Its been several years since I actually bought a car and leave it to me, when I find what I want, the best option is in California, 1700 miles away. They listed it on 7-31 and I put a down payment on it on 8-1. They overnighted paperwork to me and I had it on the 3rd. With Shipping and etc, I got my car on the 18th and I couldnt be happier.Luis, Mohammed, Skylar, and everyone else there could not have been more helpful, patient, and understanding. They stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, even after the paperwork was done and we were just waiting on shipping. Great experience. Saw holiday sale post online and want to check out & test drive, did not think of exactly buying a new car at that moment. But they are very perfectional and answered my every single questions patiently. I tested 3 cars, and I determined to get the one l like mostly on same day.
Do not buy here. Leased a brand new Mercedes here only to have the check engine light start coming on intermittently from Week 1. My car has been to the shop four times already in under 3,000 mi. They were not able to influence my local dealer to take care of the issue, not able to provide an adequate loaner, not able to pick up the car in time to diagnose the issue, or fix it when they got the issue to finally occur. The one time I had it towed to them right away and had them look at it, the check engine light came back on the next morning after I got the car back. Then they deferred me to mbusa for returning/exchanging the car as if they have nothing to do with it. Every time I call here, I have to talk to a different manager as no one wants to take ownership of this issue. Meanwhile Im still paying monthly lease on a car I had in the shop for close to a month altogether already and miles on it from going back and forth to the dealer...Dont make the same mistake I did.

Deplorable Service in the recent year. I had previously purchased 2 vehicles and had a good experience, but under new management I have been extremely disappointed. 1. During the purchase of the vehicle the sales person didnt show up and delegated to someone who didnt know what I needed. 2. I was double charged for my lease turn in and had to fight for weeks to resolve it. 3. After sales support was nil as I had issues with registration and was ignored and had to go to the DMV.Will not purchase from Fletcher Jones Mercedes of Fremont again.Mercedes is about quality vehicles and service. The service part was missed at this dealership.

Dody Abshir was a super salesman. He followed through with my car ordering process and provided frequent updates while the car was being built and shipped. The entire purchase process was handled by him alone without interfacing with any other staff of the dealership, except the finance manager (who also excellent) for the payment/turnover of the car. I never had that kind of experience with other dealerships in my past purchases.
My family recently purchase a GLS 450 from Fletcher Jones in Fremont and our experience was outstanding. Special kudos to Lena who helped us find the right vehicle we were looking for. I am a long time MB owner, and a long time customer of Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz in Fremont, CA. All cars in last 20 years have been new so the service experience was inconsequential. I guess the real games dont start until you come out of the service contract. Here are recent experiences for both my vehicles:1. GL450. 2013 model. Lightly driven. At 60K service in March 2021. Included multi point inspection (MPS), but they either missed the glaring fact that the Transfer Case was empty. No oil, nothing. OR someone emptied it and forgot to fill it back up. Loud sounds started in April. Became worse. Informed them and still in let me find out mode. Got an estimate from another mechanic: $6000 to replace the Transfer Case.2. E350, 2014 model. Parking-brake had become lazy. Would not come back up unless I pulled it up by hand. During regular service six months ago, the service advisor quoted $650 to replace a spring. Suspiciously expensive so I googled and found good YourTube videos showing WD-40 at the right points solves the exact problem. And yes, it is a common problem. Took 15 minutes. $650 saved. Its been six months. Spoke to the service advisor and he still calls it a temporary fix. A metal spring becomes temporary with WD-40.... who knew?I dont want to go to Mercedes Benz Fremont (Fletcher Jones) for service again.

Merc Benz was waving 5 payments on Lease so I just called MBFremot to find out details they were ready to help me with next car, I had already fixed my mind to buy GLB as my next car since it was in the News. On looking at the car and test driving I loved it, no difference in driving experience between my original C300 and this GLB250 but I love the interior and the upgrades to the interior for more or less the same cost. Also the optional 3rd row is good for big family ( I did not want it though) but the cargo is so huge so that you can go on a camp and sleep in the trunk with the beautiful panoramic moon roof open staring at stars.All in all experience at the dealership particularly Gabriel Kohan helped me through the process from test drive to purchase I will give a rating of 10/10 to him and the dealership.

Terrible experience bringing my car here. Service advisors work off commission and it shows. My car was there for a week and they didnt even inspect it. I called and they had no record of my car. They pushed me to get service done there and when i told them i wouldnt get the service they were very rude and short with me. Do not bring your car here.
I worked with Muzamil and Obaid (financing) and the experience was more than exceptional. Right away I let them know what I was looking for and that I also wanted this to be a pleasant but quick and they delivered. I got a great price on the car that I wanted and Obaid even added on really great additions to my package. When I am ready again I will be coming back for another Mercedes. Thanks guys!UPDATE:While the sales experience was stellar, my first service appointment experience has yet to leave me impressed. I had an appointment at 8:30AM last Saturday. Yes, you saw that right. THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT ON A WEEKEND. I get there, and the guy who can do what Im there for only works Tues-Friday. So why schedule me for the weekend, IN THE MORNING, if they do not even work on weekends. I was also told that I can come on the following Tuesday for the same type of service and I just needed to call the service manager-who gave me his card. I called yesterday and only to find out the service manager was not working yesterday and they can only accommodate me to come in NEXT THURSDAY!With the level of service I received when purchasing the car I assumed I would continuously be in good hands but I guess not.

