Ive called this service center 3 times today and they dont answer the phone during normal business hours. The service department doesnt even allow you to leave a message. The sales floor phone menu requires you to know an extension in order to leave a message, bad for business. I want to purchase a tesla and find out delivery details that are not on the tesla website. The local Tesla shops refer you to call the delivery centers for details on vehicle pick-up and will not assigned further. Guess I wont be buying a Tesla.

Nothing outstanding. You get you car delivered in a tent. The factory tour was nice but we got nothing unexpected or hyper modern. Not more robots that in other high tech car factories compared to germany. Have you seen Ford that this looks more modern.

Went to what was an orientation for new owners, where they showcase the features of vehicles, sort out finances, and have models to check out in person. Staff were helpful and on top of everything.

Read a lot of negative reviews so I was a bit nervous on how this was going to play out. Appointment was set for 9:30am but I got there at 9:05. 9:15 comes by and I sign paperwork and walk to the car. 9:30 I drive off a happy customer. Easiest car buying experience by far.

What a nightmare. The whole process has been disastrous as many others have stated. Had a scheduled appointment to take delivery of a model S. Wasted several hours of my life driving to the delivery center and waiting, only to find out that the car isnt even HERE! How does the sales advisor not know this? How does the delivery center team not know this? Its mind blowing.

My experience was really pleasant here. The guy driving out the cars talked to his manger and got us the adapter we needed even tho the center was closed and it was contactless delivery only. There was two ladies at the corner of the building that was very rude and dismissive but the guy getting out of his way to get me the adapter really made my day

I am going to cut Tesla some slack and give it 3 stars instead of 2. We showed up about 20 minutes before the appointed time on a weekday. The car wasnt ready for another 2 hours. Then, at inspection, it had to be brought back to service for adjustment. Nearly another hour was gone.To avoid potential disappointment: give yourself plenty of time to wait; dont expect a spotless car; read the users guide beforehand.

Finishing up beginning of delivery process for TESLA MODEL Y!!! Expecting handover in about 3-4 weeks, but want to “try on” the model with eyes, hands, butt, lower back, ears, smell, TEST DRIVE, etc. - Demand Full Sensory Experience before signing! All I’ve seen I’ve seen on a screen! Still no showroom models to be had anywhere, so patience is key, as is Anything with Elon Musk! But Brother Elon always DELIVERS in his own space-time dimension and we are all grateful for what awaits us. To the Future - and BEYOND!!!

Great experience! I arrived early for my appointment. Within a few minutes we started the process and a very short time later we were on our way. Our car was spotless and waiting for us. We arrived home with 7 miles of charge left on the battery. Whew! Love the Tesla! Thank You Elon and the Tesla Team!

Called at 530 for scheduled delivery. Its 8pm and the car is not ready. End of quarter sales are crazy. Try to avoid this time if you have low patience. Luckily my trade in car was still with me, so I decided to go for dinner.I would suggest to add 3 to 4 hours from the delivery time alloted to really pick up the car.

I had multiple issues with my deliver. But just to save some space on this review, Timothy Nevada is the best go to guy. He was the only one there I spoke to about delivery, handling deliveries, discussing with a third party loan, and even kept in constant communication with attempting to assist me in getting my Tesla.

I was helping a friend take delivery of a previously owned Model S Tesla. They were very busy and the process took over two hours. We arrived early and it took them an hour and half after our appointment time to wait on my friend. My friend loves the car but Tesla needs to ramp up their process to make it more efficient.

Very poor customer care. The place was very crowded. We had an appointment for our cars delivery and we waited 1h40. The car was dirty and dusty. We asked for a quick cleaning. They did it promptly then they showed us how to open the car with the card and thats all. No instructions, no information. But the car definitely was worth waiting for it, it is just perfect.

I think I went at the bad time. Close to holiday and the center was too busy so service was not good. I was told to drive my new Tesla away from its original parking space and check the car on the street by Nathan who delivered my car to me. He told me nothing during the hand over. I have to ask questions. I dont recommend this customer service.

No prolonged back and forth on price and other long drawn out negotiations like at other new car dealers. Only negative was a delay in receiving desired vehicle due to factory build time. This is a great place. They do everything to make your new car pickup delightful. They are there if you have any questions. They never mark their vehicles up with the big demand for them like other dealers. They never need gas or oil. What an amazing choice to have.

Worst delivery center. Not helpful.If you call, they barely pick up the call. I had left my expensive sun glasses in a car and they called me to pick it up and as I was out of town, I couldn’t come back for 2 weeks. After that, they are saying they donated it. They need to improve the customer service..

