Its a well stocked store for all types of crafts. Very friendly staff. Good deals when you join the email.

This place is good. Theyre kind of expensive tho. Some products I find much cheaper in other places, but I was able to find items that I couldnt find anywhere else.

Love this store. I can be crafty and at the same time make someone something very special.

The isles maybe numbered but they dont have room to have all of then together so if youre looking for a number that isnt there just asks and Save yourself the time. The guy behind the counter knew exactly where the stuff I wanted was and gave detailed info on how to get there and thats great to know people there know what they are doing and its not just a 9-5 job they just show up to. Great place I prefer going here then to joanns or hobby lobby.

Love shopping here. Great place to get yarn and other arts and crafts materials. I enjoy using the scan and go feature to skip the lines.

Ohhh my goodness!! The layout of this store wad amazing!! Michaels should have done this long time ago. The staff was friendly & helpful. Even though they were busy they didnt mind stopping & helping me out!!My only issue is that there were a lot of empty spaces & pegs. Not very eye pleasing. The emptiness of shelves & pegs was the reason for my 4 star review. Please check out the new layout!! Its amazing!!

Things could have been more kept up and organized on the aisles better I felt. There was a ladder that remained right in the aisle by the candles that I wanted to be looking at. An employee was in the vicinity but never moved it.There was a long line at the checkout but it moved very quickly which was nice.

Bought paint and brushes that were on sale! Staff was helpful but AC was broken and it was stifling. Poor workers had good attitudes even though sweating. Kudos to the workers!

I understand that they are remodeling but the organization is really bad hard to find things. I found just 2 staff member in the whole store and were not helpful at all.

I just walked up and down the aisles. I dreamed up more projects. Have no idea yet what I will start with, but the creative juices are flowing.

I wish there would be sales like buy one get one free on the beads because I usually get the red tagged ones

I called ahead and asked about a specific item, the sales lady said it was there and she was kind enough to put it behind the cashier area. When I got there it was not the item I asked for and it was a return that was filthy. Very disappointed! 56 miles each way I traveled to get to this Michaels. Fortunately I found the XXL crafting tote at Joannes fabrics on sale and brand new. Think I found a new improved crafting supplier!!

They are rearranging the store. What I saw (short on time) was really nice. Looks cleaner and easier to shop. Im excited to go back after they are all set up.

Staff is very friendly, and the store is clean and well organized. They keep everything low enough to reach, so no tippy toes dancing trying to get anything. The checkout lines move fast, too. The only problem is how insanely overpriced almost everything is.

As usual a let down. Busy time of the day with just 1 cashier. Took forever to get out. Asked for help locating something I needed and the girl simply said, is in the craft department.....ok .... thats helpful...considering Im in a craft store. I would love to say something positive about this place because there is a lot of cute staff, but time and time again customer service is pretty much a 0.

With the remodel they cut down on inventory by about 20%. They already had a pretty bad selection now its pointless going in, theyll be missing all or a few of the items you need. Just go to Hobby Lobby down the road.

My favorite hobby store. Since the new remodel it looks so spacious but easier to see where everything is. Still has great selection.

I couldnt operate the scanner to find the price of some beeds and there was no body but the 2 cashiers in the store. When I went to pay, when it finally got to be my turn, one of them took off really fast. You need more people working Michaels!!!

Organized store and good employees, only down side is they sell very repeated items and not much variation in terms of styles, brands, and quality its self.

The store is more organized perhaps due to the remodeling. The selection of craft items is extensive

After the remodel, things do not seem to have a natural flow. Asides are at weird angles, and are harder to find. Where they seem to want to maximize the space, it feels like there is less of everything. If you want yarn, or the latest trendy crafts you can find it easily, but if you are looking for anything else be prepared to search and find very little. It might even be in a couple of spots on opposite sides of the store. Im hoping they are not finished with the remodel layout, but not holding my breath.

Love this store but, I only like to shop here when they are having a sale or I can use my rewards points

I love michaels for my craft needs but they definitely could use some more employees the line becomes extremely long quick. I come for all my cricut needs but they run out of iron on vinyl quickly.

WORST MICHAELS EVERPoor customer service doesnt even come close. Employee ANGELICA threatened to have my bicycle towed. Can they even tow a bicycle. Dont they have more pressing things to do then harass their customers.I went in to return dried out MOD PODGE.Spent no $$ today.

