I sent my wife to get a burrito from here. I askrd her to get asada rice cheese guac & sour cream no onions beans or cilantro. They charged her fir the add ons but did not do it. It literally only has asada

They have alot of stuff and are close i went to get some chicken wings they didnt look too good asked the man for some from the back he seemed to have an attitude and got them but just sloped them in the bag and i did not want to touch it after that so i asked for a bag you would think he wouldve put it in there no way he just threw the bag to me mmm some people. Some prices are high than other places but if you need it hey or try another store. I only get certain things there.

It is a little neighborhood market, in the Tower District, but their butcher cut meats are fresh and their made-in-store guacamole is delicious! I go there when Im having a craving for carne asada nachos! Their staff is friendly and helpful, their store is clean and well stocked.

I love tower market burritos, but today my family and I had a hair on a burrito. The women as I recalled later wasnt wearing a hairnet or gloves. This wasnt the normal person so slightly disappointed.

Small convenient store with almost all nessary items located in the tower district. I like going here when I need some quick groceries and I dont feel like walking into a big store. A lot of the items are Mexican foods. The fruit/vegetables are ok, but I mostly go to grab meat to make for dinner, usually the meat is fresh. Only complaint is the place has some rough people that hang around the store (you can tell they are on drugs), for the most part they keep to themselves but I usually get asked for money from them.

Very customer friendly, always polite and helpful. Offer products other than grocery items, fresh meat deli and hot food. They also stock random household items, such as paint brushes, tarps, screws and boots along with spray paint, pots and pans as well as some camping gear or out door cooking items. Ear phones, chargers, Bluetooth speakers as well as small karaoke machines. Pro club shirts, black and white along with a variety of sweat shirts etc.Really a nice clean store

Great place, you can find just about everything you need and things you didnt know you needed. I cant believe how much stuff is in one small store but it is. They are comparable as far as price wise to other stores.

Staff is very nice. You can find Mexican products here much more readily than at the big supermarkets; produce is usually very fresh. Today however, it was not, so I bought some other items anyway.

The service is amazing and the hot food cooked fresh is amazing. They dont sell beer/liquor or lottery but they cash checks and do pretty much anything a good supermarket would do but in a small local form.I enjoy it

Ooh weee, they have everything an original neighborhood market would have. Then theres a little deli that has some of the best beans and rice around. Deep fried chimichangas, tamales etc.

Family operated I believe. If it is not,it sure has that feel to it. Employees seem very happy to be there, which says they are treated well. Ask any question and they know how to assist youFor a smaller grocery store sq. footage wise, it sure does seem to have more variety and a little of everything than the larger grocery store chains. Always a pleasure to visit.

I like going to the tower market. The cashiers are very friendly and the meat is fresh. the butcher is always giving me tips to prepare the meats.

I recently moved near the area & I was look for places near by to my pay electricity bill. Tower market was the nearest place. Pg&e never got my $150 dollar payment. It has been over a month & I tossed my receipt because it was over a month and I thought everything was fine. Ive paid my electricity at places like this & never had a problem. Theres nothing these people can do about & they were so rude its ridiculous. I have never met anyone so rude. Yes, I should have saved my receipt. But besides that I honestly could not believe this mans attitude towards the entire situation. Very, very disrespectful people.

Tower Market is a great place to go grab lunch, the little Mexican food deli inside the store has great food at good prices. Their frozen food is way over priced and you have to look for their daily deals. I just go in and grab a monster burrito for under five dollars or their carne asada fries also under five dollars. Also you have to try their veggie burrito with beans, rice, squash, bell peppers and cheese. So so good, like I said a great place to drop in for lunch.

I like going there for emergency purposes when I run out of sugar milk and coffee. My daughter loves their deals on meat :)

Ive been going to tower market forever. Its a little pricey but when you need to grab something really quick this is thd perfect place to go!

Can I give a negative stars, because i would! The owner, managers and male staff are rude, sexes, and dont know the first thing about customer service. When I complained to the manager, he said his long-time employee was new. Although they are of a foreign nationality, they are rude to others in the community. The only exception is the female clerks and cooks, and produce guy. The store is not clean and parking​ lot dirty. I live in the Tower and pass buy twice a day, and on Saturdays too, and I have yet to see the place without someone loitering in front. They only carry a limited amount of veg (i.e. ice burg letters, tomatoes, onions...) and their prices on all merchandize is high. This store is mostly frequented by socioeconomicly disadvantaged individuals that do not have access to a car or transportation.

Chris is a sterotypical jerk. And if they would get the employees from out the back chit chatting the could have more than one register open. Ive been shopping there for over two years now but today was my last when chris came out and accused me of shoplifting! Not only have they lost my business but they now lost all respect. And if Gardenia thought I was in fact stealing thats one thing but telling me to empty out my pockets and then not even apologize. How rude! And when i proceed to call to make a complaint not once but twice im put on hold for longer than 5 minutes. Yeah really bad coustomer service! Id not only give you zero stars but also sime education on proper customer service etiquette. But i had tongive one star to post my review.
