I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Total bill $2,500.00. I took it in for a sudden and significant oil leak. I wound up with a new oil cooler, thermometer and radiator. Got it home... oil is still dripping from my Jeep onto my garage floor as I type. The quantity of oil seems to great to be residual oil. If it is residual, a reputable garage would take the time to diligently wipe everything down to prevent drip and an unnecessary customer freak-out. The thermometer replacement is legit. Id been storing a P code related to the therm for a while and it needed addressed so I asked them to handle it while it was in there. The radiator is a mystery. Nobody checks the radiator for an oil leak diagnosis. Claimed a crack was found as part as routine multi-point inspection and they recommended replacement. Ill never know the truth I suppose. I didnt see my cracked radiator. It never leaked coolant. Engine never ran hot. I just took their word for it and said okay. Point is, I just spent $2500 to fix an oil leak and my oil is still leaking. And I just have to sit back and hope somebody makes it right.

The level of professionalism for this dealer sucks! I took my car in with an appointment and they didn’t see my car until two weeks later! I went in with my car running, no service engine light on, but suddenly my car no longer wants to start anymore. I’ve never had this issue before. Get it together!

The quality of service is not in question. Typically the work performed is exceptional. The cost is high, performance should equal this. My only rather large complaint and the resulting 3 star review has to do with timeliness. They required an appointment to get an oil change and fuel filter on my diesel truck, this is ok...but....lets review. It was approx. 2 weeks to get in, I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment, 6:55am. I had previously indicated that I was taking time out of my work day and needed this to be expedient. I was assured it would be. When I arrived I emphasized this again. More than 3 hours later...I finally got my truck back and headed to work at 10am. This is unacceptable!!!! 1 hour of work max...MAX! If I have an appointment...get me in and out on TIME! I will give them 1 more chance then NO more going here. You pay a premium, you make the appointment...you PAY a lot! Not recommended if you are on a schedule.

Took our car into to get serviced with an appointment. They over booked their appointments and it never got looked. We ended up picking it up at the end of the day with nothing being done. We made another appointment but don’t have high hopes it will be any different this time.**Update- I emailed the service manager like their response suggested. Havent heard back. Looks nice in the reviews when they reply and ask you to contact them, but whats the point if they dont respond.

Very impressed. I just happened to be driving by and checked to see how long their wait for service was. I explained I had a time limit. They said it was no problem and also took care of a simple recall and tire rotation after committing to my time schedule. I will be back!!! They were very curtious and professional. Came down from Modesto not knowing I had to book an appointment for a service on my truck. Rick was able to squeeze me into their tight schedule which I really appreciate. Customer Service like this is hard to come by nowadays. Rick made me feel welcomed and advised me to book appointments ahead of time before because they’re no longer accepting walk ins. He could’ve turned me down and sent me back home but he decided to save me the trip back home and get the job done. I’ll definitely be back again because of their great service. Terrible internet department. The internet sales folks screwed around, played games, and texted me inappropriately to argue when we couldnt agree on a deal. They cannot make good deals here, but are desperate to get you in the door. Go elsewhere- maybe one of the many dealers that will go 5-8% below invoice when you order a jeep. See the Jeep JL or JT forums.

I came in to the dealership, test drove it, and traded in my car for it the same day.Tim and the team made a normally intimidating process so simple and smooth. I had two recalls on my Dodge to take care of. I arrived on time. While still in the vehicle, a person approached and took the initial info. Then I went to the office. The staff was professional, efficient and friendly. The communication was right on spot. I went for lunch and they called me that my vehicle is ready for pick up. Perfect timing, too! Still will not give them a star, only way to post.Be extremely cautious about price gouging on parts and labor..Huge negative reporting on their extreme lack on customer communication, had to call to talk to dealership owner to get updates on parts..The service department will prolong labor on repairs...Example to cut 2 wires and crimp plus heat shrink the connector, I was charged 1hr...for a 15 minute job, plus I told them what exact issue my vehicle had and yet they charged a whole hour to check out the connector to verify the issue with my A/C clutch coil..Keep in mind, Im disabled, cant work on vehicles anymore, but Im certified A/C technician plus other certification to repair vehicles, yes Im a certified mechanic and I never treated my customers the way these dealerships treat customers,, its all about how much money they can scam from you..Never again will I take my vehicle to this specific dealership that is poorly managed..His other dealership tried to scam me to say that my engine is leaking oil after they spilled engine oil on my engine, and manager refused to acknowledge that the employee spilled oil on my engine..Take videos of your vehicle before you take it to the dealership and do a joint inspection....

