I usually go to this store i liked their service before. I order for box of ice cream to go, the boy over there did not fill it properly and it was so much empty and also he gave me that box without bag. Sometimes, they charge spoon and cup too I will never recommend this store. It happened so many times. They should focus on service. If you want to experience worst service go there

I love Baskin Robbins but this location is not a good one to order esp via uber eats. I am writing this review in few mins as soon as my order was delivered.Ordered placed on May 4th at 3.38pm, Order #35B1EWe ordered a banana boat and a brownie sundae. They only sent us banana boat and did not call and ask for replacement for brownie sundae. I have paid tax, service fee, Ca driver benefit and tips for this delivery and without any consideration they failed to send an item or notify me earlier.Banana boat was missing hot fudge and we found a tiny hair in the ice-cream..disgusting. This shows that they are not hygienic. Pls dont order from here anytime and esp during COVID.

We tried to let the store manager, Yen know about the concern with employees not wearing gloves nor hairnets just as a FYI. Yen instead briefly acknowledged our concern and sent us a long paragraph on why BR lifted the use of gloves. We saw one of our ice creams slide off one of the employee’s finger. Sounds rather very concerning especially during the pandemic if you ask me. We even saw her hair dangling over the ice cream as she scooped. Poor management response but nice employees, just should take another look at the health and safety protocols.

I tried the non-dairy ice cream and couldnt believe it! Just as good as any dairy ice cream I have had. I bought a scoop and after eating it I bought a large hand packed to take home.

Rating is for this location. Great ice cream, but you never know how late theyll stay open. Both Google Maps AND their door sign say theyre open till 10:00pm. This night I arrived at 9:15pm. There were employees inside, but they locked the door as I approached to enter. They told me, and others trying to get in, that they were closed. Disappointed!!

Arrived at 8:49 and they were already closed!There seem to be 2 employees just chilling sitting on the counter where they make our food. I ask for the manager due to them being close so early. Some Latina short black hair didn’t have a uniform has the audacity to still argue with me bad bad service I want the GM email or something I’m not leaving this unattended

Called to ensure they were open because covid-19 has everything closed. Some guy answered I asked him a question and he hung up in my face. I called back 5 times and he didnt answer again. Like if you dont like work dont come to work get a new job. If I know who you were Id call you out personally since I cant, this entire store sucks and will get bad reviews on a regular basis until I see different type of attitude

Good service, typical Baskin Robbins. Good variety of ice cream. And now they list the calories for each flavor. In the spring, they have great customer appreciation deals. They will also send you a birthday free ice cream email. I love mint chocolate chip. Most of the flavors are made without egg.

Ive been going here for many years. Certainly not a fancy place but friendly staff and great selection of my tasty favorites! If youre watching expenses, wait until the 31st of a month when single scoops are about 1/2 off.

Great place to enjoy ice cream. They have so many flavors to choose. However, it could get pretty pricey. 2 scoops in of ice cream on a waffle cone is more than $5. Gone are the days of $1 scoops with cone. Anyway, service was nice and very friendly. Almost worth the pricey scoops.

Wonderful flavours, welcoming staff, sufficient seating space .They have nice selection of ice cream cakes as well. All in all a good ice cream parlor.

Of course the ice cream was good. But, the two young staff members there were really nice and polite. They promptly greeted us, asked if we would like to sample anything and helped us efficiently. Nice work Baskin Robbins!

We love this tiny Baskin and Robbins. You can order cakes and get hand packed quarts here! The customer service is already curtious and friendly. These guys really know what theyre doing.

Cute little B&R in this stop mall. Parking is a pain and there is minimal seating, but the ice cream is good and the employees are nice.

They have cappuccino shakes! Yummy. I added 2 scoops of salty caramel to a large caramel cappuccino blast shake and was absolutely delighted!
