They have such a huge variety of fabric but I couldnt find the one fleece fabric I needed, or anything even remotely similar, I did find a lot that I liked though so Ill be returning soon Im sure. The pictures show just a few I really liked, hopefully others can get ideas from them.

A year ago I would have given this place a 5 star but since COVID it seems like its gone down hill a bit. The lines are crazy long and when they call for help and it takes forever for someone to come. The coupons are not as good as they use to be either. Parking is ridiculous in this parking lot no matter where you are going. However, they do have a ton of fabric and I can always find stuff I love here. They are good about knocking a percentage off for defects too, and once you make it to the counter the staff are always nice.

Store in riverpark is all the way around better than the story in Clovis. Especially the staff and the manager was absolutely wonderful. They had way more variety of their products than the Clovis store.

Joann is the place in Visalia for buying fabric to make masks. I went in recently to purchase Christmas cotton prints and there were choices galore. The coupons on the app make prices even cheaper and they offer a teacher discount.

Every time Ive come in its been friendly service, I ask questions, and they can actually answer them, especially when it comes to crafting.

Great place to purchase fabric and any studs or rivets. I used the black denim and patterns to make my first battlevest for metal shows. Not only does my jacket look great, it was just as expensive, and I have exactly what I want because I didnt just hunt for some sub par jacket at a thrift store. If it wasnt for Joanns, then I would have a jacket that looks like everyone elses.

Employees didnt know any info on the items there at the store. They were very short on their answers and didnt have a correct attitude when a customer asked for help. We waited in line for over 15 min since they only had 1 cashier.

Great store! Great products and big selection of fabrics. I am glad that I dont have to be running around trying to find different stuff for my sewing projects. I was able to find everything I need in one stop. Friendly and very polite staff. Clean and well organized store. The staff is always ready to help and I get well greet as soon as I open the door. The cutting section sometimes get over crowded but they have multiple staff helping customers and they have a numbering system which help if you are able to keep shopping until you hear your number to be call. Great location!

I went in to buy sports material and ribbon. They didnt have the material for one of the teams I wanted and they didnt have sports ribbon I was looking for. I did find other things I want looking for though. Hahaha

The ladies are having fun looking at seeing machines.The rep is this department, Sheryl, is very friendly and informative.We are still in our research and comparison stage but we are now more and more impressed with the product offering of a new sewing machine

This is the worst JoAnn’s I gave been to throughout the United States. Recently it was cleaned up but I am still giving it a very poor rating until I see if the clean up sticks.I am back and this time it is as bad as ever. There are 15 people in line waiting to be checked out and so far 3 ladies have left. (Now it is 4) How the corporate head quarters can tolerate this is beyond me. The workers apologize but who cares! This is just not acceptable.

This Joann is huge! They have a ton of wonderful fabric and a huge selection of seasonal decor. For you planners out there they have a cute selection, also they have a ton of scrapbooking items you can use!

I have shopped at Joann fabric for 20 plus years. Lately it has become so filthy and messy its ridiculous. It seems since their competition Handcock fabric went out of business they figure they no longer need to try and whoo customers to their store. I shop there often as it os the only fabric store left to shop at. I think they realize it and feel there is no need to tidy up the place. The employees are nice and I havent had any issues with them. The main problem with the employees is the lack of them. At best there is 4 working an entire store and most often there are only 3. Two at the cut counter and one checking out an entire line of people. I am not sure who is in charge of cleaning the store, but they should be fired. There is clumps of dust bunnies eveywhere under the displays, paper, trash, spills of liquid that is dried up. Fabric on the floors, fabric stacked up behind the cut counter that could topple over at any time. The button display had tons of the button cards just trown on the bottom shelf instead of hanging up. Stacks of boxes clogging the aisle with no one even working on putting stuff away. The pattern area was a disaster with patterns stacked up on the drawer top. Stuff all over the floor where you sit. I am really hoping this review is seen by the corporate office so some changes can be made. Their CEO Jill Soltau should be appalled to call this one of her stores. Posting Jill Soloau photo also.

A great store to quickly pick up any crafting or sewing supplies you may need. This location is not as clean as the Clovis store, but, they have a more extensive selection of goods and materials on hand. If you are a Cricut crafter like myself, they have a well-stocked variety of Cricut, Silhouette, and Joann brand cutting materials. They are doing a pretty good job of keeping up with Michaels in that department. Keep on crafting. Photos include products purchased at Joanns to make the item.

Wasnt as much selection as usual today, probably because of covid. But it is abnormally warm in that store all the time. Kinda makes me get a mini panic attack.

Very helpful staff. Was helped by Ana originally and she did a fantastic job. Got me taken care of and was nice. Was trying to find some fabric my wife wanted and got it, no problem.

I ordered paint supplies to keep busy during quarantine. First of all I totally understand that shipping is delayed to due to shipping for priority items, definitely not complaining about that. But I decided to pick up some paint brushes, and 5 small acrylic paint colors because I’m bored AF and I just want to start painting. The website states that the items are available for curbside pickup, I think “cool, it’ll be ready in a few hours.” Nope! More like 2-3 BUSINESS days! That’s something that was not disclosed before placing my order. Again, I totally get that we are focusing on priority items but I don’t think I should have to wait 3 days to pick up paint brushes and 5 paint colors. Sincerely, a frequent shopper.