The showroom was the best part. Very professional, enthusiastic people greeting you right when you get into the warehouse. You basically go in, get some tea or coffee before you see your car, then you do some paper work and then you get the car! Simple as that.

This is a new building I think so. Picked up my model S on dec 2017 and overall a great experience. Best part was in an out in less than the time you take to watch a movie but more enjoyable and exciting (obvious). They have a full fledged expression and coffee bar which was nice. This was definitely a experience which I will remember for a long time.

We were the last customer to receive their car on this day. And it was sprinkling outside with no cover for the handover of the new vehicle. So to be fair it was a difficult situation. We did not really get much explanation of the features or functions of the vehicle.The vehicle was not ready when we arrived at the time we were asked to be there. One thing that really was wonderful is how easy the paperwork was. Everything was prepared and ready to go and as expected. The staff was kind.

We had to wait an hour over our appointment time to start the process and then our paperwork was incorrect. Luckily we had downloaded the app, found the car, and customized everything so we could head out as soon as the ink was dry. All told it took us 2.5 hours. Service was unapologetic. Do yourself a favor and take delivery or go on a weekday if possible.

I had to make a last minute change, with a very tight deadline, to some of the details of the motor vehicle purchase agreement. I was very lucky to have worked with Alexander Ascencio, a delivery supervisor, who came out promptly on a busy Saturday delivery day to assist. He was very accommodating to my short time frame and was able to make the necessary changes within 30-40 minutes. He should get some real positive, credit for being so helpful.Be mindful that weekend delivery times are quite long, even with a rescheduled appointment. Plan to wait up to an hour or two past appointment time (potentially) to see the actual vehicle. They gave us an advance notice before our actual delivery date. Offered us to check in the day of delivery, then step out, and grab some food. They would call us back when its actually our turn.

I am so disappointed in Tesla. After a great experience at Walnut Creek test driving and ordering, the service has been terrible. My deliver advisor Gio would not return emails or phone calls. Had a question about finance and emailed them to get no response. Spent hours on the phone trying to get answers with no one knowing what was going on. Showed up on pickup day and spent nearly 2.5 hours because I had scratches, scuffs and misaligned bumper on my dirty new car. At least have it washed. I was told I would talk to the service manager and after waiting forever, nothing. I got an email address. Everyone I complained to just said sorry and moved on. No accountability or follow through. Picked up in Fremont to do a factory tour and Jamie with Fremont tours has been the best in helping us schedule our tour, that we missed because of the issues at pickup. Then issues with charging when I got back home and after an hour on the phone Tesla referred me to an electrician when I was told my charging situation would not be an issue. Completely unsupported through this whole process. Amazing car tainted with these multiple terrible experiences. Try another pickup center and good luck

Weve been sitting for the last 5 hours in tesla after waking up at 4 and driving 7 hours to make a 1 oclock appointment that they decided to ignore. And now Im calling my family to explain why we have to spend new year hours away in a hotel. By far THE WORST service.I would give less the 1 star if I could, Ive never been more frustrated in my life. If you can somehow skip this hell hole, I highly recommend you do.

I took my car delivery from this facility. Very friendly staffs and eager to help. Dont hesitate to ask for help. It also have 12 superchargers for long distance travel use.You can arrange a test-drive by phone or online. Of course, the cars are amazing. I have a Model X and I wont drive anything else given the same price point. To fill up the tankat home, it costs me $9 for 260miles. Go Tesla!

If your expecting your key fobs in a fancy box, don’t take delivery here. I had my S and X delivered here, both times it took 3-4 hours to sign paperwork and get the car. I didn’t have them go over features as I taught my delivery person more about the car he was trying to teach me about. I love Tesla overall but this delivery center is the worst.

Spacious entry and waiting area with mini coffee bar. Vehicle delivery room is expansive, dark with limited down lighting immediately over each vehicle stall. The overhead lighting offers a dramatic presentation, but very poor lightning to carefully examine the entire car and I would rather have the vehicle presented in a well lit area. The vehicles are parked on these area carpets where the edges curl up causing a trip hazard. There was no working charge cable what so ever, so there was no way for the client to try first hand to properly complete a successful cable connection. The walkthrough was very cursory, limited to major systems. My car was poorly detailed. The delivery specialist wasnt aware of updates to features, unaware of terms of AT&T modem service. I expected to see some form of defect list where I could note down surface and functional defects that I would want the service dept to commit to addressing, none was offered during the walkthrough. All I was told that all I needed to do was to contact the service dept (after accepting the vehicle), which IMO leaves an uncomfortable feeling. My prior experience of picking up a vehicle at a Lexus dealership was much more thorough, much more satisfying. Dont get me wrong, the Tesla S is an awesome car, but I expected my delivery experience to be at a much different level.

