This is the best coffee in the Central valley; no question about it. Mario is a Yoda of the whole coffee process. Any shop associated with his name will always be great. If you love coffee, and I do mean coffee (not flavored stuff), you have to taste their different roasts. If you enjoy added flavors, they also pull those off while still respecting the flavor profile of the bean.

Friendly staff. Adorable and cozy spot to work on a laptop. Nice cool temperature inside. WiFi is great! Bathroom is private, as is one person at a time and is clean. Ordered a hot Matcha latte with oatmilk for $5.30, comparable pricing. However, the matcha was a gritty grade, and asked for a regular oatmilk latte instead. Which was much better. The staff was happy to oblige the replacement drink. Always grateful when staff is gracious to redo a drink order. Thank you very much! The latte was very tasty :)

Mario roasts the coffee onsite, it tastes amazing. The aroma, crema and flavor is the best in Fresno; not to mention their sandwiches are the bomb.

This locally owned cafe serves best coffee Ive ever had, between San Diego to the Midwest. The owner, Mario, takes pride in his work and it is apparent. He freshly roasts his own beans with attention-to-detail by the second in the process. In addition, he extracts and makes his own flavors and sweeteners. All drinks are freshly brewed and expertly crafted.

Theres only a handful of coffee shops in Fresno County that are worth driving out of your way to check out, and this is one of them. They roast their own beans which separates them immediately from 90% of their competition. But where theyve won me over is that they dont over-roast their beans, allowing all those berry and citrus-ry flavors to come out. They also have a ton of other drinks and they now serve lunch. If youre even close to the downtown area, you should check these guys out!

I have been a few times now and I love how you dont have to fear burnt coffee here. I mainly get the single brews and all of them have been amazing. Fairly quick for pour over coffee which is great.

Pleasant experience drinking fresh brewed Brazilian coffee. I also had a delicious homemade blueberry coffee cake. Excellent customer service. Thank you Dannie and Mario, awesome coffee shop. I will see you next time.

Decent selection of roasts and origins and a welcoming staff. Staff had limited knowledge of their coffees though. Definitely overpriced. Brazilian was roasted too dark to appreciate any real notes.

Everyone at our table was glad to be there. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. The bill was average for the menu. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I liked.

At a really good location, we can enjoy the view of the pier while eating. Bread chowder is so good! Especially the chewiness, and shell platter are rich, fresh and tasty, definitely worth the price!I really wanted some amazing bbq during my visit to Houston. This place was about 40 mins south of where I was staying, but def worth the drive. The brisket was perfectly delicious, and the sides were all yummy as expected, but the big unexpected surprise for me was the bread pudding...its like omgggg holy sh*t good, it was buttery and sweet and perhaps one of the best desserts Ive ever had.

It is a very nice coffee shop coffee was fantastic, BUT they need a customer service class. They were not busy at all, but we still had to ask for our coffee. Nothing was said if refills were free or how much they were. We sat at a table to have our coffee . As I said the place is very nice.

It feels like this place does not belong in Fresno, and this is a compliment. Hidden in Bitwise building, it is quite spacious with a decent number of seating spots. It certainly has a personality, like most coffee shops in SF do, but also offers really nice customer service that is not hurried unlike in the big city - a perfect combination.I ordered a cappuccino and was asked if I wanted it “wet” or “dry”. I must say, I had to ask what that meant. Apparently “wet” cappuccino does not have as much foam as “dry” does, which surprisingly (and ashamedly) I did not know. My cappuccino was great, the only negative is that they don’t offer organic milk, which would bring this shop to 5 stars, in my opinion.My friend ordered a dirty chai. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but had excellent flavor otherwise. She liked it.There is a parking garage a block away that offers first hour of parking for free and second hour at $4, if you need to stay longer. Otherwise, there is metered street parking right in front of the coffee shop.

So many different types of coffee and the education I learned in 30 minutes from the owner about the origins coffee. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING ... ILif you are downtown come here you wont regret it!!!!! And the food is delicious !!!

We stopped here for coffee on our way through town but didnt end up staying. There were lots of signs on the door saying this like “no change for meters” and “no public restrooms” etc. the vibe inside was a little weird and it just didn’t seem like a good spot.

Well, this is an interesting Place. They roast theyre own coffee beans and theyve had at least 5 or 6 varieties available evey time Ive been there. They also have tea. They share a space with Bit Wise and a little food shop whose name I cant remember. My goal is to try every roast they make. So far Ive tried 3: Brasil, Ethiopia, and Columbia. The Brasil was very good; it had an aspect of the flavor that surprised me at first but I grew to enjoy it especiialy since it was freshly roasted - theres a difference I promise. The Ethiopia had a stong caffeine effect the day I drank it, but it had a flavor note on the back of the tongue - i dont have the words for these things - slightly sour and bitter at the same time and bright which I didnt love. The Columbia was simply good. A not too complex, very nice cup of coffee that I can see myself returning to again and again. And just FYI I almost never enjoy Columbia Suprema -but this was good. Next on my list Kenya. People have been very nice and helpful and patient with my numerous questions about the coffee.
