I spent 8 years of my work career with this company from October 4, 1999 to October 4, 2007. When I arrived, the company was at the height of its glory with 110 employees and great sales in the US and all over the world. When I arrived at the company, it was the two month anniversary of my leaving a homeless shelter in San Jose. When I left Telewave, I owned a town house in San Jose and a home in Pacifica. I have gone on to run my own company and make a good living. Telewave always produced solid and dependable products that held up under the worst possible conditions. I was honored to work with a great team of people including the CEO Ray Collins (now deceased). I saw the company go through hard times during a recession of 2002-2003. They bounced back. I was especially proud of my contributions in the area of selling autotune combiners to domestic and international cellular phone companies. I was promoted to international sales manager. On my last month of service, I set a sales record with over $600,000 in sales, I am glad to see that Telewave is still surviving.
I was looking for a very unique broad range antenna. I found telewave, i called them and they took care of my order fast! Thanks!
Products are ok. Leadership and management is really poor. The CEO runs it like a semiconductor company and its sinking.
Cool place to work !
