Great store! I was greeted as soon as I entered the building and was promptly helped. They very well stocked and I had many options for what I was looking for to choose from. I will be returning.

Bought 2 pair of pants, clothing was not done on the expected time and date. So I decided to go and they told me that they were still not done. They told me to Waite and will be done in five minutes. Just take your clothing somewhere else for any time of alteration. This is not the first time I have dealt with this issue.

Please update accurate business hours on the website and actual door to indicate closed on sundays or closed in observation of such holiday. Simple detail shouldnt be overlooked. Traveled an hour to find the store closed. Unacceptable, poor business management.

The inside of the store was very clean and organized. Staff was very nice, and helped me out when I was buying boots. If you are into tactical gear, you can easily drop a couple hundred bucks.

My dad loves their clothes! The service is always friendly, but also gives you space to shop. The prices are on the high side but they are constantly having sales and marking items on clearance. Great place to buy shirts, pants, boots, and various accessories. Overall, it was a great experience shopping there.

They had the items I needed, but they wouldnt take cash (bank problems, coin shortage, who knows?...). They also got my previous order incorrect. I still like the store but they have some work to do.

Awesome store. We discovered this store because they offered a K9 Training for new dog owners for free. They have really cool stuff. Little bit expensive but great quality. You will protective gear as much as camping small hacks. Wear appeal is very nice.Friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Location little hard to find since the store is hard to see from the main street.

Today I was excited to visit this store and superficially impressed by how well the clothing and gear fit me, as well as the organization of the store in general. Although I was pleased with the merchandise and purchased quite a few things the female staff was very rude to both myself and my mother, we felt rushed and like we were a nuisance and they could not be bothered. I for sure would have spent a boat load more capital if they had better attitudes. I encourage future staff to increase customer service SKILL because the current obviously lack any at all. On the other hand everything in the store was 25% off!

Always helpful and friendly. Large selection of stuff that cant be found many other places, if any. However, if you arent picking things up on clearance, the prices reflect the exclusivity. Have a few shirts and a couple pairs of pants, and very satisfied with all of them.

5.11 - the place is really nice, employees are very helpful. I am a big fan of 5.11 tactical clothing, and gear. I tend to look for sales, discounts, and closets. The products are top quality and pricey, but you get what you pay for!

The worst customer service. 4 weeks to alter uniform pants. Get the model number you need and buy online. Be warned go somewhere else to get them fixed.

Pretty pathetic to have a store that doesnt carry anything you want to walk in to buy, trying to avoid online wait due to mailing purposes. Walked to buy some pants... didnt have my size 34/36 and it was a 7-10 day order period. Nevermind...went to get just a standard TDU belt, didnt have my size 36-38 and the same wait period. Went to buy the boots Ive had for 2 years...again didnt have my boot that I loved wearing and held up great for the last 2+ years in stock and again another 7-10 wait period. Damn!!! Agreed to just try a different boot and went with the ATACS 2.0 boot...and again, didnt have my size and another wait! Complete waste of my time and Ill take my money and business somewhere else that actually stocks the apparel and duty gear I go into buy!!!

Usually friendly service tho sometimes we have to wait months to receive special orders. One time they gave away my order and had to modify other items to fit me.

Cool store just doesnt have lot of stuff in stock.

Was looking for a new belt and they did not have my size in stock. Asked the salesperson and they looked in back and said they were out. Never offered to order one. Drove 45 min to store for nothing. Disappointing. Should have just ordered on line.

Too expensive. You can get some of the same products at the Army surplus for half the price.
