Helpful and informative staff. They do provide the vaccine here.Be sure to make an appointment.They sell just about everything you can think of except household items or stuff for your cars besides air fresheners.They do have an ice cream spot inside and drive thru pharmacy.

Came here to get a COVID-19 test and Maria in the pharmacy was so rude! I parked in the wrong lane so that I can call to let them know I was in. She then got on the intercom and started yelling what are you doing?! Theres a car behind you! As if I couldnt see the car myself. Then when I was telling the actual pharmacist about my experience she was laughing behind him. Very unprofessional. Overall the pharmacist was very nice but she had so much attitude. Youd think shed be a little nicer considering that I am here feeling sick and getting tested for COVID-19. Worst experience.

I love this pharmacy! This review is just for the pharmacy. Maria ALWAYS helps me. When my husband had a heart attack 3 years and required triple bypass he had so many medications that he needed to take. She went over everything with me and gave me the best deals for the ones I had to pay cash for. Helped me when I was having issues with the insurance. She explains things to me and helps me over the phone. I have to pick up medications for my husband a few times a month and she knows who I am as soon as I pull up to the window. She is the reason I continue to come here for medications! She is always to cheerful and polite! Thank you Maria!

Laziest pharmacy workers Ive ever experienced. Their drive through isnt even an option gievn that literally no one is there. Had do to inside and was given attitude tho whole time. Patients should not have to deal with this kind of treatment. Do youself a favor and choose a different pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. they lie to cover their slow work prescriptions took 6 hrs. they missed 2 of my 6 prescription and Ive been calling them for 15 min no answer. never going back

I had been going to this pharmacy for about a little less than a year and had never had an issue until recently, hence the three stars. I understand the stressfulness of the job and I understand not necessarily being able to contact a patient as soon as possible. However, Ive never been denied medication and have never had my prescribing provider office be gaslighted into thinking that I refused to pick up a third of my medications. Since I had been going to my provider for over a year the office staff knew me well enough to know that I would not refuse to take my medications.I really appreciate pharmacys the text notifications for automatic refills, I appreciate the the convenience of the drive-thru, the extended pickup hours, and the consistent cheery disposition that I met with every time I pick up a prescription.With that being said, rather than following through and attempting to understand the issue that continued to reoccur over the span of a few months and the complacency of denying me a medication that I was prescribed, nothing was done.

I love 💕 rite aid its one of my favorite stores to go and shop in, they have everything available that you need, and lines were not long at all, I was helped, right away I would come here again and do more shopping at this rite aid by my house 🏡.

The pharmacy team is super rude. They know they are rude because they dont even give their name when they answer the phone.

I visited to grab some snacks in the late evening and everything was clean and well stocked. Prices and sale signs/labels were easy to see, and there’s a wide variety of snacks, cosmetics, and OTC medications. I didn’t use the pharmacy therefore I can’t attest to these services. The cashier was fast and friendly.

It has everything that you would need candy, medicine, supplies, and pharmacy.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help us at the ice cream counter. My daughter went and found some one and the worker was rude and rolled her eyes at my daughter. When the worker came to the ice cream counter she walked by and looked at the line of 6 people waiting for ice cream and gave us all a scowl.

This store needs to get it together. Its not that difficult to learn the inventory in a small store. They never know where anything is, and they constantly push their online store. Drives me nuts. If I want to order online, Ill stay home and shop online. It took an employee several minutes to look around for ONE PRODUCT, then leave me while she tooted around on the internet for this one product, which I asked her not to do. I get the stress of retail. Ive been there. But good grief. Know you product and quit pimping your online store. Ill just go down the street to Walmart and buy what I need. And the rewards card is such a racket.

Be careful, they will over charge you. I only got 2 ice creams and they over charged me to 30$. Be careful.

Pharmacy has the most rude employees ever. My Dr emailed them my prescriptions and I kept being told I wasnt due for a refill so had to go four days without important medication. Even had doctors office call the pharmacy and still they would not cooperate. That was my first and last time using their services. Pharmacy employee accused me of lying and trying to misuse the medication. Never going back.

The ice cream is the best... always has beenand always will be. Costumer service is a different story.

Inhuman and Rude stuff !! Diffently they should find a job in another field. The pharmacist Karla is the worst, sent me over to another location where they were supposed to fill my priscripton and ofcourse they didnt because she didnt bother her self to call and transfer before she turn her back to nursig mom in need for her medication.... Need to mention that the pharmacist I was sent to refused to fill my prescription when I called (The one on Shields and Brawley)..I explained to the inhuman person over the phone what happened and clearly explained that I need my medication and that Ive been sent to this location to pick them up BUT she replied in very rude way that she doesnt care what other pharmacist said ! She cant fill prescription till the day after!!! RITE AID WORST PHARMACY EVER. Ive been CVS customers for the last year and never ever treated this way. Unfortunately I have to deal with this trushy people till I change my insurance.

They never answer their phones I understand about being busy and short staffed, but every time. .everytime Ive called no one answers at all and I give up or its 5 minutes plus. ..worst customer service hands down and yes some of the staff are rude. Its time I look for a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy staff was rude and not very pleasant to work with. While this is closest to home, and I routinely pick up shopping items from Rite aid, I will be changing to another pharmacy.
