My cabinets were painted with waterbase paint over oil base paint. They did not dry in 3 weeks and we were asked to wait another week. They bubbled and started getting scratches because they were not sealed. I called trying to get some sort of satisfaction. I only got a sad story about she was a single mother and needed to be able to have Christmas with her daughter. My husband went by on 2 different occasions. Once told they would have Bonnie call which she did not. 2nd time he went an employee admitted they had similar situation with other customers. He took an example of the wood. Again Bonnie did not call.We sent email giving her 3 options.1. Refund our money2. STRIP THE WATER BASE PAINT OFF OUR CABINETS3. PAY the other company to remove paintOption to come and see it and fix problem. No answer or acknowledgement. I shall register with better business bureau and file on this untrustworthy and cheating company. I want my money back.
