The welcoming was great everyone had a positive attitude at such early time of the day. Disappointed with the car after it was repaired. My dash is chipped and ripped from where it looks like it was being pried open. The emergency brake covering was also broken from where I looks like they couldn’t get it open so just forced it and the steering wheel airbag replacement was all unaligned.

I never owned a Subaru and didn’t know anyone that did. When I was in the market for a new car I heard Subaru gave back to the world so I decided this was a good company. It was between a Subaru or a Toyota. I have always owned Toyota/Lexus. I test drove a Subaru and was impressed. I came in a week later for my Subaru orientation to my new Forrester and was very impressed with Subaru. I came in a couple of months later for my first oil change and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Subaru is from start to now the best experience. A few years ago I bought a Toyota from a local dealer and the moment I drove off the lot, no one had time for my needs regarding the key they forgot to give me on the wheel locks. I had to contact the main headquarters with my need. Thank you again from my original sales person to last weeks auto service experience has been very pleasant!!!! Please don’t change!!!! I ordered a new vehicle from Lithia Subaru and had a great experience from day one - My application and approval process was so easy it was almost nonexistent. It did take the vehicle around a month to arrive from the maker but when it did the level of customer service I received was outstanding. The sales rep, Victor, sat with me and went over every single detail about the vehicle inside and out. Even a week after driving away in my new vehicle I am receiving emails and calls making sure everything is up to my standard. I am very happy about my decision to purchase with them.

I always have to wait while my Outback is being serviced and they do a good job at keeping the wait time reasonable. The work is always done very well, all that needs to be done is done and I am treated respectfully and courteously.

The work was efficient and professional. Alex went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the ins and outs of the 60,000 mile recommended maintenance. I had received an estimate at another Subaru dealer that was financially impossible for me at this point but no alternative was provided. Alex took the time to review my car is history, work that had already been done before I purchased the car and what was already being done under my extended warranty. I walked into Lithia Subaru around 630pm at the end of last month. They close at 8 but I figured I had time to just go for a drive and if I liked it I could come back and do the paperwork another day. Joshua greeted me when I walked in and asked how he could help. I told him the model and trim I was interested in and after a few minutes he had a Crosstrek in the color I wanted pulled around to the side of the building for me to drive. He happily went over all the features and how to use all the technology in the car before I hit the road. Upon my return he asked if I was interested in talking numbers. This did not take as long as I thought. Only had to negotiate very little as they gave me extremely fair value on my trade and the price of the new car was marked down considerably. This is by far the least painful car purchase I’ve ever made and the team stayed a little late that night without any complaints to get the deal done. Overall extremely happy with my purchase at Lithia Subaru.

First of all this has been one of my better experiences here at Lithia Subaru of Fresno. I am so proud to have such a great company here in our city. Not only was the service amazing this time, but they even went the extra mile to handle a problem speaker in my vehicle without any extra charge. Ofcourse no issues were apparent with it and things wrapped up within a few hours time. Now I realize Covid is still in progress so things are still moving slowly. That is why I kept my mind in check during this time. The last time I was here I wasnt very happy with the way it went and I ended up getting upset because of the whole thing. All in all, were very pleased with the quality and pricing of Lithia Subarus service department. My only small complain was that after checking out my battery and radio, they somehow erased my radio presets and deleted my cell phone contact lists. After ten minutes, I was able to reenter the missing data myself so its not a big problem.

Had an appointment on a Friday afternoon 4:00. Simple thing. Oil change. Tire rotation. Somehow by 5:30 I started to walk around looking for my car. There was a mistake and nothing was done to my car. They told me bring it back and they would give me preferential treatment. Brought it in the following Thursday morning. They finished in 45 min. Didn’t charge me for anything thing for their mistake. The service department really did take care of me.

Started the process for purchasing my car online, made an appointment to test drive a car the next day, was given financing options by my salesperson and spent less than an hour with financing. I got the trade in amount I wanted for my old car and the finance rate I wanted fir my new. Great place to buy a car!

My wife and I went in to just look at a 2021 Forester Touring and she immediately determined this was the car for her. They replaced my sister’s car axels, but the axels broke less than two weeks later. She took it back to them and it’s been over two weeks since they’ve had her car but it’s still not repaired. She has work and school, etc. but no car for over two weeks. If they take advantage of a young female customer, I’m sure they also scam and take advantage of all customers. Beware!

These guys are fantastic. We first tried a Subaru five years ago and have been really impressed with the quality of the Forester and great service. We just purchased a Legacy, and once again the process and quality have been top notch. Kyle McIntosh did a great job getting a good fit for what we needed, and took his time to make sure all of our questions were answered (over several days), including details that we would not normally be thinking to address. No pressure, no up selling, etc. Kyle even stayed later at night to accommodate our work schedule so he could go over the car and help customize it for individual drivers. Great guy, great service. Bought a used truck from Eddie Mendoza, super straightforward process, and was honest and agreeable when I pointed out a couple issues with the truck after the test drive. Easy to coordinate with over the phone and super responsive, always responded to texts or emails within an hour which is much appreciated. Competitive prices and a reasonable doc fee thats not several hundreds like other dealers.One star off because the service receipt said Lithia had replaced the wipers (they did not), they installed the cabin air filter upside down, and they missed a small thing in the interior cabin. Mistakes happen and I get it but it makes you worry about the attention to detail in the service department.I would buy here again without hesitating, but I wouldnt ever bring my truck back for service.

Car was taken in at the appt time and I had a place to wait while it was serviced. The work was complete within 90 minutes, and I was on my way back home. The waiting area is a bit cold, so as long as you wear long pants, you can be comfortable while you wait.

I went in looking for info on leasing and jose Solis helped me out. I ended up leaving with an Acura RDX with very low miles.
