I placed an order over the phone. I live 25 miles away from the store. When i got to the store i found it closed. It was 2 pm on a Friday. An employee comes out of the back door to tell me that he didnt know what was i talking about. Called corporate and they couldnt get a hold of the fresno store. Not even a manager. The local store was having an in house party because the employees at the fresno office disconnected their phone line. What othet reason could there be when corporate cannot get a hold of the store employees? Never got my paint nor materials i needed. Never order over the phone because they wont go through with their business. Malpractice by local employees. I submitted a cimplaint via email in hopes that the local employees get coached on why the store was closed during normal business hours. The guy that came out didnt want to say why it was closed. The whole thing was weird. They must have been having a private party in the store. Bad business here. Just go to the dealership to get original finishes.

I use them nation wide. They have issues with delivering since the laid off drivers. Hopefully this gets fixed before long. There is another national company seeking my business.

I’ve been using P&S detailing products for 20+years it the best stuff out there. I’m happy that FinishMasters has the stuff I need vs having to make a trip to the Bay Area.

If your body man thats the place to get your materials polishers waxers you know good stuff paint I just paid in my El Camino the pain is awesome they carry some good stuff falling quality material

Spent almost $2k there in materials. I went back and fourth 3 times because i couldnt get my paint to stay on the bumpers. It would eventually crack and peel in 2 days. Should have just went with a shop to do the work. The guys did help me on how to properly apply and i youtubed everything. Customer service isnt their forte too, it wasnt towards me but everyone that came in. Expensive and it was omni brand.