This place needs to seriously improve on their buy online pick up in store. Ive ordered a few things and by the time they decide to work on the order the items get sold out. Learn from Macys, Target, and Joanns they complete the orders quickly and efficiently. It doesnt usually take more than 2 hours to complete them.

Its very clean, its Disney everywhere, the people are pleasant and helpful. Also theyre covid-19 compliant.

For some reason I thought Michaels had fabric, I was disappointed to find out, they dont. They have tons, I mean tons, of crafting stuff, which gave me some ideas for future projects. Since when did DIY become more expensive than already made stuff? Their prices are a little high for me.

I do not live in the neighborhood, just passing through. A few things were on sale, but overall prices were higher than both Joanns and Hobby Lobby. Will probably not shop here again.

Great looking for sand for filler and needed black . Found exactly what i needed at a reasonable price.

I really had a good experience. The sale price for the shirts I wanted to buy did not show at the cash register. The manager and clerk were very helpful in making sure I got the sale price. I line was long at first but moved fast.

Always a great place, love there clearance isles, one time I went in and found Christmas cards on clearance, I was going in originally to find a paint pen for my sister but soon found out didnt know what I was looking for. the music selection is A1 👌

A lot of things they have to get creative

Currently being remodeled. New layout looks nice. Has had a great selection of yarns I like but the shelves were almost bare and selection was way down today. Yarn on shelves was covered in plastic shavings from remodeling going on. Very frustrating. They have a ton of product in boxes for shelves stacked everywhere which was also frustrating. Friend tried to use a phone coupon and clerk was seeing if it was valid..took her phone and scrolled and scrolled with her bare hands. Hand sanitizer right there and she didnt use it before touching my friends phone. Christmas stuff is out as of 10/22/20 and the paper crafting section is ready but they were out of a lot of acrylic paint selections of commonly used colors they should have stocked. This has been a go to store over Joanns and Hobby Lobby for years but I am seriously disappointed after today. Will check back in a while after construction to see if it has improved.

Didnt have the type of letter beads I wanted, also didnt have deco color markers. Still got some beads though.

I usually love going here. This one time though I went and couldnt find what I was looking for. The store layout is clean and neat though. Everyone is very helpful.

I could spend hours in this store and actually have.

Remodeled, a bit confusing to enter. Store is more open, less crowded with fewer displays. Excellent service from floor personnel and checkout.

On website they claim that they do have push button for pickup but there isnt. You need a help from the cashier to notify the guys who release the pickup order. But Im really surprised how friendly the employees who works there.

They had all the art supplies I could imagine. Customer service has improved.

They always have what I am looking for. Love their seasonal items, picture frames and of course all items needed for the kids school needs. Open during Covid

First time actually paying attention in store, whet for some spray paint. Actually looked around they have an amazing assortment of still for different projects check them out. They have a price match guarantee you could take advantage of if you figure out how it work considering Michaels is somewhat known for high prices.

For having a somewhat long line in customer service, the older or more mature women kept the line moving, she also called for help when the line got long, I was last in line.

Pretty good, although prices are pretty high and the place is usually packed.

I was able to find the perfect 11 x 13 frames for my kids graduation pictures. Had a very reasonable price as well.

The waitress mentioned they dont serve sushi on Wednesdays????

Love Michaels but todays shopping trip found their holiday stock limited compared to other years. Having said that, Michaels still remains a favorite.

Michael reorganized their store, the flower selection is very small. I will not be shopping at this store.

I was there two days ago. I appreciate that all the employees were wearing masks, and wearing them properly. I did notice that a huge number of their shelves were completely bare and the selection of some items was very depleted. I didnt find the item I needed even though the website indicated the item was available for store pickup. There were almost no customers at around 11am, maybe because it was a weekday. There was only one customer at the registers besides me. Im afraid Joanns and Hobby Lobby are really eating into their business and Im so sorry to see that because I really love the usual selection at Michaels. Im hoping this is temporary and Ill once again find the long but fast-moving lines that I hope will reappear as the holidays get closer.

Way too overpriced just like all of The Craft stores; Its not like its any different at Joanns. The only thing that keeps them afloat is their coupon deals. And even then youre paying way more than you would from Amazon or elsewhere.
