind enough to help me load it into a moving truck so that I could haul it home. They went out of their way to help me. I love this place. The staff are over the moon helpful in anyway they can be. From opening the door to greeting you and having a conversation about your day. They truly care and I love the family atmosphere they have. The staff seem to be more like family and friends than coworkers. They floor is ALWAYS clean and organized. There has not been one time where I have seen this store in a disarray. The selection of products is really good. They have everything from clothes to bike parts and service. The size selection of clothing is limited. Good luck finding a Lg or XL. You have to take a trip upstairs and see all the old bikes. Its pretty amazing and interesting. This is the store to shop.

Penny and I just purchased our 2020 Roadglide Limited and were treated very well by the staff at Mathews HD, they went above and beyond to make us feel secure in our purchase. We had all options placed in front of us so we could make the right decision for our budget and lifestyle. We have purchased other Harleys from other dealerships and have never experienced such professionalism and such a family atmosphere as we encountered at Mathews Harley Davidson. I would recommend checking them out for all your riding needs.

Great place, and outstanding customer service. I have been to several Harley dealers, but this one out does them all. This place is a family owned business, and they have been around since early 50s. Great selection of bikes, motor clothes and parts. Their service department is awesome too.

I would highly advise against using their service department. First off, they took 15 days just to do an estimate... 15 DAYS! I brought my bike for an estimate of repairs. Melinda never once told me they would not install aftermarket parts nor did the contract state they would not install aftermarket parts. After the estimate was done, Melissa told me they do not install anything aftermarket and refused to do the work. I said no problem Il take it somewhere else. The fee would be $324 since I was not having the bike done there. I asked where it said in the paperwork that they would not install aftermarket and asked why should I have to pay a fee because they were refusing the work, NOT ME. Melinda was actually nice, but Melissa has a terrible attitude. I felt that from the second I told her I wanted some aftermarket parts. They wanted that $300 today so bad, they were willing to give up a customer for life.

We went in to buy a windscreen for my wifes sportster and ended up buying a Dyna Low Rider. since that day these people have been the greatest folks to us. we walk in and they know us by name always happy and eager to take care of any of our needs. we have both of our bikes serviced there and will not go to any other place. they have made us dedicated customers. unlike the other Harley store in Fresno.

They pick and choose their customers. Always supported the business but owners have banned us from property because their HOG members have disagreements and different values and have convinced the owners to ban us as customers and HOG members. Now we patronize a much friendlier dealership in Visalia and Bakersfield!

Horrible return policy. All sales are final. I wore a pair of their poorly made gloves which started to tear in the seams of the thumb on day one of normal wear. I wanted to return them only to be told they can be repaired by Harley Davidson or replaced with an identical pair of poorly made gloves. They proceeded to act like they were doing me a favor by offering store credit in place of the replacement option. The repair option and the store credit option would both take weeks.

Melinda in the service dept was really friendly and gave great customer service, really happy, and feel really comfortable leaving my bike there to be worked on...

First off 300 dollars for an oil change are u kidding, Jamestown charges 90. Next I give them my exact model of bike and they give me the wrong part, when I go to exchange and actually bring in the part, something I shouldnt have to do if they knew what the hell they are doing, and of course they have to then order it. Thats fine but new part cost less and they would only issue store credit for there mistake. Stay away from this yuppy hell whole

I have been shopping for a new Bike and I have been to several H.D Dealers in my time this will be my Third H.D. It is the American way of life when you purchase something Large you want to feel like you got a deal. I think because Matthews is Family owned they dont feel they have to make the buyer feel good about the deal they are getting this is our price and you can pay or leave we dont need your kind shopping here. Who cares what you might spend in the future or how many friends you might tell you got a great deal. We are above taking discounts so take your hard earn money and go away, and to the Granddaughter that runs the place now I sure that your Family before you that built that company did not turn down good offers and send people away thats why you have a job today. So if you read this before making your decision to buy do your homework as I did and find a dealer that will give you a deal I will be driving over 500 miles to save just over 1,000.00 after the cost of the trip to get the color I want and buy from a dealer that is not greedy and respects that my money is hard earned. Stand up for the American way and dont shop with these a------s

Poor customer service and bad attitudes only one guy was good in parts

Staff was so friendly and cheerful. I didnt know what I needed and they got me all sorted out without any intimidation.

I lost the fobs to my bike and the override code wouldnt work. I towed the bike to Mathews and the Women who owns it, tried a couple of their standard codes and it didnt work. i was told there was nothing they could do and that there was no magic override code. I asked cant you replace something and re-program the new fobs. she said there was nothing that could be done. I asked can you call Harley and see what can be done. She said I can see we are butting heads now and no im not calling Harley, and turned around and walked away. I called Fresno Harley they said it was no problem bring the bike over. They had the TSSM module shipped overnight and today I picked up my bike and Im back on the road. Moral to the story, STAY AWAY FROM MATHEWS HARLEY!!! WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS!!
