Today I called this location about an item and one of the associates picked up and was pressing the dial buttons PURPOSELY! Like, it was a prank or something. I called once more 2 mins later, and got the SAME thing. I heard ruffling and movement and giggling. Champs, what are you doing? Hiring middle schoolers? I’d suggest you not to hire childish associates at your store. I had a simple question to ask and I got piss-poor service for no reason!

I have good experiences in the past but because of covid they are less shoes in stock.

Shoe store in Fashion Fair Mall. They do the new release for tennis shoes and trendy sports apparel. They are next door to a competitor so between the stores I can usually find what Im looking for. They have good specials on merchandise from time to time. Good friendly staff is there to help when needed.

Customer service is really poor!!!!!! Please hire new employees. Walked into store with no one coming over to ask if we need help. We knew which shoe we wanna get. Asked them for a size and took them forever to get back to us o my to tell us they didnt have a the size we want. We had a question right away and asked right away when they hand the shoe back to us but they ignored us and just walked away. We looked for another shoe and when we need a size again, no one came and help us so we figured we go to the register to ask them for the size and just pay for it because the display shoe was the size we wanted. What do you know, they took the shoe and put it on the counter and no one bothered to go get the other size. While waiting at the registered, the people working in there just walked around and not that many customers in the store anyways. Waited for a good 15-20 min and after asking about the shoe, the cashier finally went to the back and grab it. (The whole time, the cashier disappeared too). Shoes in this store are really nice, but just need to get rid of the people working in there. I do not recommend shopping in here unless you have the whole day waiting for them to get your size for you. If I can rate this zero star, I would.

Great customer service. I bring my family shoe shopping here. They have all sizes in Stock every time and are quick to get you on your way.

I hate there call service. When you call them it is always busy so you have to waste time calling them back until they pickup. When they pickup they are really rude and when you try to ask the first task they will do it unhappily and when you say to do another task, they hang up. The worst customer service ever. 😡

Good service when checking out but we had to sort of look for an employee to help with getting the shoes we wanted.

Yesterday I went to the mall with my brother and we went to champs to get some shoes. I usually dont shop here or anywhere that has sporty type shoes because im more of a vans guy. I originally wasnt going to buy any shoes but then I thought another pair wouldnt hurt. I liked the black adidas superstars so i asked for my size. The guy that helped me was taking a while to get the shoes for me but when he got back I put the shoes on and they were comfy so I bought them. When I got home, I put the shoes on and I realized that there was white stuff all over the toe cap part of the shoe. Im disappointed because I spent a descent amount of money on the shoe.
