Super Disappointed in Fresno Acura! They are the reason that dealership service departments have a bad name. I went in for a transmission flush and was quoted over $700! Went ahead and called another Acura Dealer and was quoted $320. When confronting Daniel the Service Attendant, he simply stated that prices may fluctuate and labor has a huge role in this. So this means that Fresno Acura is charging an Extra $400 IN LABOR! Cmon Guys! I really want to keep my business local to Fresno but you guys are making it really difficult. I now have to drive my car 100+ miles for service, but at least I will get treaded fairly like any paying customer should. Really Disappointed in Daniel and most importantly the service manager David. David, when you read this I hope you truly realize that poor leadership starts from the very top, and you Mr. Skinner are setting a poor example of what leadership consists of. Please do stop soiling the name Acura is trying to create for its self!

Took my car in for service. Daniel from Service department is rude and unprofessional. Took 2 hours to change two tires. He said they giving my car a wash. Little do they know I washed my car before I took it there. I had grease all over my front two rims they have had replaced. I told Daniel there’s grease on my tires and rims. He replied “ when you drive it pass Bakersfield it should all come off”. I thought they washed my car???? I bet they was holding my car so they can get paid hourly for the labors. I bought my 2019 car from there and idk if I should go back for service . I hardly write reviews but this is terrible experience

After taking vehicle in for a recall fix, we began to have electrical issues the following month. Car finally had to be towed into the service department. Service quickly found the issue, but ignored servicing the maintenance due issues while the car was in, leaving me with having to find time to take the car in again. The original issue was caused by an O ring being pinched which happened when the recall was being fixed. All the following electrical issues were supposedly a result of that, resulting in calls and visits to the service department. So why wouldnt they do the general service while the car was in their care and the indicator lights told them it needed to be done? They just dont care. Overall, great car, but I suggest to buy only where good service is going to be provided.

First of all, I would like to formally write a review on the service department here at Fresno Acura. Daniel, yes Daniel, has given me the worst customer experience I have ever experience in my life. Please, take your time and read below before purchasing.(August 2021)Future customers, I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your purchase. I bought a brand new 2021 Acura TLX two weeks ago. Yes,(14 days ago) and the vehicle left me stranded three hours away from home. Yes, you read that correctly. I WAS LEFT STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY. After hours of being on the phone with the warranty (new vehicle, so thats why the warranty comes into play) I was told the vehicle would NOT get towed to my original dealer location. Therefore, I paid out of pocket to get it towed to my preferred dealership which is where I purchased it, FRESNO ACURA.This is when my experience comes into play with the service department, specifically my horrifying experience with Daniel.Please see the timeline for DATES and the horrible unfair practices.Sunday, August 15, 2021The car gets delivered to Fresno Acura after misfiring and going into limp mode, leavening my family and me on the side of the freeway.Monday, August 16, 2021Daniel contacts my husband to let him know that the issue was a coil pack. He lets him know that he has placed the order and it would arrive at their location the following day.Tuesday, August 17, 2021Daniel calls my husband and me and informs us that FedEx, LOST the package and he had to look for the part because it was on backorder.(We understand things happen, therefore, we are very understanding)Wednesday, August 18, 2021, and Thursday, August 19, 2021No new information was provided.Friday, August 19, 2021Finally, my husband reached out to the parts division, parts department manager Vince told him he was looking for the part, however, everywhere he looked the part was back-ordered. My husband asked for some clarification on the issue and thats when Vince, confirmed that there was no order placed for the coil pack and it was never lost in FedEx. He said, Nothing in the system shows that the part was ordered.I feel that Daniel is taking advantage of the customers and deceiving us by providing inaccurate information.My husband ended up doing his research and found the part within a few local dealerships so when he called Vince, he had also been able to locate and purchase said part, within 15 minutes. Teamwork makes the dream work when one is willing to treat customers like adults and coordinate said efforts into finding a solution.After this took place we called Daniel.Daniel was very unprofessional and dishonest. We asked him why he provided us with the wrong information and very rudely he said he placed the order on Monday and on Tuesday it got lost in FedEx. He doesnt care what Vince said, he is certain that the time shows he placed it. He then very rudely and unprofessional said, Im not here to argue with you guys word for word. I can not fathom what type of customer service this employee has to offer. He then confirmed that the car will get serviced and be ready on Monday.I will continue to update and inform the people who read this post, as to when I will receive the 2021 car I purchased. So far, the car has not been returned to me.A luxury dealership should always make its customers feel safe and welcomed in order to thrive. The clientele that walks through an Acura dealership is very specific, and do not like there time wasted. Buying a new car 2021 anything let alone an optioned out model should already tell you that the customer is not there to have there time wasted, let alone be jerked around. When one walks in to purchase a brand new vehicle, they want the best service available. But, if this is what the warranty has to offer I WOULD HIGHLY recommend giving your service elsewhere.Management needs to talk to Daniel. He needs to relearn customer service.Update**Car was returned. Daniel said car would get aligned. It wasn’t after 3 visits.