My Family and I have been customers since 1995.. We only buy our Jeeps or cars from FCDJ.. General Manager, I dont want to butcher the spelling of his name Chaffy (sorry) and Manny, and the rest of the guys always make sure we are taken care of. I appreciate the kindness and immediate attention they show my mother. My Father had a stroke 7 years ago and Chaffy was quick to make sure my mother had a vehicle that was wheel chair friendly and always making sure she gets an upgrade when she stops in. Customer Service is beyond 5 stars .. No wonder we have gone home with at least 15 cars. Maybe more in total over the past 26 years..

Went here to do a service and a month after I noticed smoke coming out of my hood so I checked my oil and there was hardly any in there. So I took my car to get oil changed somewhere else and it turns out my oil filter was very loose and I was leaking oil I would not recommend this place on service !!! I am not happy

Me and my wife went here to buy a vehicle about a month ago. Our salesperson (Mitchell) was very helpful in getting us exactly what we were looking for and making sure all of our questions were answered. I went back again today to talk to the same salesperson about purchasing another vehicle and once again he was very helpful. I didn’t make a purchase today but I definitely plan on going back in a couple days and making a purchase through them.

Couldnt say enough good things about the dealership came in late for my appointment didnt give me a hard time Brittany, I hope I got ur name right, was running around along with her service manager trying to get cars in system and customers on their way, great team work and way to show ur team u are out there in the trenches with them. Took my 2021 jeep renegade in because of acceleration issues. The gas pedal is very difficult to push down and sometimes almost impossible to even push. My appointment was at 1030 in the morning on August 5th which I had setup it up a week prior to the appointment date. When I arrived, I was told they would need to keep my car over night because of the out pour of cars that are needing to be fixed. I was fine with that since I was off work the next day anyways. Over a day later from dropping it off, I hadnt heard anything back from this dealership so I called and was told that my car hadnt even been looked at yet and that they werent sure if it would even get looked at that day either. I asked about me getting a loaner car if they couldnt get it done that day because I worked the following day but for some reason there is a shortage on rentals according to this dealership. It was like pulling teeth trying to get one of the service guys to call clovis and set up an appointment for my car to get looked at. He finally did and I was told I wouldnt be able to get it looked at until August 27th. I explained how dangerous this gas pedal situation is but nothing resonated with the guy. Did not care one bit. I will never go back to this dealership for anything. Horrible customer service skills and extremely horrible time management. They dont try to make you feel better nor do they try and resolve any issues. I recommend never going to this dealership especially for its service department.

My husband and I bought one vehicle about two years ago from this dealership. The sales person was very helpful. When I decided to buy a vehicle for myself I found one online and emailed the dealership. I gave my email address and my phone number. The sales person called my husbands number and not mine. I didnt give them his number so they had to have gotten it from our services records. We let them know that that was not acceptable. They emailed me back to apologize and then called my husband again the next day. I felt like I wasnt being taken serious because I was a woman. I ended up buying a vehicle from another dealership where they dealt with me directly.

My Wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership since June 2020 and we both couldnt be happier. The Wife got a 2020 Durango GT plus and I got a 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. My Wife was able to get all the information, negotiations, financing, ect via phone or online as we executed a PCS transfer from Alaska with zero problems. Her new car was waiting in the driveway of our new CA home as they arranged delivery.After a disastrous experience at San Leandro Dodge, I called Fresno dodge. They listened to my expectations, respected my top dollar, and gave me a very fair price for my trade in. When I was initially looking at a truck outside my price range they honestly told me so! Up front straight forward approach. NO BS, no trying to convince me to lease, and so on. I found the truck I wanted and they didnt stop there. They were able to switch out the rims and tires for different Ram wheels to accommodate my personal preference.I drove nearly 3 hours one way to get the right truck, do business with the right people, and I would recommend you do the same. Ask for Kyle, he was a pleasure to work with!

