DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They dont call to inform you what they need or if you need to pick up. Mind you the dress that was supposed to be mine had stains on it so they had to give me another one to measure. The asian lady measured me without the proper shoes and didnt offer to let me use the shoes they have there, but offered the rest of girls in the bridal party to use the heels they have there for measuring.So now my dress is cut too short because I didnt know I had to take the shoes Im gonna wear to the measurements because yet again they didnt inform me and I got the feeling she was going to cut my dress too short and that was exactly what she did. Im not one to tell people how to do their job, but I tried explaing I didnt want my shoes showing. So disappointed, they have so much going on they dont care how they do things!!! Very unprofessional, there is definitely A LOT of miscommunication. I wouldnt recommend, the dresses are very nice but it doesnt measure up to your expectations, literally!!

I take back my five stars and this is why we have a wedding on 10-10-20 and we shopped here for the wedding party alterations were extra and paid its now 3 days before and everyone tries there clothes on and only to find out these people did not do the Alterations! So mad they hustled us, if you do an alteration due try it on before you even leave the same day. I felt confident that it was done the ladies played it off well being nice and helpful saying oh ya its fixed. Businesses like this give fulton mall a bad name. Shame on you. People dont be naive like we were thinking oh no they wouldnt do that they are to nice. NOT!

Charged my sister for tailoring 2 dress pants for a wedding and they didn’t even touch them. They charged her and did nothing to them.

My daughter found her prom dress here for a much better price than it was at another store. The lady that was working with us I believe is the owner, was very nice and helpful. She did a minor alteration on the spot so we wouldnt have to make a trip back being we came from out of town.

GREAT customer service! Gloria was very helpful & made for an enjoyable experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, were given choices & information.

While looking for my wedding dress, I happened to pass by Femme in Fulton. I seen the perfect dress in the window and immediately made an appointment for a week later to try it on. When I got to femme, it was busy. But lots of customer service reps were standing around talking. When I finally got to the owner, she was so rude! Along with her rude staff! Even though I made an appointment a week prior, the staff still didnt help me. And the owner was just sitting behind the counter eating nuts not even trying to help me find my size of the dress in the window. After calling out that I needed a BIG BIG size because of my thighs and not even asking what size I needed or wanted, loudly while other shoppers stared. NEEDLESS to say, ILL NEVER GO BACK. and i definitely tell my friends and family to steer clear of femme in Fulton. Dont waste your money!
