A lot of shopping places. Way to many people. Over crowded. Wall to Wall with people. Parking is difficult and hard to maneuver. If you enjoy shopping. This is your place. Just not for me.

The mall is and has been updated. But cleanliness is not something that it is. The malls floors are kinda dirty, theres food like a kid had on hand n wiped off on the rail where u sit n eat at. Theres a few stores that are vacant but not many. Definitely not as many as the Manchester mall.. its a ok mall there are most definitely better ones out there.. but the mall has had lots of shoot offs this year where people have been shot or shot at within the mall. Luckily enough I was not here when that happened.

This mall gets really packed when holiday shopping. Parking is really a drag. But overall its a great mall to get out and do some shopping in.

Fashion Fair is a nice Mall however lots of the stores hsve left.Not as much fun to shop.What it does have is nice.

They do have a lot of stores. There are a few big name ancor stores, as well as some well known brand stores inside, there are also many small business and mom and pop shops. It has a lot of food options throughout the whole mall inside and out. If you like the mall scene, this is a good place to shop in Fresno. It is very crowded on the weekends as to be expected. The parking lots and sidewalks are always pretty filthy.

It was week day so thankfully was not crowded, i went to all the stores that sell vans and indeed i found what i wanted. HOUSE OF HORROR shoes!!

Parking can be a mess, due to popularity. There are a ton of shops, wide selection of places to eat and drink.

I arrived about 1040 assuming the mall would be open. They do this weird thing there that stores can either be open at 10 or 11. The store I was going to decided to open at 11. I guess this may be known by locals, but since Im not, I had no idea and it was an inconvenience. I ended up finding what I needed at another store and walked the mall just to see how it was. I hadnt been there in about 5 years. I like all the new outdoor areas. Adds a big town feel to it.

Its a fine place, probably the most alive mall in all of clovis/fresno. It is quite disappointing that they closed down fun areas like the arcade, and the food area is quite lackluster. I do hope they add something other than another shop because although is cool going around shopping, sometimes have some games or a place to sit down and eat is cool too.

The stores are so overpriced for out of style items. I wish they had more variety then just skimpy girls clothes. I’d love to see some more sports brand stores like adidas, Nike, Puma, etc. Another reason for the 3 stars is the homeless out there is getting out of control. We saw at least 4/5 people tweaked out and half clothed. The environment doesn’t feel family friendly anymore and I’m constantly worried about my car being broken into.

Lol. You all must have extremely low expectations. This mall is disgusting, dirty and outdated. The next Manchester center!

Nice place. Nice fountain. Unique restaurants. Lots of people of all ages, races nationalities and nearly all friendly.

It was very lively and I do see safety in mind. Found what I needed and their food court was on point.

Quieter but thats a good thing. Visitors do very well on their own to maintain CDC guidelines such as wearing a mask and social distancing. Children too young to mask up are often transported in strollers. Awesome job, Fresno! Were getting there!

Check out their horror x vans at the Journeys store! Great environment. Clean floors, wish there were more hand sanitizer stations!

I love this Mall its very easy to find all the stores we are looking for. Restrooms throughout the mall, and a very positive atmosphere!!

Not the best area but lots of diverse stores, decent selection in the food court, and overall fairly clean for a busy mall.

All the shoe stores were out of size 12 Jordans I wanted, footlocker only had one pair of decent looking Jordans so I bought them

Its a good mall with a little of everything. Its a good hangout however there is little entertainment outside of shopping. Manchester mall may be lacking in the shopping but it gives you a place to hangout after a movie. Its all up to personal preference.

Small mall, compared to what Im use to. Does have some interesting things inside. More favored with the food court then what stores they have though

The Mall is old AF but there are still s few reasons to add a quick trip there to a list of shopping errands. The Riverpark Macys is not as good as the Fashion Fair Macys.

I think that Fashion Fair Mall is one of the top Malls on the entire Western Half of our country. Its accessible, clean and has all of the top brands that one would expect from a mall.