Gave the salesteam a shot at selling me but they judged me and maybe just assumed i couldnt buy...so i bought my car in San Jose....Buut...my car has had an issue or 2....Service Manager David Skinner there at Acura Fresno has gone the extra mile to make sure im taken care of...and i have to say...hes restored my faith in this dealership...Big 5 star review for David Skinner!!

I was able to schedule an appointment online, it was easy to find a time that worked for me. When I dropped off my car there was a gentleman waiting to take my keys and get my service started. Everyone is always very friendly and they provide a thorough and efficient service. I went in for an oil change but then found out I needed to get a tire replaced because of a nail. They had my car’s tires in stock and were able to replace, balance and rotate in about an hour. Very quick turn around time.Very pleased with my service!

I have to change my rating after my previous service visit I dont want to go into detail too much, parts department deserves 5 star but service department deserve 0 way over price I called many Acura dealership and they gave me a different quote for what I was charge at service and the service guy lied saying they perform a steering wheel angle sensor calibration after the alignment which is false cause I took the car home and did the Steering angle sensor myself and cleared the traction off light from dash, you never know who your trying to fool maybe the person your trying to fool knows more about cars than you think.

If I can rate 0 stars I definitely would. Since I’ve bought my car it’s been giving me issues. I didn’t even have it for a month and they had to put a brand new transmission but they still never fixed the issue. And now my car won’t start every time I try to start it, and they never fixed the issue I took it in there for over a handful of times. I definitely won’t be buying another car from here again

Owner, you do a great job responding to reviews. I’d suggest putting forth the same effort into teaching your service advisors proper communication skills, compassion for customers dealing with the big inconvenience of having a car repaired(especially if under warranty), and an understanding of how making excuses is completely unprofessional. Our future is bleak if owners such as yourself don’t help teach true customer service. AND GET SOME DARN LOANER VEHICLES VS MAKING CUSTOMERS GO THRU HASSLE OF ENTERPRISE RENTAL!! Every other ‘luxury’ brand I’ve had offers this. On the bright side, Enterprise staff are amazing with their customer service. 🤭

I was ready to give this dealership my business until I realized not 1 but 2 different salesmen were being deceptive and outright lied to me on multiple levels. I understand this is a business who needs to make money, but the first price I was told by a salesman here was nearly 2,500 more than what the GM had approved.It all started with a simple inquiry on a Monday afternoon. I was promptly sent an e-mail and a phone call from Edward. After a quick chat, I asked Edward to send me over a quote. A few hours later, Garrett, the sly guy in here, gave me a call. On the call, hes trying to close me with the what can we do to get your business, very common sales jargon here, its quite possibly my favorite. He tells me, that they wont be able to meet the lowest quote Ive gotten before but they are close, about 300 over the lowest quote I got at that point. I responded, yea, just give me a quote with the out the door price and Ill consider it.Tuesday rolls through and still no official quote. I give Garrett a call, he says hell tell Edward to do it as hes not in the office that day. I went ahead and gave Edward a call, asking for the official quote, he said hed write it up and also mention he had heard nothing from Garrett, this shouldve been a red flag. EOD Tuesday, nothing.Now this whole time, I knew they werent going to have the best offer, but it was also the closest dealer to me and that provided some value to me so the verbal price I was told by Garrett was close enough for me. They were also telling me that they like to provide a red carpet service (their words not mine) to all their customers. Well let me tell you come Wednesday morning I realized they wanted to pay for the red carpet and apparently they thought they were some big hollywood actors because that price was told verbally by Garrett was a big sham and the quote went from 43.5k to right under 46k (45.9k I believe was the exact number).Needless to say, I was a bit upset with the whole ordeal. I ended up talking to the GM, Clint, and he tells me that the ~46k price was the only price he could approve, I respect the price as this is a business trying to make money. What I dont respect is the fact that Edward couldnt pull up the decency to tell me, hey we are no where near your price point and this is the best we could do and just kept wasting my time. What really pisses me off is Garrett outright lying to me and when I confronted him about his deceit, he says that he couldnt provide an actual quote unless we submitted information because they could only provide quotes to customers...Garrett probably also expects you to hand over your credit card before putting a price tag on an item too. It really felt like he was just trying to get us to the dealership and pull a fast one on us, a good ole bait and switch sales tactic, nice one G...it just cost your dealership.If youre looking for the best price, stay away, Fresno Acura had the HIGHEST quote of the 7 Acura Dealerships I contact for the same car.If youre looking for honest trustworthy salesmen, then this is the last place Id go...especially stay away from Garret, Edward seemed a bit more honest but I still cant recommend him after wasting my time for a couple days.If you want to waste some time then, this might be the right price to go.After its all said and done, I still never got a quote from these guys...I guess thats one way to protect the environment. Saving trees and not putting more cars on the road.Of all the dealerships Ive interacted with in my car buying history, these guys rank dead last to me.