Very Disappointed !! the AC on my new Grand cherokee went out. I called for an appointment and was initially told that they were currently scheduling warranty work out three weeks, but if I had non-warranty work i could bring it in the next day. This sounded bad so I called Jeep directly and within a few minutes CDJR called me and said they gave me the wrong information and I could bring in the car first thing the next morning and they would take care of it. when I called late afternoon I left several messages for the service advisor to call me back to no avail. When I finally made connection, I was told that they could not locate the person working on my car and could not give me any information. I wentdown there right away to find that they had not touched the vehicle. I picked it up and took it to the Jeep clovis dealer and they took care of me right away. What a difference!! I certainly will never go back to the fresno jeep dealer again! The clovis Jeep people are great and have their act together. Think twice before you deal with Fresno Chrysler Dodger Jeep Ram, Clovis is not that far away.

Today I went to drop off my car for an oil change. Oscar, my service advisor, was helpful and fast! Unfortunately it was going to be a wait so asked Jesse the best shuttle driver in the world to give me a ride to work. On his way to drop me off this guy ran a RED light going aprox 40mph, if it wasnt for Jesse paying attention and having ninja like instincts that car would have smashed the passenger door and ME! I am thankful for him and glad he got me to work safe! Fresno Chrsler, if you read this, give this man a raise!!!!

Terrible service and money grab. DO NOTGO HERE.We brought our Jeep in for a recall and had MANY issues after they returned it to us. On top of that issue, they charged us a diagnostic fee for looking into a problem unrelated to the recall and told us nothing was wrong. When I brought it back with the SAME problem, they wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee! They also wanted to charge me diagnostic fees for all the issues that suddenly appeared after they “fixed” the recall problems.I argued with them for 45 minutes and talked to 3 different people, eventually I took my Jeep back and went somewhere else.

This place has unethical and shady salesmen. We went on a test drive and returned to purchase the truck. Sat down to do paperwork and were told the people seated at the table next to us actually purchased this truck while we were out on the test drive!!! The best part is these people and their salesman watched our salesman back the truck out and watched us get in and drive away. They were right there! The two salesmen couldnt have communicated with one another?? One salesman couldnt have given the other a heads up?? Being on a test drive doesnt give the customer a clear shot at purchasing the vehicle?? These people apparently never even looked at this truck. Their salesman pushed them to start paperwork because it was obvious we were going to buy the truck. Moral of the story, make sure when dealing with this dealership the vehicle you want to purchase is actually available and it wasnt stolen out from under you. Terrible way to do business.

First off completely price gouged me. Charged me $200 dollars over what two other dodge dealerships quoted. Then said my coupon for transmission flush from Clovis dodge wouldn’t work because is wasn’t my cars right fluid, when Clovis specifically gave it to me for my car. Then have my appointment at 10am and say my car will be done by 1pm. No they got it in by 1pm and done by 5:30 because they machine didn’t work right. Services only should’ve took 2:30 hours. Then after telling Randy at service to make sure they put my wheel lock key back because it’s my only one, of course it’s gone. Said nothing they can do. Never will go back here. All about money not the people.

Im a fairly knowledgeable guy, but - I was bait and switched, they worked a little too swiftly - I should have known. I was sold a model under the one I was told it was (TOURING L VS LIMITED), which explains why they ripped the window sticker off so fast and kept the van (as nice as it is) away from us- by the time we took delivery it was dark and yadda yadda. They will not return my calls to make it right. Guess Im out $2-3k. Live and learn. Ill never do business here again.

There plenty and many of places that Ive have brought my jeep to because it was having problems and almost a year and no one has fixed or even found the problem. They found it right away and were able to get started on it! Amazing job! My only issue is that my vehicle was ready at the beginning of the week but they never rung me to let me know and when I would call their service department it would send me to voice mail. Other than that amazing work!

