I recently had my favorite truck totaled and had been looking at an F150 here at Clawson. Just by luck we were headed to Sephora, but the line was out the door. My girlfriend said hey lets go see if they still have your truck. We drove over and were greeted by Rick who helped me get the F150 I had been wanting since I started my search a month ago. The manager Sean left us hanging. We went in to purchase a car, had been there Saturday and got a PO. Came back Monday morning, took the day off work, To get a new PO with updated price they advertised. A Lady was there when we arrived and had to wait because they only had one sales man. They didnt work a deal with the lady so the began helping us and getting our info so we can take the car home right then on an option contract. 20 mins later the lady who was there previously comes back in and we are no longer helped for about 15 mins. Sean comes back and basically tells us it doesnt matter, its his call, he is going to sell the car to the lady that came back. I talked to Youhan their employee that set us up Saturday and he was also mad at the situation and how Sean handled it and wish he was there on Monday. Ended up talking to Benny Walker and I hope he got the message that the customer service there is terrible. And Sean if you read this, learn how to conduct business and talk to customers. I have not yet purchased a vehicle from Clawson Truck Center yet, but my wife and I were out there yesterday looking at their current inventory. We spoke with Rick and Marvin who were both friendly, professional, and not at all pushy/aggressive like a lot of car salesmen are. We were in and out of there in the amount of time we wanted - they did not try to lure us in or anything like that and were very respectful of our time. The trucks they have here are excellent and it is obvious they take pride in the products they offer for sale. Their asking prices are transparent and inline with the market. I am keeping these guys in mind if the specific vehicle I am looking for pops up in their lot. I would happily encourage anyone in the truck/SUV market to at least go by and check Clawson out before you go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Our first visit here we where greeted by Jimmy. All we where doing was kicking the tires on some trucks. He was supper helpful and didn’t try to force us into anything. That customer service was what brought us back for a second visit after being frustrated with other dealers. Renae helped us get into the perfect truck for our family. After about 20 minutes of wandering around, I was helped by a gentleman named Mike Stovall. I wanted to buy a comfortable half ton diesel truck that got decent gas mileage for under $50k, and it could be used, but I didnt want too many miles (30k-50k) or less. This man showed me everything EXCEPT what I actually wanted to see. Ill be taking my money and going somewhere else. I dont usually write Google reviews, but I felt like I was obliged to tell the people of the central valley that they can go here and waste 2 hours of their life that theyll never get back.

Car was broke hours off the lot. Honda refused any promised services. We were on our own. The insurance we purchased was a waste from them. Coughed up all repairs cost. Go anywhere but here. Just read the reviews. You will drive off in a unsafe car that will die or give you problems.

Bought a used 2017 lifted truck. I figured that Clawson having a beautiful service department would be a good thing,boy was I wrong! I felt a shake on truck come to find out rim was cracked! One of the clips was missing to hold fuel tank nosssel! I brought to there attention and they said bring it back and they’ll take care of it! I go to pick it up and not a single thing was done! Now I have to take it back! WORSE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! I don’t recommend anyone going there for anything! BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a 2015 Ford F-150 from sales man Rick Hancock, and he was very helpful and respectful. It was my first time meeting Rick and it felt like we had been friends for years! Needless to say, Rick and manager Joe Noriega were not only there to sell trucks, but to make sure you as a customer gets the best deal possible! They were the only ones who were able to accomplish that when no other dealership could! My financing was done by Gonzalo Ortiz and he was amazing in explaining and going over every little detail in the contract. The following morning I received a text message from Rick asking how the truck was working out and if I had any questions! I have bought a number of vehicles from other dealerships and Rick was the first to ever message me and ask if things were okay and if I had any questions! Thats the kind of customer service you want from a dealership and a salesman. Two days later I received a phone call from Gonzalo asking me to come back to the dealership because he was still able to get me an even better deal with the bank than we previously had!! Very good looking trucks! Gonzalo gave my wife and I time to take a look around and check out their inventory instead of trying to sell me a truck I didnt like. (Most dealers did that) We went in to look around on Saturday and went to other dealers as well. After bouncing from dealer to dealer, we noticed that Clawson was distinct from all the other ones. They are very professional and really really friendly. My daughter was hungry and fussy after being out truck shopping all day so they even offered to buy us lunch! They Basically insulted me by dropping it at $100. So i finally agree to the deal because i really liked the vehicle & signed some paperwork. After that we go to finance to sign the rest of the paperwork and the finance person tells me there is no trade correct? I said yes there is, she says no it says none, so i guess Mike had showed us what it would look like without a trade but did not explain it well enough to us, so there the vehicle stayed detailed and ready for us to take to find out what had happened, only a sorry for the confusion, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Unfortunaely had a very bad experience. My wife and I had found a truck advertised with Clawson, we filled out finance paperwork and were locked in on a deal on Sunday, the same day as our daughters fifth birthday party. On Monday (Halloween) they let us know the bank had locked our interest rate and everything was good to go. We live about 120 miles away and both work full time jobs but let them know that we would be done early on Wednesday or Thursday to drive up and get everything signed. On Wednesday we phoned the salesman to let him know we would be up there Thursday evening to sign. At that point we were informed they had wholesaled the truck and it was no longer available.

