Rude cashier. They do have a very very very bad customer service. The girl at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all.

They deserve 0 stars, customer service is the worst the cashier is disrespectful, rude and so unprofessional. We told her that there was lots of candy/chips and other products expired (some since 2016 and some expirations date were erased or pealed off from bags) but she got mad and said that we needed to showed her where the products were, (like really thats your job not mine) their job is to provide good customer service along with good quality on the products they have. She also said they order the candy and they have no control of how the candy is that some candy specially chocolate gets whitish due to the temperature change but still good. not recommended at all, period.

My reason for giving one star is because of the two times Ive purchased wholesale Boxes of chips they were expired. Once they did refund my money the second time I went back about 1hr from purchasing the chips worth $79.58 I had the workers that work their doing their jobs like every normal employee dealing with a refund issue ☝️👍but when the owner came he said No!!! Im not going to exchange them. Next my partner from work calls and they arrange To exchange them so I drive back like 3 times and the owner at mojica says a different story Just playing games to not refund me money or just exchange them for good ones, How hard is that ??? I was angry because I was literally being treated like a lyer and the owner so unprofessional by the way he treats a client 👎 So Mojica Check your inventory every Box Before you sell and i will for sure check everything before I purchase as well May God Bless your business with success. but do it the right way dont play games, and be honest when making business everyone just a heads up when purchasing anywhere check expatriation date 👌🏽

Ok... So... I had been introduced to Mexican candy many years ago. When I went to purchase the candy, I could not find it in very many places. So, when a friend told me about a store that sold my candy I had to check it out. I was in utter shock. Here was my favorite candy and two other flavors of it I had no idea existed. I couldnt believe my eyes. I bought three bags (party size) of candy. This store also carries all of the ingredients to make my other favorite thng... TostiosLocos. 😋 You will also find a major variety of piñatas and party supplies; all at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be back when I need a candy or bags of candy. LoL

The store is great, theres something for everyone..........but I had purchased(paid) a specific piñata for my sons bday party. The lady had shown it to me and set it aside as another young lady got my receipt ready for my purchase. I left my husbands name because he would be picking it up because it didnt fit in my car. When my husband went to pick it up I told him what it looked like so when he got there and my description didnt match he sent me a picture. I told him to let them know that, that was not the one I paid for. Long story short they sold it to someone else and I got something similar but not what I paid for. On top of that the owner arrives while my husband is arguing with the lady about what kind of business they were running since he did not even get an apology for the mistake. Well the owner proceeds to tell my husband to leave, he got what he came for and that my husband was just an employee but he was a business owner and he could choose what kind of customers he wants to buy his products. He then threatens to call the police because my husband would not leave since at this point the guy was blocking the piñata and wouldnt let my husband take it. My husband told him to go ahead and call the police, that he was not doing anything wrong only wanting what he had purchased and that now he was trying to have him leave without his purchase so go ahead and call the police. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULDNT ADMIT TO IT!! THE OWNER UNPROFESSIONAL AND A CLASSIST!!!

Im rating this a 1 star because the people that work here its so rude.. I bought a bottle of pork skin and them wasnt good they taste so bad so I took it back and the girl in the front told me that she couldnt give my money back and the owner was there hiding behind the cash register and didnt wanted to deal with the problem

The fellow Rafael Mojica, OWNER, is very culero. They sold me dunces that are not tamarind which says on the packaging that they are tamarind and I wanted to speak to the manager to let him know why the cashier did not care. And then Rafa got mad and RUN me saying that I wanted the manager. The store has what you like but treating customers like this after buying almost $ 100 dollars is a crouch. It came out that I spoke to the company that makes sweets and that they search for the number in google and not refund and they did not care about anything.
