Following around customers and treating them as if theyre thieves is extremely rude. The girls...except one...seemed bothered by any questions we asked. And what used to be a great place to purchase professional products without breaking the bank has become a little on the pricey side. I dont believe I will be back to this, or any other Sallys again.

My hair doesn’t care that were in a pandemic. Ordering online is extremely delayed and I’m so happy that jasmine has made picking out my products so much easier. I know Sally’s is taking extra precautions to keep their staff and us all safe. Thanks jasmine for being so incredibly helpful! I feel a little more sane being able to do my hair again❤️

Shopping at this location on ingram store 3957 ingram st. I was looking for hair color,I was in desperate need of help.Jessica help me she is so knowledgable, helpful,her customer service is so amazing, respectful, awesome,kind,her patients is amazing!I been a sallys customer for over 45 yrs. n NEVER been treated like JESSICA treat ed me as such! she is so Professional, Knowledge, Amazing customer service JESSICA is unique n very special I will continue to shop at this location because of Jessica,I will tell all my friends about the amazing experience with Jessica to your BOSS please give her a raise this store will be getting alot more customers through word of mouth, its not the store that makes the business its the employees that makes the money.

Just went to my stylist and she had a dryer with a pick attachment that completely straightened my curly hair as she dried it. Amazing! Went to Sallys and they had the same one - Conair Silverbird pro. Love that I can get stylist quality products at reasonable prices!

Amazing. I am clueless on a lot of things in this area and they took the time to explain the differences and their opinions. Now this is one of my favorite locations

Have made 3 visits to this shop and i give up on finding a friendly helpful staff. When i ask a question, they make me feel like because i am not a professional i should not be in the store.

Did not open when they say they are, at 10am on Sunday. Called the store and a worker said they will open in 5 mins, which is already 5 minutes after 10am, because the person who is opening is late. But I’m like.., but then how you get in the store to answer phone?. Just open the doors, it’s going to take me like 15 mins to look around and by then your poor working ethic employee will be there. People have places to be that’s why they count on you being open on time!
