This place had gone downhill since it opened.When it first opened, every tea is freshly brewed from tea leaves freshly sealed in can. I am not sure if the cost had went up or what, but the tea clearly taste less aromatic than before, indicating the quality of the tea leaves have dropped.But overall is still a fairly decent milktea spot.

My favorite bubble tea place in warm spring. I like how they make teas using the special tea machine from Taiwan to get the heavy taste of tea out of leaf in such a short time. They can customize your order to your like in sweetness, ice..etc . This is really the place to go if youre looking for bubble tea, not bubble sugar water as most bubble tea stores.

Magical. This must been how it felt to witness companies like Apple and Amazon grow into the giant they are today. Tea Island is also in that same vein, but still remain humble in these uncertain times. If there’s one word I can describe this tea institution, it would be consistent. From time immemorial, tea island has been making top quality beverages and continues that excellency today! I’ve been coming here since I was a young practicing wushu, and I will continue to come here when I have offsprings, who I am also taking to Wushu practice... probably. This place would feed me, when I worked across at the bakery nearby. They’re not shy about giving grass jelly, and that grass jelly has sustained me and propelled into the person I am today.Five Stars

Having traveled to many different states and tried many milk tea shops, the price and quality is by far the best in my opinion. You can actually taste the tea in the milk tea, not just the sugar and milk.

Best boba place in the Warm Springs area!Out of the 7 boba places located within a one mile radius of this place, I think Tea Island wins in best tea, taste, and overall drink. I think their boba isnt that great but its not bad either. I come here simply because they do have the best tea! They brew the tea fresh using one of those espresso machines but modified to brew tea. You can also see that they use less powder and more fresh ingredients which is always a plus!My new favorite here is their roasted oolong milk tea! I usually get it with 50% less sugar and light ice. I love the taste of their roasted oolong tea. You can smell and taste that the tea leaves have been roasted and it enhances the drink so much more. While a lot of the milk-tea places offer milk tea that tastes like chocolate and poured from a jar, Tea Island uses good tea leaves and brew each cup fresh. Fresh milk is also available if you dont like creamer.

By far my favorite tea place (and Ive visited upwards of 20 around the south bay). The matcha milk tea and milk green tea are great, but honestly any of the choices are fine. I would also recommend the fruit teas.

Mediocre milk tea, but pearls are really good (not too syrupy) and the red bean milk ice is also very good. Cash only. Awful service attitude consistently.