Great store and they have good deals on certain items. I wish they didnt price some of their cheaply / poorly made seasonal products for such high prices. It really disappoints me when I want a simple decoration and have to only end up finding it for 40 bucks. Some of the items I can and have made myself with better quality materials. Other than that its a good store with a family friendly environment and kind staff.

Took a beginners sewing class ! Made a great pillow and learned how to use my new (to me) sewing machine! The instructor Wendy was extremely knowledgeable, fun and friendly! She gave wonderful pointers that save time & money. She was so encouraging and spent time individually with each class member! Wendy was an awesome cheerleader and we all made beautiful pillows! Cant wait to take another class.

A curbside order was picked up today. The fabric was only a few inches short, but I asked if the charge would be adjusted to reflect the shortage. The person I talked to said no, that the order showed the correct amount ordered as being delivered. I stated that it was not and it was short. The person I talked to did not offer to adjust the shortage. If I am paying for a certain amount of something, I expect that amount to be delivered. If my total at the checkout was 5.79, would they accept 5.59?Probably not. Very disappointed with this transaction.....

Long wait to get fabric cut. Scissors were under lock and key, so had to get assistance with those. Couldnt keep them; had to pick them up in the front. Another long line to check out. All this and covid too. Not a positive experience.

It is okay if you want trendy material. Lots of fleece and craft stuff, but very little in the way of quality material. I ended up online for most stuff.

I over heard one employee state she was called in on her day off. Otherwise, they have a great selection of fabrics, and great holiday deals. They are super helpful when you need to find something. Moreover, both times I have needed something unusual, the staff has helped me figure it out all while helping me find the cheapest price or way to do it. Super sweet. They have coupons that you can download through their app and save even more money on top of the sales. I really like this store.

Wow, I can browse in this store all afternoon! The selection and assortment of goods is seemingly never-ending! At a loss for something to do or experiencing a creative lull? Browse a couple of aisles and you will abound with inspiring and creative ideas. While not overly expensive, pricing could be a little more competitive. And the staff is very friendly and quite knowledgeable.

I just wanted to shout-out one of the Instructors at this Joanns. Her name is Brooke and she was very detailed and patient with me. She went beyond her role as instructor and helped me get to know my Sewing machine! This was my first class at a Joanns and I am beyond pleased. There was supposed to be 2 students but only I showed up so it was a one-on-one class. She had such a great energy and made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. I love the pillow I made and I will for sure be back for another class. 10/10 would recommend!

I gave 3 stars out of disappointment, I understand they are probably running a skeleton crew due to the requirements of social distancing and I am sure they are busy, however they should really make it known on their website that it may take 2 to 3 days to complete your order for curbside pick up. I ordered thinking I would go right over to pick it up and got an email saying not to come to the store that they would email me, ok fine, but then it’s the next day after two and I’m wondering what’s going on so I call (which took me several try’s to even get through) and I’m told it could take 2-3 days. So it’s possible I may not have it in time for Mother’s Day! Really wished I would have known would have gone somewhere else.

Not a fan on the way joanns is handling this pandemic. Its an essential store for crafts for which we need during the stay-at-home issue.

I am making a rag quilt with flannel, so I went to Joanns Fabrics on N Blackstone, and their flannel was 50% off! So, why not two quilts? ;)The employees were very helpful.. Yesterday at 6:30 p.m. me and my 81-year-old mother walked in to shop my mother needed to use the restroom and I looked over at the counter customer service counter and there was a employee standing there I politely asked her excuse me can you please tell us where the restroom is she yelled Im off the clock wow is this the customer service that you teach your employees there how to act very sad

The store is a little dirty but I understand because they seem understaffed. The customer service is usually good. Ron, however, provided my girlfriend and I exceptional customer service at our checkout. He informed us of the coupons on the app, and then was patient while we set up the app to apply said coupons. He was awesome, and held a conversation with us and actually seemed to care.

Joanns is a good store. They have started to get a lot better as far as stock in the last few years. Store is always clean. Employees are always kind and do their best to be helpful and knowledgeable about the products sold. No complaints as of late.

I only shop here when there is an AMAZING deal or if Im in a SUPER pinch. However, between service, order, cleanliness, expediency, and just a general lack of knowledge from the majority of the workers, I just dont like shopping here. If you are looking to pick up something quick, this is certainly not the place for that. Lines are always long...

Went to Jo-Anns to buy some leather upholstery. Not only do you have to wait forever just to get the fabric measured. You also have to wait once you get to the cashier. So to get this piece of leather a little over a yard took me over an hour. They certainly are not in a hurry to get you out of that store. One cashier. the cashier stated that theyre doing everything to get you out of there as fast as possible. How is that correct when theres seven check stands in only one is open. So anyway not going there again. I will say the customers were really nice.