Salesperson Edward provided excellent communication, no back and forth negotiating. We stated our price and that’s what we paid. We were already familiar with the vehicle we purchased so the car sort of sold itself but Edward was great assisting us through the process. Elle was our finance/final paperwork person. She was excellent as well and no nonsense. This dealership is the gold standard that all others should aspire to. I would come here again and definitely refer friends and family.

Horrible dealership. Been going for a long time for service yet whenever we needed something fixed with our car, they would deny the warranty coverage, even though it was covered. Would have to come back multiple times for one issue to be fixed. Still have an major issue that was brought up in our last visit and wasn’t addressed yet they want to charge me to look at it again. Only worries about money and not service.

They valued more about money then the values of customers service. They couldnt simply provide me with a simple informations over the phone. Went on Sunday morning to look at some vehicles with my family and had poor service. There were few staff to attend us and when we were attended we didnt feel welcome at all due to poor interaction from staff. As Hondas luxury division we expected superior service but what we got was inexcusable. We ended up going to Clawson Honda and received excellent service. This comes from a family loyal to the Honda/Acura family.

AC failed in the 105 degree mid day heat after our drive up from Los Angeles. We were only spending one night so they advised that we not have them diagnose the problem as the Acura likely needed a part that would need to be ordered and they would not be able to fix the problem before we needed to drive home... and upon getting home we would still need to pay a local dealer for a diagnosis. Honesty and integrity is good to find!!

Took my car in. Everytime Daniel calls me back it gets more expensive to fix my car. It went from a caytical convertor problem to a timeing belt problem now they are telling me I need a whole new engine. Stay away from Fresno Acura. Stay Away unless you want to pay a fortune.

My entire service appointment was excellent. All employees involved went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Some of the employees were Vince, Haley and Daniel. The parts counter person was great too but I did not remember his name. I left my car while I went to a meeting and took my keys with me, Vince and Haley made arrangements with me to come and get the keys so that they could get my car finished without my having to be inconvenienced! What great service. They went above and beyond. Daniel checked in with me to see that I was happy with everything and helped me to get the new batteries for my keys. Fresno Acura has a great team. Rating is solely based on the check out process of parts department.So spring rain calls for replacement of my worn wiper blades. Knowing that wiper inserts are replaceable as I am a professional in the automotive background, I called advance for the price and availability of these wiper inserts. In stock, $$$, GREAT I’ll be there shortly. Fresno Acura I go. I get to the parts counter, GREAT, they stow the wiper insert in the lower cabinet for fast entry. Then I anticipated the all known words from the parts counter “have you bought parts from us before?”, but I don’t. I get “cash or card?”. Thinking to myself, what the heck. I go along and they send me to the cashier. Cashier says, it’ll be $$$, I paid and on my way out I go.I never had the parts counter in my entire automotive life let me leave without saying “have you bought parts from this dealership before?”. Or follow up with “what’s your telephone number”. Did they not want to know who I was? Maybe I was to get a discount, maybe I would of saved a few dollars, but no . All it said on my parts inovice was “Bill to, “cash sale”; cust no. 180.” ????? So in ending, how do we get warranty on this, or others parts in general without knowing who you are and linking the parts we buy to us. Because in this age, who keeps and know where they’ve placed the invoice.

Went in for new tires and ended up waiting for nothing. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am after making an appointment the day before for 4 new tires. Was told by the service writer that it would take 2.5 to 3 hours. Not a big deal even though it really shouldnt take that long. Let customer know that I would wait with my kids. 3 hours go by and I ask if its ready yet. I was told that they are still waiting on the tires to arrive, and that he wasnt sure when they would arrive. He could have let me know since I was waiting the whole time and could have made other arrangements. I ended up taking my car back with no work completed since it was near lunch. Was just disappointed in the communication.

Great Service! I had an Audi prior to my Acura and after only 6 months of owning it, I came to hate it. The customer service was nothing compared to Acura. So far I love my Acura much more and the service at this particular Fresno location is amazing! Recommend Brian or Edward if you are looking to get a new car.

Very courteous people in the service department, but they will cause your vehicle more problems than they will fix. Stay away from Fresno Acura. It is a drive, but cheaper in the long run, to drive to the Marin Acura dealer. At least they are honest and competant, and will actually change your transmission fluid when you pay them to, they will actually change your brake pads without taking-out your ABS system and trying to charge you an additional $2700 for a problem they caused.Marin Acura will NOT return your vehicle to you with your brake pedal fading to the floor, when it didnt, before Fresno Acura fixed your brakes...Wow, am I sorry I ever took my Acura to Fresno Acura for service. Heed my warning, DO NOT take your Acura to Fresno Acura.

