Kind of slow service but we got what we needed with no problems. Cost was reasonable.
My car was totaled thanks to a young driver who decided putting her makeup on while driving was more important than watching the road.This is the first place I thought of, as I use the rental service often, and I am SO GLAD i went there. Was in the area on a Saturday afternoon and decided to go see what I could find. I had just received the insurance check and was waiting until Monday before actually going to look at a car to buy.My mother and I were greeted in the lot by a lovely woman named Fatima. I had many questions about specific cars on the lot since I had already been looking online, and she was very knowledgeable! She never hesitated when answering and she was not pushy at all! Even when I told her I was interested in a different car but it was more expensive and over my budget, she told me to go with my initial budget and not get something I was unable to afford. I appreciated that so much and it’s the reason i decided to go ahead and test drive a Hyundai Sonata. Fatima was awesome! She waited as I got approved and made sure the car was put aside for me as i had to come back on Monday to purchase it since I was unable to cash the insurance check yet.Lovely experience! The guy that went over the paperwork upon purchase was great also, I just can’t recall his name.Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a car without having to fight off pushy salespeople. It was quick, painless, and I absolutely adore my new car!
I had a great experience at Hertz Auto Sales. I recommend Nick, the salesman I spoke with, because he was one of the nicest salesman Ive met. Ken, in finance, was also friendly and helpful. They were both friendly, and accommodating, not pushy at all. My experience was great, overall. The prices on their cars are fair and haggle-free, because of that.
I am sitting in the parking lot across from Hertz Car Sales on 11/30/20 at about 10:20 am. A silver Hyundai just tore out of the Hertz parking lot very recklessly and at a high rate of speed. The driver was wearing a yellow vest so I assume he is an employee. When I am in the market for a new car I certainly will not look at Hertz Car Sales if this is how the fleet of cars is treated by employees.
We have bought two cars from them in the past. Salesmen were very friendly and the cars were decent. Since the bankruptcy Hertz has increased their prices exponentially, making it no longer worth it to buy from them. Unfortunate.
Worst place to purchase a car. This isnt even a dealership. No money for trades, prices are barely lower than other places. Your lucky if the inspection was even completed correctly.
Just got an amazing deal on my new car. All cars listed WAY below blue book. Dont buy into the stereotype of a rental. Mandated service and a nice selection thats pocketbook friendly.
We wouldnt have thought to come here, but our neighbor recommended Hertz Car Sales, and we are glad he did. They have a really good selection of well-maintained cars, at really good prices. The sales people are very nice and not too pushy. I would recommend Hertz Car Sales!
Noel sold me my car and he is amazing! The car is perfect, and it was in my price range and specs. I went to many dealerships with super rude salespeople, but Noel was extremely kind and patient, and not pushy. I recommended this place to everyone looking for a car.
This is no frills car buying. You should know what you want and expect to pay. The prices are below blue book. Former rentals so you know maintenance was kept on schedule. Ed was honest and answered questions openly. I paid about $2000 less for the car I wanted here than all the other dealerships I checked.

Very bad experience here. I had a loan approved and then they sell the car to someone else. So I look for a different car and can not get approved. Very unhappy and very unprofessional place. They never answer their phones and you can not leave a message because its full.
Mixed bag. Bought my oldest son a car here and very happy. A year later their inventory in the 10-15k was wanting cosmetically.
I stopped in to look at a few Equinox and Edge they had. The prices werent bad and the warranty is good but every car we looked at was beat up in one way (or more) or another eg one looked like it had been keyed down the side, another had body damage, yet another had stains and abnormal wear on the interior. They LOOKED like rental cars.
Ed was very nice and offered coffee and even kept us inside to show us vehicles on the computer to stay out cold!!
Best car buying experience ever! They are pretty hands off so find something you want to see and then ask for help. They will let you look at a car without pressure and answer any questions you have. They are a great group of guys here and very helpful AS LONG AS YOU ASK FOR HELP. The most pain free, easy, stress free car buying experience i have ever had! Thanks sunny and ed!!!
Everything seemed great at first but all went 100 to 0 real quick. They dont seem to care about your budget and financial issues. Second, they do not give time for customers to evaluate their finance plans for purchasing vehicles. They expect you to purchase off their lot day 1. Theyre willing to push any car on you no matter your preference just to make a sale off you. The fook.