I can not rate the mall wrong i personally dont like it soo many people parking is awful. But my son loves the mall always finds what he needs

The mall is such a different place than 20 years ago. But its still clean, air conditioned and full of curios and food! I still love going to the mall

It was nice. Almost crashed into a hole in the floor where they tore down a kiosk in the middle. Besides that near death experience it was fine.

Fashion fair is your typical mall. It has a small play area for kids in the food court plus theres a park very close to the mall but can be easy to miss. This mall has a 5 guys burgers,a hotdog on a stick a pizza place inside but theres also a bk, chick fill a and a McDonalds in the area.

I went to Lush Cosmetics. I love it there. The parking is super convenient, the mall has everything

This is indoor mall that has most of the shops you would expect thete is dining fast food areas in the foid court but if you would like some fine dining there are lots of fine restaurants outside. CHEESECAKE FACTORY JW S. CHICK A FILA FLEMMINS HAPPY SHOPPING

Great shopping mall. Staff are friendly. Its a good size. The vendors in the mall dont really hassle you which is great, I even declined a vendor employee and he said thanks for your time, which I thought was very nice of him. The food court is nice and clean. The tables were clean! And not a mess of random food stuff on the tables. Employees at the food court was really nice as well. The bathrooms were clean but I did wished there were signs that had better directions because I didnt know there was an outdoors bathroom. During the high peak hours, expect parking to be very difficult in tight spaces and super packed, especially off Shaw Ave. You can find MUCH more parking behind the mall.

One of the best mall in Fresno.The parking lot is been a bit dirtier than I remember, but the inside is still great to walk and shop.Our place to go and spend a couple of hours in the weekend.

As much as I love shopping, I couldnt stand shopping here. The walkways are packed yet the stores are empty because they only allow a certain amount of people in the store. I waited outside the vans store for 30min before being able to shop. I wish they organized it better...

If youve been to any halfway decent Mall this was the same JCPenneys Forever 21 Spencers Hot Topic your normal stuff with your normal food court nothing special

Been shopping at fashion fair mall for decades. Sonething for everyone here. Good food, great atmosphere, good vibes. The mall has really evolved over the years for the better. Saturdays can ger pretty crowded, but what do you expect for such a great Mall. Lots of friendly staff. The prices throughout the mall are not that bad. If you dont like such a busy crowd, go during the weekdays. Either way you will have a great time enjoying yourself or with company. Go check it out yourself.

Best days to shop is monday-thursday weekends are crazy forever 21 needs to hire more people can not find anyone to get help. Three people at registers an the sensors are going off all the time.

As we are walking into bath and body works the employee greeting informed the other employees we were walking in with bags. We were stared down as we are walking in by the other employees. As I’m checking out 1 employee asked the other if there was a limit on the wallflowers refills because I got a lot of them (I got 13). Did not feel welcomed at all

Its a big mall. But it was clean and busy.

Typical Mall. A little small, but has everything there. Its a one level mall. Tons of chains restaurants surrounding the mall. Parking lot can be tight.

This place is so confusing and they dont have many diverse styles so yea not my thing and they also dont have the basic clothings.

Been the go to mall in Fresno ever since I was a kid. The food court could be way better but it is what it is. The important part is they dont have empty stores unlike some other fresno area malls that shall not be named.

I haven’t been to this mall very many times but, from the few times that I have been here, it is a really cool place to hang out, chill and get some stuff for the family. If you want to just go spend some money, this is the place to be. Outside stores, inside stores, food/drink venues, smoothies, coffees, “copas de frutas” con Tajin y Chamoy …. This place has it all!! Take the family, take some friends and have a good time.

Lots of shoes, but difficult to find larger sizes.

I went here for a baseball jersey at Sports Station and it went really well! They unfortunately didnt have the size I wanted but they ordered one for me from another Sports Station and I got it back 5 days later. 🙂
