I remember I had dropped my Fiat 500 Sport off here to be serviced because the car was having issues every other month so it was needing constant repairs. The day I was suppose to go pick it up. They werent specific on where I needed to go to get the car so I kinda waited in the front in the parking lot. After about 10 minutes I was greeted by a man who asked me what do you want? Like I was inconveniencing him or something. So I told him what I was there for and as hes walking away he tells me its over in the next lot I never felt so dehumanized in my life. Me a paying customer getting treated like that. Not sure if the same individual still works here but if asked, Id be able to point him out in a second. Luckily I got rid of that car and never been back. Lets just say Im in the market for a new car and this place will not be getting my buisness. Nice going.

As usual, really very unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. I went there to inquire about an oil change and awkwardly stood there while a guy was on his cell phone and didn’t even greet me or offer help.. I eventually had to ask him if he can help me and he nonchalantly answered my questions and brushed me off to talk to another person. Unimpressed. The only reason I go to this place is due to the fact they’re slightly cheaper than anywhere else.. but they could all take a lesson on friendliness and how to treat customers.Edit 6/3/21: I returned today for my oil change, and after being told I would wait extra long even though I had an appointment, I spoke with Wendy Baker, the service manager. She was extremely helpful, apologetic, and did everything to make things right for me. She, as well as Brittany, who initially checked me in, made me feel like I am still a valued customer and that they heard my concerns and wanted to do something about it. This company has a lot to work on, but I can tell some people are trying to fix things so I have increased my review from 1 to 4 stars because I left satisfied and was assured l can deal directly with these helpful individuals in the future.

Always deeply disappointed with the service here. They dont have any personal customer care skills and they will tell you not to expect them to get to your vehicle right away (5-6 hours later) even though you make a 7:30 appointment two weeks in advance. Too busy, too rude, no thank you, taking my business elsewhere

They have beautiful cars here. The sales person was very straight forward and honest. At times they have great deals that you cant find anywhere else. My wife bought her Stelvio from there and she loves it. It took us 3 hours to pick a car do the paperwork and leave with our new car. Simply the most comfortable place to shop for a car.

No one answers the phone when you call the service department and no one greets you when you arrive. There are no directions for what to do when you arrive. You have to seek out someone to help you. When I told the owner my experience, his only response was that he has been doing this for 50 years so he knows what he is doing. Ok boomer!

So disappointed in the service department...my car has had a recurring check engine light problem since I purchased it, the light goes on and off sporadically...the service department repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do, if the check engine light wasnt on when I took it in they couldnt diagnose the problem...LIES! After dealing with this for a couple of years I verified with another mechanic that the computer stores the information so even if the light is off they can still pull the information from the computer and diagnose...I made a formal complaint about this and was told to take the car in...its been in the shop for 3 weeks and they tell me they cant get the check engine light to come on so theres nothing they can do...so I asked them to pull the history from the computer and they tell me its blank and theres nothing there...so I check with another mechanic and find out that if the computer is blank its because the battery died at some point (which it never has) or the battery was deliberately unplugged in order to delete the information...so I googled my cars symptoms and found its been going into limp mode and theres only a handful of reasons for this to happen, checking under the hood is what helps to verify the cause but have they looked inside?....from what the service advisor told me theyve driven it around for almost 500 miles waiting for a light to turn on...so I asked has anyone actually looked under the hood? I got no answer...still waiting and apparently Ill still have to pay 150$ for their diagnosis

Terrible service. I have a Fiat 500e, leased from Fiat of Fresno. The sales experience was great! Dustin was knowledgeable and I was very pleased with my new car. However, when the 12v battery died, leaving the car inoperable, I had it towed in to the Dodge/Chrysler service department for diagnosis and repair. That was a complete joke. When I arrived to check the car in I was told that they could maybe get to it tomorrow and I’d get a call. No call. No call that day, or the next, or the next. I left messages asking what was going on with no call back either. When someone finally did call me, it was after hours and she left me a message to call back in the morning to schedule my appointment (???!). On day 5, I drove there to find out what’s going on. The service advisor dedicated to Fiat told me it’s been ready since Tuesday and that he called me to tell me that. Nope. No messages, no missed calls on my phone. He swore he talked to someone...not possible since it’s my cell phone and it’s always with me. Then, as he is describing the work performed, it’s not even my car he’s talking about. Complete and utter nonsense. I cannot wait for my lease to end so I can be rid of these jokers. Thankfully, it’s an electric car with minimal maintenance needs. Fingers crossed I don’t ever need to have it worked on again. Seriously...ridiculous.Oh, and I got it back completely filthy. Just salt in the wound, really.

I have purchased a few new cars in the past and hated the sales people from other dealerships, but Fiat of Fresno has a Great sales staff! Our guy Mai was knowledgeable and very helpful. He is a very cheerful person and walked us through the whole deal. If we get another Fiat, we will go back to Fiat of Fresno. We ended up getting a 500e and it was ready that day! So nice to have a smooth deal. They ordered a level 2 charger and it was there in less than 3 days! Such a nice place. Big thank you to Fiat of Fresno!

I recommend going through Costco with car deals. Fiat lets me use their charger, no hassle! Always take care of my Fiat and willing to assist with any service need. Shuttle service is great too!

Sales=mediocre and pushy experience. Purchase=continued bad experience. Service=nonexistent. Service personnel=mute, rude, unhelpful, unapproachable. Followup=nonexistent. Call back after VMs left? Fugeddaboutit. Just bad. And did I mention bad? Im stuck with my Fiat; dont be like me. Stay away. Far away.