I went in yesterday just to LOOK at the two cars I was very interested that I seen online. First off- I am not the type to be bothered while Im trying to look at a car and make my own decisions on it rather than having the car salesman drill me with deals, car info etc. I got a chance to look at the first car on my own with no pressure. Sunny came out to assist us ( took less than 5 minutes) and asked if we needed anything. I let him know what I was interested in and didnt want to test drive until we talked numbers first (in my case what the bank was going to deal me) all in all I walked out with a gently used 2015 Toyota rav4.The one thing my husband and I noticed was that while we were waiting on result from the bank. NO ONE greeted us, asked if weve been helped...and they only acknowledged us because my 3 yr old is super friendly and says hi to EVERYONE!Sunny did keep us updated to let us know what was going on with the credit check and bank which was nice and offered coffee or water. Sunny even called today to see how I am enjoying my new car.I had a great experience it would have been better if the staff were more friendly....
I was greeted by a young woman named Fatima and she was kind. Extended her hand to mine and asked how she could help.I explained I had spoken to a Mr. Wallace and she was kind enough to go get him. When he came into the office he just started at me. Like what do you want? I extended my hand and introduced myself. He still looked as if I interuppted his lunch hour. Ill be going back North as the dealerships are professional and eager to satidyea customer. If you get stuck in Fresno try enterprise. Theres a gentleman named Andrew and hes great!
Worst service ever! It took an hour and a half to get a rental even tho I had booked a car earlier. When I tried to explain that i was gonna miss my flight no one cared and lastly when I tried to ask for the manager or to see if more people could work the girl was so rude And said we don’t have a manager!!! Never go there on a Saturday!
We bought our car from them. It took a week before we could get it. We saw it online and decided it was what we wanted but then when we called it wasnt in. We went back and forth. Next, they promised us to get the second key faub for us and 3 months later it has not showed up. We have contacted them but no response.

If I could give them negative stars I would. My experience was horrible and they acted very unprofessional. Yes they have good deals on their cars but what I found out later on is not every thing they say is true. I went to look for a car and my first time looking at the lot was fine however they were in a big rush to have me leave with the car right then. When I would ask about the car, they were clueless and had to look up on line or ask their collegues, which I thought was odd. I filled out an application and was supposed to receive a call back a day or two after. That call never happened. I would call them only to hear we will call you right back which they never did THREE TIMES! Then two weeks later I get a call telling me to come over right away with my check book saying if I dont make it over soon the car has a possibility of being sold. I arrived only to find out they havent processed my paperwork, it was a different car, and I was being PRESSURED to buy the car right then. I have never felt so uncomfortable sitting in an office with the salesman pacing back and forth. I was on the phone with my insurance company and the salesperson of Hertz grabbed the phone out of my hand to talk to them. Everything happened so fast by the time I left I was shocked and confused. Since they called when I wasnt expecting them to, I needed time to process a few things of my own with my bank. I was then asked to leave because they have other sales!!! Then two hours after I left I received a call saying theyre not able to do business with me and hung up right away. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and down right stupidity are the only way I can describe this dealership. After that process I went to other dealerships explaining what happened only to find out theyre a company known for having bad dealings. Half of the cars have only been certified the very first time they left the ORIGINAL company. Also I met several others who have had problems with their vehicles purchased from Hertz. Needless to say I HATE this company.