I saw a car I was interested in online and submitted a request for more details back in February. I received a call from Maria shortly after my request and she was very pleasant. I had some travelling to do and was not able to make it to the dealership for about three weeks. In those three weeks, she was very respectful of my time and was not pushy at all. When I arrived back in town I took a moment to go look at the car. The salesman I spoke to was Jimmy and he was really cool. He didnt try to put me in a car that I wasnt interested in. He pointed out the features of the car I wanted and what I liked most was he didnt use any cliche salesman lines. What struck me was his chill factor and comment of When youre ready to test it out, come on back. The thing is, he let me go from the lot without forcing me to drive it that day. What dealership does that! At that point it was pretty much a given I was going to come back. After I arrived back in town again a week later I went back and spoke to Maria. The sales process was long; but honest and expected. She was very patient and didnt try to talk me into anything. She let ME make the decision to buy. The price was negotiated to the point I was comfortable paying and the overall process was the best Ive had at a dealership. I dont anticipating buying another car for a while but if I do, it will definitely be here. I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with this experience. Thank you!

Got all excited to buy a 2017 GMC truck that had a sticker price of 38k which the sales girl (Maria) indicated just got dropped to 34k. After I picked up the family and brought them in to test drive the truck and start the paper work Im told the price was 39k! I checked the website and it had the price at 35k which the manager would not honor, told me it was mistake and thanked me for letting him know about it. He also told me he would get more money at auction for the truck. Which is ironic because a brand new 2017 GMC truck built identically sells for 38k, guess he just didnt want our business. I strongly recommend doing your own price checks before purchasing from Clawson.

Garbage customer service after trying to get my truck fixed. All I got was the run around! Truck has a full warranty which they wont back up! I have been trying to get it fixed since April, a week after getting the truck and noticed the problem which it didnt do during test drive. Wont recommend anyone at all. Please be aware.

They will tell you that they have a dealership and have their own repair facility. They told us if anything happens we don’t have to take it anywhere because they have a full service dealership here. Lies lies lies. THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING ELSE BUT HONDAS. If you buy anything that is not a Honda they will not fix it or even take a look at it. After problems and problems with this car Honda sends us away to another dealership. Not once but Twice. The car would die out of no where if your on the highway or road. The car would turn off and the power would die leaving the car with no power to steer. Dangerous. Both dealership gave us problems. Been over 2 weeks and no car. No loaner or rental. Been ubering everywhere. Very unhappy mad upset and angry! You have been warned! All the promise they make you is all bs! Engine for life warranty bs! Warrenty bs! Customer service even more bs! More like buy here we get your money get out of here we No see you again! They’ll push you away and would never deal with the situation only blaming others or the car. Why sell us a car and tell us you can fix it. Then when it’s broken just days after driving off the lot you tell us we don’t have the tools to work on your car? Then don’t Sell the dam thing! Why are you lying to sell cars? We will be filing a complaint over this false advertising. This has caused us so much headaches and frustration.
