Applied for a car and heard nothing for days. I called for an update at 1 pm 3 days later and the salesperson had stepped out real quick. Had to call again the next day when my call wasnt returned. Salesperson said hed get back to me. I assume they didnt get me placed because I never heard back from them after the update. Completely unprofessional way to do business. I did get approved for a brand new EV somewhere else. Id give them a 1 star, but their inventory IS nice and well priced.