There were plenty Grand Cherokees to choice from, but I did go in with 1 in mind. The End of Year sale/Rebates were a plus, but the pricing on my new Jeep was great! I recently purchased my 2020 Challenger here which was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions the online sales was able to handle for me i applaud them thank you 👍🏻😎 however the service department was a bad experience. I had an appointment planned (through the app) which apparently they don’t utilize so my car was in for 5 hours. no big deal, i have patience even if he was being rude, but when it was ready for pick up the service gates were closed and the man in front made it seem like i came in too late to pick up? even though he called 15 mins prior. def going to take it somewhere else for services...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER (AND DEALERSHIP) IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. They do not take the necessary time with their work, then refuse to pay out for cost to repair it--and the owner is absolutely unprofessional. I asked for $750 to cover PART of the money I had to pay due to their negligence. I was in contact with them for weeks, yet the most that they would offer me was $75. It’s one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had.Explained:After being in contact with this dealership’s service department for 5 weeks, I had to lodge an official complaint with BAR due to their refusal to refund a faulty repair, and partially compensate for negligence during a vehicle inspection that cost me $1400—instead of what could have been just a $300-$500 check for preventative repair. I requested $750 total for both their repair I had to have redone, and for partial responsibility for the part they overlooked on their inspection.Wendy, the service manager, is good at her job, in that she will do everything to not refund someone. It would take her a week to call me back, and was incredibly unprofessional when she called me on a Thursday as she was “walking out the door,” telling me she’d be gone Friday and would call me Monday—which she didn’t do until I called her and left a message.Eventually I talked straight to Tim Finegan, the owner of the dealership. (Their website now lists him as Vice-President, but I believe it used to say owner, and he is who Wendy has introduced to me as the owner of the dealership.) He called me obviously hot-headed, brazenly denying any fault, though half the time he wasn’t even talking about the same thing I was. He misunderstood me a lot because he talked right over the top of me like a child, unwilling to let me finish my point. To Wendy’s benefit, she was never rude.I informed him, as it was the next step I had to take, that I would be finding a complaint with BAR, to which he replied I, “couldn’t threaten him,” to get him to pay me—which isn’t what I had aimed to do, or else I wouldn’t have wasted 9 interactions on trying to come to an agreement. Wendy and I didn’t even discuss an amount for refund until we’d talked on the phone several times.I was out of the country and unable to take calls at the time my case with BAR was discussed with Fresno CDJR, and as a result, it was closed. I had planned to file a suit in small claims, but with all the time and money I would have had to spend on the bureaucracy of filing, getting a subpoena to even know what was discussed with BAR… it was just time to put this awful experience behind me.*****This is exactly why they don’t pay people directly for their mistakes: because they know it’s a lot of work to take them to court, and they keep getting away with horrendous service.*****

They have an outstanding sales and service department. They really took care of me when I special ordered my Challenger SRT Shaker, always keeping me updated on its location and delivery date. They topped it all off by giving me a free Hellcat T-shirt, would recommend going to this dealership, they make you feel like family and there was no pressure at all when it came to the sale of the car. Ask for Colby, he is amazing.

I called and told them what the problem was with our vehicle. They quoted us $85. Then we make an appointment and take the car down, not only did they double the cost but basically denied that anyone told us the quote over the phone. They obviously have some discrepancies in there department and terrible customer service to not honor the quote they gave us over the phone. In addition the car was supposed to take an hour when we dropped it off at 7am it is now 1030 so I hope they dont try to increase the price again! Cant trust this car dealership.

I’ve called this dealership 4 times about a specific Ram HD truck I was wanting to buy. Every time I call I’m promised a phone call back and have not had anyone from the sales department actually follow up with me. I finally emailed the General Sales Manager about the issue hoping he would be able to answer my questions and help me purchase the truck, and over 24 hours later still no response, no phone call, no text, nothing. I refuse to buy anymore vehicles from here and I’ll be sure to make my friends and family and co-workers aware. These days there are too many other dealerships out there that have superior customer service and go out of their way to make sure a customer at least gets a response. I’ll be sure to never shop here again.