My wife took her car in for warranty repair today, they said they are all out of courtesy cars. That’s understandable, but the enterprise rental car is very small for a family with a child in a car seat and a stroller.I called and got transferred to Daniel in the service and explained the same thing to him as I did above. Daniel’s response instantly in the tone of his voice went on the defense, he said “do you want to come pick up your car then?” I said no it needs to be fixed, he then said what do you want me to do? I told him I did not like how he was talking to me and I will get in contact with someone else.When we bought the car we were told Acura will provide a courtesy car, we got the whole family owned business and how Acura strives to provide excellent customer service. I must say Daniel is a representative of your family owned business, that is not excellent service. We will not buy another car from your dealership and will be also reporting this to Acura.

These folks did a great job servicing my ILX. The customer service was exceptional ... they anticipated what I needed before I even asked. They also gave me careful advice about what work should be done vs what must be done and what could wait until later - I really appreciate that. Honestly very nice staff, supper friendly which I liked when I dropped off and picked up my dads car. BUT THIS IS WHY IM POSTING A ONE STAR. I took my fathers car for a check engine light. I informed the service writer the issues it was having and the parts that have been replaced. My younger brother and I drove 45min to get the vehicle there and was told if I would be waiting or dropping off. We dropped off and then headed home. I did not get a update call until the next day around 1pm or so. Even then I was told the problem still had not been found and would like permission from me for a compression test additional 3hrs. I said yes trying to get to the source of the problem. Well another day had passed by and did not get a call until Saturday. A total of 4 days the problem had been found and it was the engine with a type of leak not allowing it to work properly, ok. The time was spent and so was the money. When I get to the car with my younger brother we find the fuse cover in the ground I said it’s ok we can put it back ourself but then he mentions to me about other parts that where never installed back on. Timing belt cover guard and air box cover just laying on the floor. I was upset and this point, I just wanted to get the car back home 45min drive back with the same issues it had, SO I THOUGHT. My younger brother then calls me 5 min after pulling out from the store that the car is having issues worse then when we first drove it in. Making a weird noise, struggling when it got to 70-80 hr. I’m not someone to write post good or bad but I felt I got SCREWED! If everything would have been put back into place I would not have left upset but not so upset to write this post. I’ve had my acura tsx for 14yrs w/less than 150k miles. Recently I took my car in to get an oil change and the service guy calls me to tell me i need ALL four tires replaced... thats odd considering I just bought 2 brand new tires at costco in July 2018. Its only been 5 1/2 months and I already need to replace them?? QUIT LYING TO PEOPLE!!

Parts department is the worst! I wanted to order some parts with my account, and the arrogant man on the line told me my sellers permit was expired(I have a shop), that permit never expires as long as you pay your taxes!, I told him to verify it at the boe.ca.gov, then he was oh ok, but we can not deliver the part because we are so busy(with a very arrogant tone) I just hang up on the guy! will never do business with Acura Fresno ever again!

I recently moved to Hanford from the bay area. I have had my 2006 TL serviced many times between the Concord and Pleasanton Acura dealerships. My experiences with the bay area dealerships were great, but my experience at Fresno Acura was truly exceptional. I called all 3 of the aforementioned dealerships to receive price quotes for my 100K service, and Fresnos was the most competitive (all were very close, though). However, the reason I elected to try this dealership is that I was extremely impressed with the attention, accommodation, and communication provided by Daniel Weimer, my service advisor. His extraordinary customer service was evident from the moment I reached out to Fresno Acura, and he was proactive in his communication with me until the moment I got my keys back. It honestly felt as if he made me his top priority, and that is a special feeling that every customer genuinely appreciates. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Fresno Acura for future services, and would highly recommend to anyone.

I went and saw a used VW 2010 Tiguan, the sales rep name Raj came and showed me the car, with 0 knowledge on the car, the car turns on, the AC didnt work and I opened the hood of the car to check the motor and it was having a rattling noise.. I asked him what is that noise.. he said is just a plastic thing and the motor...(thats the time chain.. thank you YouTube) the panoramic sun roof almost didnt open you can hear the electric motor having a bad day ... asking price $10612 USD... I quickly searched on craiglist to check a fair price, and I found that Acura fresno have it in craiglist cheaper, I showed to Raj, he got upset and went and talk to someone and came back and stated I can sell it to you as is no repairs done for the cheaper price or you can buy it a the higher price and I fix the AC... pfff good thing I got diarrhea and left the place no thank you !Big Scammers and poor customer service...
