She wasn’t a sales person making commission or pushy to have me buy what I don’t need.It felt like we were talking to a girlfriend.NOW She makes me want to go back and shop for stuff I don’t need. Yesterday me and my friends walked in at they started being really helpful by helping us it out selections as well as helping my friend get a good concealer they were really nice people and honestly should get a raise.

The girls were awesome matching me to the perfect concealer!

First off I want to acknowledge the staff for their generosity and professional service. I walked into the store not knowing what kind of brushes I want, and one of the staff was able to demonstrate the differences between 2 sets of brushes. She also allowed me to test it on my own forearm to see the differences. I happily chose the Jaclyn Hill brush set. The quality is amazing.

Great and reasonably priced products. I made my first purchase yesterday, with the help of Jules. She helped me match my concealer and foundation and answered all the questions I had, and gave me great advice. I would definitely shop here again.

I wish I remembered the girls name that helped me. I have NEVER been color matched correctly in my life. My first time in Morphe and she matched me perfectly. So perfectly, my best friend who was with me wanted to get color matched as well and we will never go anywhere else! She even recommended the setting spray I see all over youtube and everything she said about it was true!! I have never been so self confident with my makeup.

It was defiantly instagram in real life so theres that..They are sort of rude though, and act helpful but really they are just checking to make sure your not stealing, its pretty transparent. When I did ask for help they just ignored me. But there selection and products are good so 4 stars

I love Morphe. When I need make up its my go to store specifically this one the customer service is always the best. I went last night and was briefly assisted by Paula who was sweet and then Yvette who went above and beyond as to be expected from Morphe employees. She recommended a good translucent powder to help put a look together and to really great concealers. Thanks a bunch Morphe, Yvette, and Paula!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and neat. There was also a spot to sit while you wait. My husband and kids usually wait outside the store for me. They were able to wait inside the store while I shopped. He was happy for that!

I had the most amazing experience with Ivette. Not only was she super friendly, she made me feel valued and beautiful. Normally with makeup shopping the help Ive had is ok at best, Ivette blew me away. I got a perfect match foundation, concealer, powder and a brush. A+ customer service and person in general!

Every time I come to this location, I am immediately greeted by one of the artists & they are all so friendly/helpful. The store is always clean & very well organized; its the perfect one-stop shop for all your makeup needs. The products are affordable, yet are great quality & its nice that there are testers for each item, so you can see what it looks like before purchasing. I highly recommend shopping at this store, I visit as often as I can (usually about once a month or more). Definitely will continue shopping here.

My friend Alexie and I got our eyeshadow done there for free by Matt. While he was doing the makeup he taught us how to do it and told what he was doing before he did it. He also told us which colors to do that would look best with each other. We gained a lot of knowledge out of that teaching moment. If you ever go there to get your eyeshadow done, ask for Matt. Hes so nice and inspiring.

My 1st time there and it was amazing. I got all the help I needed. The girls and guys there are nice they answered all my questions I had. They found my right shade, and the Jeffer star unicorn blood lipstick is just amazing. I love this store and will continue to go in there.

Went in needing some help with eyebrow color. staff was great at helping me out and they explained to me in detail how to apply the makeup. They also helped me with blush and eyeliner and getting the right brushes for my makeup! Makeup and brushes are reasonably priced I left with less than $100 but would definitely go back and Shop there.

I enjoy the simple layout they have, everything is priced and organized. Their brushes are affordable and feel soft unlike other cheap brushes. The lipsticks they have come in various shades and they have an assortment of brush sets for great prices.

This place is always busy when I go, which could be a good thing because that means business is good. You are greeted when you come in the door, and thats pretty much it. You need to seek out help if you need it, and when they do help, it feels rushed. Prices are surprisingly reasonable. I paid $23 for an eyeshadow pallet with 25 different colors in it, the brushes are good quality for a good price, and as far as I know, its the only place is Fresno where I can get Jeffree Starr lipstick.

Literally no one greeted or talked to me, all the girls just stared. The girl at the register you can tell she hates her job no smile or hi hows it going. I don’t know how morphs trains their employees but that was not good customer service, I know I work retail you greet every customer with a smile and hello at the very least.

