If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Thomas, the owner and CEO, is the most sweetest, hard working, and detailed person I have ever met! I wanted to get a scrub jacket embroidered for a friend and to be honest, the material of the scrub jacket was a little weird so I didnt even know if it would be possible. Even the company I bought the scrub jack from usually offers embroidery but didnt on this jacket, presumably because the fabric and how the jacket is made would make it hard. Thomas took a look at it and didnt even question it! The consultation was so great and easy. I wrote down what I wanted and he made a template and fixed the font and the sizing for me. He made a sample for me so I could see what it looked like and we pinned it on the jacket to make sure it looked good and was in the place where I wanted the embroidery to be. Again, the jacket was difficult to work with, so he had to do the placing and everything by hand and watched him be so meticulous and made sure it was centered and perfect. I have never seen someone put so much effort and care into something like that. Not only was he working on my item, he was also overseeing multiple large orders of embroidered hats and jackets. I watched him be just as meticulous with each and one of those items like he was with mine. The jacket came out so perfect and not to mention, the price was great! Based on his customer service alone, he couldve charged me way more and I still wouldve paid it! I had such a great experience, and I really am not the type to write such a long review, but the customer service I experienced today was just so good that I had to rave about it. Thomas motto is he treats all the items and orders he gets as if hes giving it to his wife or his best friend, and to be honest, with that kind of motto, you just know the work is going to be amazing. Thomas was so patient in helping me choose the exact font and size for my white coat. Unlike other embroidery stores, he is not overpriced and made sure that none of the letters were bunched up. My name came out beautifully and was legible even when choosing a cursive font. He has an organized process where you get to see what it would look like on the type of material you are getting embroidered. So much attention to detail. Customer service like this is a very rare thing these days!!!I called Stitch Master at the last minute to get a graduation sash made for a youth who attends Project Hope. The owner, Mr. Nakazawa, took special attention to my student because he said he was frequently in the principals office himself. He said if it wasn’t for a special councilor who took him under her wing he doesn’t know where he would be. He also told me that his Mom taught him to do something nice for someone else every day. Mr Nakazawa went above and beyond to make sure that the design for the sash was perfect, including “Class of 2021, the school name, and the students name.” His staff, Katie and Jordon made it happen. And if this wasn’t enough, Mr Nakazawa also gave me a very special price because of what his Mom taught him.I would never even think of going somewhere else for embroidery or screen printing. Came into stitch masters after going to Lids and getting nowhere to inquire about recreating a hat for my wife. I was greeted by Thomas, the business owner who proceeded to spend the next hour recreating the logo to the hat that was my wife’s fathers construction business. My wife’s father passed away years ago and she has always wished that she had one of these hats to remember him by and cherish. The team at stitch masters was able to recreate this memory for my wife and bring it to life. If you need any embroidery done you can trust that they will create what you need to the best of their abilities.

I needed to get my name embroidered on my lab coat and found this place since it was close to my house. Dropped in to their office when I was free and Thomas, who is the owner, was very kind and friendly in helping me get that done. He carries hundreds of different color threads which is nice to have a wide selection from and was able to suggest a color that matched my school patch. Overall it was a very great experience, I will definitely be coming back for any other items I need to get embroidered in the near future.

If you need any form of custom design and stitching don’t waste your time going anywhere other than Stitch Master in Fresno, Ca. Thomas and his team of experts have gone above and beyond for us multiple times. I am an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider and have custom one-off designs that I need a a very short period of time. Thomas listens to my ideas and takes my thoughts and brings them to life. I needed some name bages made and everyone else in town wouldn’t touch a small order like I had, they all wanted huge number orders and weeks to months to produce. Thomas told me about how he started in the business as he wanted a fishing jacket embroidered, couldn’t find anyone to do something that was personal, one-off because there’s not any money in that.Thomas made me name badges to start, last week I called him and said I got an idea, he set me up with an appointment and within a week he had my finished product in my hands. By far the best customer service in town! I went in as a walk-in hoping to get 2 blankets embroidered as a graduation gift within 4 days but noticed a sign itll take them 2 weeks due to their high volume orders. The owner Thomas came out and spoke with me and said he will take my order and have it ready for me. Even though they were extremely busy he took the time to ensure my order would look great! First things first, make sure to call in and set up an appointment! I, like most people, had read the reviews on how wonderful Tom and this business was and wanted to see if I could get a jacket embroidered. I walked in with a single item needing to be embroidered by that day or for pick up the next day. Tom came up to me and told be a story about how he once was in my shoes needing just a single jacket to be embroidered and was turned away, and how he would never want anyone to feel that same way. They had 2 other costumers in the back who they were already helping with on their orders, but kindly took the time to sit down with me for my simple design. Ive got to say, its a pretty fast paced place with the main guy Ish running the machines and other interns helping running to the front with other costumers. My time spent there was very informative, I was entertained, and very pleased with the outcome. My order ended up being an expedited item, but they helped me out and saved the day by squeezing me in, in-between all their other orders. I truly appreciate what Tom and his fellow workers are doing and will definitely be coming back for LARGER quantities of work!

Not at all impressed with the production time and service. I went here because it was Greek licensed. It took me 20 minutes to explain to the employee what I wanted done and it seemed like he did not understand what I was saying. I needed this order expedited and when I asked for it to be rushed he made it seem like a burden. I was also told that my small order would only make him $50 rather than $500 on a bulk order which made it feel like he was declining my business. In the end I was just overwhelmingly uncomfortable in this shop and ended up not completing the order. I will take my business somewhere else!

Amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend going to Stich Master. I went in last month for a name stich on a bunny blanket ( one item). The owner did all he could to help me that very day. His partner Ish is a problem solver and figured out a way to stich a baby name on the item. I really appreciate their kindness. They dropped everything and helped me. I was expecting to wait a least a week. The price was very reasonable. My friend loved the embroidered item!

Washed my sorority hoodie letters once and the vinyl material on the stitched letters ripped. So I have fabric hanging off of my letters. Poor quality and not very durable. I have had better luck on Etsy! Save some money and go somewhere else for greek letters.

I ordered a swim parka from a local swim store who uses Stitch Master for embroidery. I was told the parka was given to SM on the 12th and would be ready in a week. Two weeks later it still wasnt ready. So I called SM to see what the delay was. First they couldnt find my order, after 5 mins of searching while on the phone with me they claimed the swim store didnt bring it in on the 12th but only a few days ago with a big order. When I explained it was given to them in the 12th I was told rather rudely Ill find the PO and show you. I was then told theyd need to call me back to find my order. An hour and a half later I was called. Seems my order had been misplaced It was put where it shouldnt have been. This means had I not been calling the parka would have sat misplaced for another week or two until they got around to finding it. They said they would work on it but it wouldnt be ready until after 5 pm sometime (they and the swim store close at 6 pm). I told them Id get it from the swim store. I dislike the fact that instead of owning up to their mistake they were quick to blame the swim store. I was charged $3 a letter ($18) for the back and $6 for the front to be embroidered. This is fairly reasonable pricing but the lack of care for service makes that price not worth it. Next time I will go to my local embroidery company where I know my order wont be put where it shouldnt have been. And I will receive it when they say I will.
