Was Great experience! Had very fast service

Love this place perfect for smokes, quick drinks or snacks, or anything else you would need. Employees are great however Ive had a couple miscount my money when I clearly counted it over and over and knew what I had.

Won’t cash in scratch tickets they sell that are over $20 prizes?! I won $110 and they said they won’t give out more than 20. What a joke

Gas pumps dont work half the time and almost never any paper to print receipts. Twice now Ive activated at the pump with my card only to not be able to pump gas or cancel transaction. Management onsite is indifferent and refused to give me a regional manager phone number. Absolute waste of time, Cubbys is one mile north, has no alcohol gas and everything works. Also, the restrooms at Cubbys dont stink

I tried to pay for 25 dollars worth of merchandise with a 100.00 bill and was told that they couldnt make change and had to leave. Wow. Just wow. Cant change a 100.00??? With gas being 2-3 per gallon and it taking 30-40 to fill up and you cant change a 100.00. Shortsided.

This place is a joke!! They tried to charge me $2.13 for a drink that was clearly marked $1.69 and Lynn the so-called manager said thats how its ringing up in her system.... Worst customer service Ive ever experienced the manager is a straight joke whoever hired or needs to be fired or she needs some training customer service training..

The bathroom sink doesnt drain, the paper towels are not in the holder, soap dispenser rarely works, toilets & walls are filthy. Trash is overflowing, & covered in stains. Cigarette ashtrays are next to the main door, cigarette butts are swept under the wood piles. Floors in the Back rooms are wet & stash. Counters are covered in pop and slurpee stains. Soda machine parts are constantly layered in soda.L8 This new building has been neglected & needs help. It was a great place. Employees are nice, however, every worker needs to pull their weight.

Took 25 min to fill diesel pumps worked same last year find somewhere else to get fuel

I am a regular at this gas station and NEVER had any issues until now! Last night was homecoming so I picked my kid up at the dance and swung by kwick shop on the way home to grab a nacho on the way home, I prepared our nachos and went to check out only to find out I am being charged a extra $1.10 for putting cheese on our nachos! So if Im mistaken Nachos include cheese otherwise you would be buying just chip! I gal at the register exclaimed that this was now standard policy! Now I dont blame her I blame kwick shop and cooperate greed! She was just following policy! Now I work in retail too and I understand turning a profit and standard mark- up procedures. But this is a little extreme!

I come in to this location on a daily basis. I think the customer service is good, besides that past few months, there is one employee that is completely rude. This girl wasn’t even helping me at the counter, and she said we were out of black and milds when I’m looking right at them?!

Don’t really care for this gas station. I always feel judged and alot of people seem to loiter around inside the store. I almost never come here for those reasons.

I hadnt been home in quite awhile so I wasnt expecting to see such a huge change since the last time I was here ... looks great ... a lot easier to get in and out of ... still friendly service too!!!

The people who work day shift here are rude af and miscount money. Night time people are cool though
