Made purchase easy. Filling out paperwork was simple. Didn’t give me a lot of pressure. Had the Carfax available. I have a lot of caution with small dealerships, but the truth is, I now have enough experience to know there is no less likelihood you can get swindled at one of the big dealers, as that has happened to me before. This was overall a very positive experience.

Was driving by and stop to look at a few SUV for my wife after looking a little a small heavy set guy came out and said his name was Albert so I asked how much was the Toyota Sequoia?, He said it was on the yellow sticker on the window so I looked and seen it had 189,xxx Miles and they wanted 13,999 I calmly said that was a lot for such high miles and begin to walk over to another interested vehicle well then he became irate and almost seem to have a metal break down and yelled if you want a new car go buy one! And then I asked calmly can I speak to the manager and he said Im the Owner and I asked If your the owner why would you speak to customers that way? He then begain to say just leave!, Just leave! So I did. I will Never go back to that place again or recommend anyone because that was just insane to treat a customer like that alone a another person!.

I bought a 2005 Ford. The car ran good until the check engine light came on 18 hours later. I took it in and all they did was erase the P0300 code. It came back on 4 days later. I took it to be looked at and all they did was erase the code. Now that my 90 days is over I cant get nothing fixed. All the time it was the Catalytic Converter going out. Please do not go there unless you want to be paying out the butt for a used car.

Very Bad Experience!! This dealership has salesrep that dont care about selling you a car...We were Interested in a vehicle, test drove it, sat down to sign a contract...Salesrep got our info ran my credit came told me got approved but then we see someone else test driving the vehicle...They had us waiting n waiting meanwhile they were letting the other party start the process signing contract on the same vehicle we had sign already for...Worst experience My wife n i had in so many dealership we bought cars from...