Within a week of owning my car, my check engine light went on in my 2017 Malibu. I had to pay $100 put of pocket for the deductible to get it fixed. It happened again, but was covered by car original warranty The sales person Mark was super cool and made the buying process easy. I bought a cheap car and Now I am paying for it.
Buying the car was a great experience, our sales lady was awesome and spent a lot of time with us to ensure we got the car we wanted. When we found the car it had tons of scratches on the side of it but other than that it was perfect. Our saleslady assured us they could have it touched up after I purchased it. She spoke with Big Al who confirmed with me that they would do that. I bought the car and the next week, brought it in for my appointment. Al said it would be done in three days so I went next door and got a rental car at my own expense. Three days later I come back and NOTHING has been done to my car, it had not even been moved from where I parked it. Al Informed me that his paint guy had an emergency and was not able to paint my car. No phone call to let me know so I could make plans for an alternate vehicle, or at least not waste my time driving into fresno. I asked if they could give me a courtesy car rental and he said they couldnt but the would have it done in three days, and for my trouble would fill me up with a full tank of gas...so back I went to renew my car rental agreement. Three days later I went back and still nothing! They ended up having my car for a week and a half! And Big Al was unapologetic and had a horrible attitude. When I finally got my car and drove off I looked down at the gas gauge and it was on completely empty! I have never purchased another vehicle there since then, although I have now purchased two from other locations. This location is the worst!
2nd time buying a car from here. Been easy and painless experience
Have went to this place two times. Once when it was raining in December of 2015 and 2nd today. First time I went, the salesperson didnt seem really interested in talking to us. It didnt really bother us but we decided to go look around again today because I seen two cars I was interested in online. I was there for about 20 minutes without any help at all. We wanted to look inside and know the prices of 2 cars but no one was there to help. I seen a man walk right past us to another family that just got there but I wasnt sure if he worked there or not because I didnt have my glasses on. We walked past him as we were leaving and he had a Hertz shirt on. He didnt even acknowledge us at all. I think they are racist there because they only talk to white people and ignore the others.
Walked in was greeted with a smile, they had a large inventory to choose from.. love renting from this office... the staff, are diamonds in the rough

Got a car for 4 almost 5 under KBB that was less than a year old. This seems to be their selling point though. Theyre rental cars, so mileage is high, and theres very small bumps and chips in the paint here and there if you look close enough. Say what you want about buying rentals,you cant beat that price either way you cut it in my opinion, but, to each their own. Price posted is what they sell it for as well, no haggling necessary, which provides a great experience if you know what youre looking forSome pretty big knocks though, considering this was 5 stars initially in my opinion less than a couple weeks ago...if youre young, have no credit, or even poor and not bad credit, they wont be able to get you approval on a finance, and will ultimately just be detrimental on your credit due to the hard inquiry hit, unless your FICO has given you a grace period of course already.Also, not the best customer service experience so far, and heres why. I had overlooked a very important detail during the course of filling out the paperwork the previous night that we hadnt discussed or was nentioned very quickly and got missed. It was late, tired, and ready to be gone at this point of the day, my fault. But, it had dawned on me the following morning. So, in an, oh s***, moment. I decided to email the finance manager regarding my concern, and because of it being the weekend, understood if I didnt get a response until atleast Monday morning or afternoon. So, Wednesday rolls around, no reply, so I decided to call and ask. The gentleman on the phone with a rather condescending tone, almost laughingly, answered my question. Now, be it that it may have been an, oh duh or a no s*** type of question, nobody should be talked down to like that. Especially not someone who just made a 20k+ investment in your company that you represent. I mean, f*** me for making sure I had all my ducks in a row on a life altering investment...That all being said, I couldve forgot about the entire thing and put it behind me, or brush it off as a character flaw of just one individual. But, after sending another email to the finance MANAGER, Im still sitting here a month later with no reply, no new tags, and still a bit in the dark until my appointment with DMV next month. I mean, not even an,hey, been busy, didnt forget about you. This leaves me no choice but to believe that this is their Standard. Heaven forbid something crucial arises, like needing maintenance, or worse...who cares, you got my money, right?
