Kadence would text and email me a reminder. i enjoyed quick delivery and such a nice reminder service. Sometime, i need to talk to staff whose explanations are always quite clear and often impress me a lot.

I’ve always maintained Kadence has been the best thing that’s happened to me ever since I changed from their competitors. They are timely reminding me of my quarterly requirements for my Bi-pap machine despite the pandemic and I am more than satisfied with their service.

Quick and Easy! After my insurance explained to me that Kadence was an option for my Medical Supplies, I phoned them. From start to finish, everyone that I communicated with, was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and very informative. They even gave me the price using my insurance (yet, would apply towards my deductible) and not using my insurance (which was a lesser expensive cost, in my case). Their prices are very reasonable and their inventory has quite the variety. I love them and will use them again!

Kadence is without any doubt THE WORST medical supply company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have now been without consumable supplies which I urgently need for more than two months. I originally contracted with a small company in Los Angeles and the employees were excellent. Kadence acquired the company and it was a fast downhill slide from there. Plan on spending your time on hold every time you call this 3rd rate company. Do not expect your telephone calls to be returned, and no e-mail is answered even though they admit receiving these. Today is 10/20/2021. Summary: 8/19/2021 voicemail from James Wu Well try reaching out to you tomorrow. That was the only communication from them and I am still waiting for a call. 9/3/2021: e-mails sent to owner Dennis Oberst and Greg Kahn CEO. No reply. 9/9/21: e-mail sent to Jacob Swoboda. I called him and he confirmed receiving the e-mail, stated that he was busy and promised to call back. I am still waiting for a call or a reply. They do not even try to deny it when I wrote to them that they are a 3rd rate company. The e-mails were sent with software which is able to confirm that they were received. All Delivery Receipt Requests were ignored. Kadence are buying the mom-and-pop suppliers and apparently trying to become a regional mini-monopoly. This allows them to get away with the incredibly inferior service which they offer. I will try to find a competent company to deal with.

Ive received competent, accurate, honest, and efficient CPAP service from Kadence for five years. Supplying DME must be challenging, given the urgent and critical nature of health care. So other companies have lots of complaints. Kadence is simply good. And I am grateful.

Avoid this company at all costs. They hardly answer the phone. They dont call you back when they have you leave a message. They and the hospital are arguing about paperwork. Two weeks later I decided to pay hundreds of my own dollars to get equipment that was needed two weeks ago for an elderly patient with cancer. Driver shows up with only one item. Hospital bed is on back order for weeks more yet no one told me this and they still took my money. Wish we had called another company.

Kadence is awesome. They always refill my moms CPAP supplies on time. If I forget, the agents call and place the refill order. The products always arrive on time.I had tried two other suppliers in the bay area and all my calls on the status of the refill were either being answered by doubtful agents who did not know the status of things or agents who could not help me. They took so long that the prescription expired and I had to schedule another doctor visit to get a new prescription for my mom. But now with Kadence I am all set.I came across Kadence by talking to a sales representative at an annual health fair at my workplace. He did not work for Kadence but he was in the fair selling CPAP machines. When I told him about the other 2 companies being not helpful he suggested Kadence. I wish I could thank that representative because he saved me so much time!

I think Kadence Healthcare is working with a call center now! I placed an order online and they tried call me. I could not answer in this moment and called back. I was expecting to talk to their answering machine again except this time some real person was taking my call! I finally placed an order with Kadence successfully! I hope this trend to more service continues.

I have never dealt with any other CPAP company so my views are limited. They initially supplied me with a Dreamstation when my script said ResMed but they very quickly corrected my order after I contacted them. After one week I am very satisfied with Kadence performance!

This is a horrible company. They took forever to work with Medicare and I had to pay all costs out of pocket because of this. Finally changed to a different company and they had things set in 24 hours. Often times Kadence would not return calls. VERY STRESSFUL, during difficult medical times. Then they billed for items that had been returned and wouldnt credit for unused oxygen tanks. Do not use if you can!!

Do Not Use these people. They screw up orders. Then try and blame you and medi- cal and everyone else, when the blame falls squarely on them. Twice they submitted my paperwork incorrectly and even though medi- cal sent them letters telling them what to do to correct the problem - which they claimed they never received and I told them what they needed to do to correct the problem. They ignored both medi-cal and my instructions for vcd what to do to get this completed.

Have never experienced worse care and service. For a company that serves individuals who are frail, elderly, and disabled, it’s unbelievable. The first bed was the wrong product, and delivered incomplete waiting weeks for a technician. It’s never been used and they have provided no options for better products. We have been trying to get it picked up for two months with no return phone calls by the technician or company.

It took several months to received the product; for a company that sell medical devices this is totally unacceptable. Moreover they send you more supply that I as a patient, i did order and bill the insurance company.When you bring to their attention that the rule from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) that if you received item(s) that were not order it is a gift and you do not have to return it. The CEO of the company tell you no it was an erreur and you have to return it. I am placing a call to the FTC and will them deal with it. For my opinion this is abuse and highway robbery .

Absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with. I ordered cpap supplies in November and now its January and I still havent gotten them. I call and have a difficult time speaking to the person on the phone, Absolutely difficult to deal with and no help whatsoever. If I could leave negative stars I would.

They NEVER return your call. I had to leave an urgent voicemail and lied saying my sons ventilator was broken and I was manually breathing for him with an ambu bag in order to get someone to call me back. (I dont have a son on a ventilator). They are the WORST.