I highly recommend taking your car to be serviced here! Everyone was so kind and made the experience as smooth as possible. I had a few recalls on my dodge sedan; making an apt. with Sharon was easy (she is wonderful!) and the team finished all of them promptly. I will definitely be back again!

Terrible experience 😪 I had my daughters jeep towed to the service department once it arrived I approached the service counter and was told to wait outside for 15 minutes until they were ready to check ✔ me in.I waited for 45 minutes and still not checked in yet,so i just had the tow truck take it back to my house so i can look at it. And saved a lot of headaches and over priced dealers services. With my experience with service department they all work the same lack of customers services

I am usually very happy with everything but this time I noticed my backseat had food on it and my car is still making a sound in the same area but I hate to complain and Im very busy so I dont have the time to take it back. However the cashier was super sweet and they did take a huge amount off of the price. But I would take my car back to them because I do trust them.

I paid to have my car inspected and serviced after I noticed a coolant leak and oil leak. They called back and said they worked it all out with my warranty and its fixed. I pick up my car and a few days later notice my oil is very low. I have to bring it back in 7 days - and after having paid for a tear down inspection have to pay for a reinspection to address the issue I already knew of in the previous visit.The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they provided a loaner the second time they fixed my car, otherwise this would have been a 1 star service.

This service shop is only useful to change oil and brakes. I had a 2003 Dodge Dakota go in February for a motor that would misfire and barely took it out at the end of September, the problem did not get fixed and the manager and head mechanic gave up and did not want to put anymore time into fixing my truck because they are losing money. For 7 months they changed parts that they “thought” would fix the problem. They said many technicians and different mechanics would give ideas as to what the issue could be and it was a guessing game for months. A friend of mine who is a mechanic fixed it in 3 hours. Assuming the problem was much more serious I took it to a Dodge service shop first and they couldn’t fix a dodge truck. The shop seriously lacks mechanics with experience and intuition, especially for a shop that specializes in Dodge vehicles.

Came to this dealership to buy a Jeep. Chris, the sales associate, was very charismatic and provided excellent customer service; he was very knowledgeable of all the car’s details. Where things went wrong was when we discussed the numbers.The managers and owners do not care at all about their customers; they are rude and dishonest. To top it off, they act like they are doing you a favor and throw it in your face about the money they are “losing” by giving the customer a discount.I was offered a certain price by a manager; however, I left the dealership to look at other vehicles. While I was gone, they called me back several times in attempts to convince me to return and buy the vehicle. When I finally went back, they told me they could not honor the price they promised over the phone. When I spoke to the owner, he stated he was not willing to lose anymore money on the vehicle. In fact, they tell you that they deceive you to come back. Don’t waste your time with this place; go outside of Fresno to get your car.Also, please do not respond with Contact Ryan Kirk because let’s be honest, nothing will come of that. I’m tired of talking and wasting my time with this place and being deceived time and time again.

When I dropped my truck off Wednesday evening for a Thursday 8:00 appointment I was informed by my service advisor Ron Kirby that it might not be looked at the following day because of a power outage the previous two days because they were behind. I appreciated that because most places would just call you up in a couple of days and say sorry we couldn’t get to it. He advised me to just leave it and he would let me know if they could get to it otherwise I would pick it up the next day as I needed for the weekend. To my surprise at noon on Thursday I got a call from Ron saying my truck was on the rack being looked at. At 4:00 I got another call from Ron telling me my two recalls were done and my exhaust leak was covered under my extended warranty and would be ready Friday late afternoon. Was sweating it but Friday at 4:00 got another call from Ron saying my truck was ready. This kind of communication is rare in the service industry today. Hats off to you Ron and your staff. They had my 2005 300c for 2 days and didn’t get the problem fixed the car sat around waiting i finally went to the shop and nothing was done no communication about what needed to be done until i arrived to inquiry about my vehicle and THEN! I get this crazy amount to further any repairs! And they ran my battery down! How or why i dont know. I will take be passing that business again if you want to call it a business!

They are a service center for a dealership so the wait times are going to be forever compared to a smaller mechanic shop. I took my 08 Dodge Ram in for the 120k miles maintenance. It was not cheap but also knew it was needed.