Bait and switch! They take your money and disappear. I ordered Model 3, got a VIN from Tesla a few weeks later, sent full payment, and when I showed up at this Fremont facility, they tried to put me into a USED CAR, even though I paid FULL RETAIL for A NEW CAR. I refused delivery and Tesla made it impossible to get a replacement car and/or cancel and get refunded. Couldnt get people to return calls, answer phones, email, etc. - STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND!!! At best, they violated California Vehicle Code section 11713(t). Tesla is completely disorganized and dishonest when it comes to delivery and their customer service is astonishingly bad.

Great customer service, they sell Tesla gear and clothing. The only thing is I wish they would have had tea bags, cream and sugar for the coffee that they offer. But I shouldnt be drinking coffee any way so it is ok!Also they only charge Tesla batteries half way. So that sucks since we had to drive 45 minutes away and I had range anxiety so I drove to a super charger on my way.

We arrived for our appointment and were told we would have to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we were still only half way to our turn. Why have an appointment.Additionally, the car was only 1/3 charged so by the time we got it home we could not drive it.I’d expect better for a car this expensive.

Very poor experience picking up our Model 3 exactly as others have reported.No one greeted us when we walked in, so we just calmly stood and waited. The concierge looked up and just said “please be patient”. No welcome, no hello.When we were finally taken to our car, we had a confusing scatterbrained overview of the car that no one in my family really understood. But the car is pretty intuitive, so we just went along.As we were leaving, my wife spotted a defect in the paint visible under their warehouse lighting. We were sent out to the waiting area while they had someone try to buff it out. 30 minutes later, they reported it would not come out. I told them I could not except a car with defects and was told I had to discuss it with the paperwork guy.15 minutes later, the paperwork guy, John, came out. I explained that I couldn’t take the car and wanted another one, but he said I would have to talk to my sales guy and there was no guarantee I could get another car anytime soon. I asked to see my sales guy, and was told that the sales team works in Nevada. And of course they were not available on a Saturday.John basically told me to take it or leave it, but if I took it, promised to immediately send an email to the service center to document the paint issues and request that the fender be repainted or replaced. I gave in and handed over the money, then John took off and didn’t help us again. I had to track down someone helping another customer and ask them to help us get into our car so we can leave.Once outside, we finally got to see the car in natural light, and found multiple paint issues. We were very unhappy, but had no one to help us so we left.John never sent that email and has not responded to the multiple emails I have sent him, but I was able to make an appointment with the service center. I am now driving a full-size gas guzzling loaner SUB while my brand new car is getting repainted.Well I’m happy with the car itself and still want the best for Tesla, this was a pretty horrible way to kick off a long-term relationship. Tesla badly needs to ramp up their customer service and professionalism or they will be hurting once the cool factor wears off.

No one obeys the stop signs or other traffic signs. People speed like crazy, putting others lives in danger. Even security does does not obey stops or other traffic signs. Lighting in the parking lot is bad it is hard to see people walking around. I understand it is private property but if you hit or kill someone cops are going to come after you. Reckless driving law still applies to private property, just be aware!!!!

This is the review for their showroom and customer service. We went there to check Tesla Model S and X. Salesman was not particularly interested in showing us around. Id prefer to give negative stars if possible. My car was supposed to be delivered a week ago. They have rescheduled it so many times and even now they havent given me a concrete date. Delivery Advisor says Fremont Delivery Center will take care of it. Those people say they dont have information. There is a manager called Ashley who is totally useless.

Ive been a tesla fanatic for years, so I hate to give a 2 star rating. But need to be honest about my experience. We waited an hour and a half beyond our appointment time because they were backlogged. Out of coffee; only pretzels and water to sustain us. The car was at 50% charge. Seems rude to deliver it without a full charge. Start me off with a range issue, but thats okay, theres a supercharger in Los Gatos near where we could get dinner. But no, we couldnt get it to work. Called the roadside support hotline, only to find they are backlogged too. At the time Im writing this, weve been in the roadside assistance queue for an hour.The delivery rep was great though. Very helpful, friendly, and professional.But overall, definitely not the awesome new car experience I was expecting.