Came with my girlfriend and it seems like there is a wide variety of things to choose from. Nice and clean store with friendly staff. Staff doesnt acknowledge you when you come in or ask if you need any help. You have to ask for their assistance but other than that nice people and my girlfriend left happy.

I just left the store and I must say Katelyn could definitely work on her Attitude. I felt like a bother waiting for her to ring up my items. I thanked her and she still didn’t acknowledge me. Everyone else in the store was extremely helpful.

This is STORE. The staff is so much kinder than bigger makeup stores. Everytime I go in they are more than willing to assist me and provide with what is best for my makeup collection.

Kinda disappointed. Never greeted once, or asked if I needed help. Seemed like the employees didnt want to be there themselves. Right across the way is Sephora and you can get better customer service, great products, and well informed and happy employees. Maybe better luck next time.

The ladies that work here are so very helpful never too busy for a customer I felt they cared about my needs, answering questions promptly helpful and artful with the colors they helped me to choose. I would definitely recommend Morphe to anyone in need of cosmetics.

Drove 45 minutes to pick up some makeup but decided to stop at Ulta right around the corner first which i shouldnt have cause the girls were snobby and rude..came to Morphe and was instantly greeted and asked if i needed help they kept coming by while browsing to see if i doing ok..they were very friendly and professional..will definitely be coming back!!

I love this place and people, WOW!! what customer service. I havent had this good of customer service at any other make up place. I walked into Sephoria and the lady wouldnt give me the time of day. The clerk Never even turned around to greet me so I walked out and walk into Morphe where I meet Ivett. I was looking for a foundation and I couldnt really get a match so we used my foundation, but she ended up doing the rest of my face and asked all the right things. I bought 115.00 of other stuff but I love it and I feel I got alot for my money at morphe. Thank you so much I had a great time a fantastic experience and will be back no question. Other makeup companies should take lessons from you!

There were at least 10+ workers there and only one person at the register. The line was to the end of the store and no one else jumped on the register. This was a Saturday afternoon. There were plenty of people to assist me and the artists were friendly that I spoke with.I had a bag full of brushes that I was ready to purchase but because there was only one person at the register, I stood in line for 10 minutes or more. Unfortunately for me, my infant daughter became fussy and I had to leave my bag on the counter. It was super hot in the store too. It would have been appreciated if the person working the register addressed the issue as to why she was the only one working there ( other registers down, other worker on lunch/called out sick/left sick) but she just took forever with a return and I saw 5 workers standing around. It was super annoying.

To my new friend RACHEL.. once i walked in i felt good vibes.. she took her to time to find my color n showed me the basic n how to apply foundation.. i dont wear makeup so everything is new to me.. she explains all the dos and donts.. i super advise you to ask for RACHEL.. thanks again girl!!

Out of the handful of times Ive been in, Ive only had one good experience where the Morphe babe was helpful, but usually I feel like they are talking down to me.Very poorly prepare for the Jeffree x Shane collab. Launch of the century but everyones walking out with 3 pallets (limited 2 on Jeffrees website) and minimal employee interact. Clearly yall are busy so I dont expect a lot, but damn. Do yourself a favor and if youre coming for Jeffree Star cosmetic, dont! Use Beauty Bay.

Oh my GOD I love morphe!Their eyeshadow palettes are top notch in pigment and blendability. Theyve got many options from brown tones, to pink tones, to Orange tones. Theyve also go eyeliners, lipsticks, and eyelashes. Morphe has almost everything you need for a great glam look and nothing is overpriced or super expensive. Love you morphe!!!!!

I really like their products and merchandise and every time I go I spend hundreds at a time, but I have to say the employees and security are really rude. And because I might not look like I have $ to shop you should never make paying customers feel that way.

Very rude employees they say that they hire people that have talent here but most of these employees here are all about getting money and not caring about the customers that come into the store as if morphe is a high end brand. Their products aren’t even high quality. I would rather buy a product from fenty in Sephora right across. One of the managers her name is Chanel is very tacky and doesn’t know how to apply her makeup and acts like she’s superior to a lot of people. Hire people that know how to give good customer service.