We worked with Michael Stafford at Fiat of Fresno to lease a 2015 Fiat 500e.Cant say enough about how positive our experience was. Michael had a deal together for us over the phone within hours of first speaking with him The free, same day delivery to Santa Cruz from Fresno was incredibly convenient. Faster than Amazon Prime.We really love the 500e too! Fighting over who gets to use it.Thanks again. Definitely recommend.

Not only were we not helped after waiting for at least 35 minutes, once someone finally got to us they brushed us off and told us that we could wait for an indeterminate amount of time if we felt like sitting around until they were done with their current client. One salesman working for an entire day? Really? We left and came back later, and were then interrupted rudely by a finance manager who decided to butt into a personal conversation, during which he rudely asserted himself where he was not needed and spoke as if we were idiots. Just because they have a hot deal doesnt mean they can conduct themselves like pompous asses. Do not give this dealership your business. I will be taking mine to Visalia if I still feel like pursuing a Fiat.

We purchased a Fiat 500e a couple of weeks ago and the whole experience was easy and painless. My only complaint is that the passenger window mechanism broke only 6 days after getting the 500e. Fiat of Fresno seems to be taking care of us and is handling the issue.

Really unprofessional, didn’t talk about the car much during the test drive, he drove half of the time. At the Selma auto mall they had me driving to put gas, this dude drove me around the block to get gas which was pretty awkward because he wasn’t nice like a usual sales guy. He used Arco which is already bad gas, and used the lowest grade when i know for a fact that the car runs on premium. I ended up going elsewhere for a Nissan, if it wasn’t for him, I would have liked a fiat. :/

Had car at dealership for repair hose blown leaking antifreeze went to pick up and I notice light on dash? Was not sure what it was but the person who brought me to pick up car said my back left taillight was out? They had the dam car for over a week and did not check that? Really people stop nickel and dimming people. I can come back and have it serviced? Really. You should of fixed it in the first place

I have now tried to fix issues with my fiat twice. The first time we called and called, and got this womens recording. Left more than 10 messages for her, over a week. She never called back. I finally got tired of waiting and asked for a supervisor, he then had someone else call me. Got the battery issue fixed a few days later. Today I called 6 times because of a new problem, and always got her voicemail. So then I called and they transferred me to a Chrysler service. I advise them that the drivers window motor broke and cannot secure the car. I am told they are to busy, soonest they can Look at it is Friday. What am I supposed to do with a car that I cannot secure for 4 days??? They say not sure when they can actually fix it.I have never had a car dealer treat me so badly. I really like the car, but cannot deal with this totally incompetant service.

We went to just look at ther 2012 Fiat 500. The owner and his sales people were so friendly and helpful, that we ended up buying ea Fiat Sport that day! The follow up service has been great - the service people were professional, friendly, and efficient. We have been back several times just to talk to Brian Finegan and the staff and they have always been friendly. I would highly recommend Brian and the dealership! We are their best advertisement - once you get behind the wheel of a Fiat 500, youll be sold!

Fresno Fiat TRIED TO KILL MY GIRLFRIEND. She needed a tire replaced. First they tried to up sell her different tires, but then they didn’t reattach the front driver side tire properly and the whole wheel FELL OFF when she was driving home. She could have died on the freeway. When the car was towed back to the facility, they said the issue was her fault and she would have to pay for the damages. When she pushed back and requested they pay for the damages, they demanded she remove the car from the property. She had the car towed to VISALIA to do the repair. DO NOT USE FRESNO FIAT and go to VISALIA instead. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could.

I requested information because my father received a great deal from them a couple months back. I got two replies back, one person was great because they answered and explained my questions professionally and I was even considering to buy in the future. Then I got another response. Apperantly Brandon the Finace Manger thought it was appropriate to brag about his job and how long hes been there and not only that he had to put Toyota down with fake facts because he saw that I was not going to buy (just yet). Its so sad because this was my first step into doing research with the brand itself and he just made up my mind not to even bother. I would definitely take a better look of who they let manage because Brandon sounds like a 14 yr old girl getting rejected by a guy and she was embarrassed. If you go just make sure to request a Finance Manager that is not named Brandon unless you want to be talked to like an idiot.

Worst experience at this dealership, nobody was there to show us car & some gentleman was so rude and told us straight dont touch any car and that no one is available to show any car and he’s busy in doing some work. Its not Bentley or Roll Royce thats we cant touch, its just Alfa Romeo & while driving Mercedes GLS AMG felt that these guys straight insulted us & as well World class Car Mercedes-AMG and will never ever go to this dealership & will recommend everyone not to go to this FAIT dealership

👎Owned my 2014 Fiat 500L Lounge for 18 months it was in the shop for updates (BS) more then a 1/2 a dozen times. I own a 2002 GMC and its a GEM COMPARED TO THIS SO CALLED NEW CAR! I bought my car brand new so I wouldnt have to worry, so it wouldnt be in the shop all the time but all it did was cause me worry & I paid for a spare tire & got boned out of that & the BEATS !Even having the extended warranty who cares if after you reach 50,000 miles or 5 years your stuck with a massive paper weight! Only owned it 18 months & paid $32,000 only got $12,000 highest anyone was willing to give. Not worth it!! I feel cheated & ripped off for sure!Stick to a Chevy / GMC

Friendly enough, but redundant forms to fill out were a real pain, and they checked the wrong system, so after they said it was ready, they hadnt done what I had brought it in for. They said a couple hours and 8 hours later, I was still waiting.