I got a lease deal with this dealer. The whole process was very smooth andinformative. My preferences were well heard and I was given the right options to choose from. I felt making a good choice at the end of the day. The dealer also proactively scheduled a service appointment with me.I was going to give a 5 star, however based on my recent experience with service department, it seems the same service standard is not applied across the site. Here are details.- On the day of service appointment, I dropped off the car. I was told the car would likely be ready the next days morning, and I should return to dealer with the loaner car on 6pm the next day (the loaner contract said the same). Crystal clear. No problem.- Around the next days noon, knowing I needed to return the loaner car by 6pm. I called to check my car maintenance status. I was told to wait for a call back in 5 mins.- After 15mins of no notice, I called again to check the status because I needed to adjust my afternoon schedule to meet the 6pm deadline. During this call, I was told actually have 24 hours after the car is ready to pick it up. And they acknowledged the 6pm deadline was misleading (even if it prints on contract). I then decided not having to change my schedule in the afternoon to meet the 6pm deadline.- An hour later, I got a notice of car being ready to pick up. I asked on the call Do I have 24 hours to pick up the car?. Instead of directly answering of my question, I was told I have 24 hours to pick it up since I dropped off the car, and was asked when I dropped it off. I got so confused, and explained I was informed earlier the day that I have 24 hours after the car is ready to pick up. They then agreed to give me 24 hours window to pick it up. I was interrupted when I was trying to describe the situation, and then they rushed to a Bye and dropped the call.I understand that its normal to have small glitches in the process and miscommunication can happen at times. However, in this case, a problem of service provider has caused confusion/inconvenience to a customer, while not any sign of apology/acknowledgement of failure was shown, giving me the impression of I was looking for trouble.P.S. If Fletcher Jones sees this, please do not blame individual staffs for this.

12/5/2020, leased 2021 GLB 4MATIC12/13/2020, check engine light on while driving on highway12/14/2020, fixed at dealership, picked it up in the afternoon, check engine light on again in the evening12/15/2020, fixed at the dealership. later realized that clock is no longer accurate. was told this being a common issue2/2/2021, battery in remote dead! was able to unlock the vehicle by app, but the vehicle cannot be started of course. got stuck for 2+ hours until spare key sent over by friend.2/3/2021, changed battery at dealership.3/2/2021, battery in the same remote is dead, I changed a new battery.update:after above post, I was contacted by them to send in the vehicle and remotes for diagnosis and repair.3/16/2021, dropped the car and the two remotes at the dealership,3/17/2021, got the car and remotes back from dealership, was told that the software has been updated and problems should be fixed. again, was told this being a common issue.3/22/2021, after I took off for the day and walked to my car, I could not open the door by dragging the handle, had to used press button on remote to open the door.3/23/2021, battery in remote completely dead again, in 20 days.please help me contact Mercedes-Benz to get a replacement car for me. Then they can have my car back to do whatever research they want to do. I do not get a new car to visit the dealership on a monthly basis.

I was looking to purchase a GLC 4matic and was dreading the car purchasing process as I hate dealing with sales tactics. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Luis Rodriguez at Fletcher Jones. His priority is customer satisfaction. He was very sincere and empathetic, which I really appreciated, and he never used the common sales tactics many car salesman use. He made sure that I could use as many discounts that were available to me as possible (like the United discount, which no other dealership mentioned to me) and the price negotiation process was managed very well. Despite being very busy the day we bought our car, he was very communicative throughout the process, following up with everything he said he would follow-up with. Its rare that I never have to chase people. He also followed-up after we drove the car home to make sure we were happy with everything. The financing process was well organized. Id highly recommend this dealership overall and Luis in particular!

I don’t like their service. We were very disappointed after getting the car delivered. Car didn’t have all that I was promised for that price. We Denied the delivery. They bought some time, but no one called back or enquired about it. Then I realize that they bought some time from to cancel the deal by myself as they didn’t want to gave all promised specifications for the car. I just wasted my few weeks of time for no reason
I was going to buy a car that was serviced at this center. I had a carfax report and for some reason one record 70k service had missing data about transmission fluid change. I just wanted to confirm if transmission fluid was changed. I called them and asked if they can pull the service history of that car. I was shocked hearing what they told me: We dont share that information because it is confidential. Are you kidding????? Guys are you aware that I can pull the history from Carfax report? And what is the confidential? At what mileage the oil was changed??? Very unprofessional... Guys please learn from official Mercedes services how to work. When I get this car I am not going to service it at your service even if you pay me!

UPDATE: I am updating my review based on my recent experience with Fletcher Jones of Fremont.After my last review, I was reached out by Mr. Kimo Sanchez from Fletcher Jones. He expressed his sincerity and provided me his full attention to listen to the bad experience I had earlier at Fletcher Jones of Fremont. This is very important to me, A Service Manager is like the doctor for my car. Because having my trust broken once had left me in a situation where even going to a new dealership for future services of my car would have always kept me in doubt what if the same story would repeat. Therefore, I appreciate his time and willingness to hear me out and recognize the trust issues which I had faced with the service manager assigned to my account earlier.Mr. Sanchez asked me provide another chance and bring back the car to Fletcher Jones of Fremont for a thorough inspection to eliminate any doubts and fix all the issues to date. He also assigned a new Service Manager Mr. Ron Reyes to my account who is a very patient human being and listened carefully to my concerns. This time my car war thoroughly inspected and the issues were mentioned in the report with clear information, rational for what might have caused the issue and recommended solutions.Mr. Reyes and Mr. Sanchez also made sure to confirm that if any of the repairs were covered under warranty or discount those are applied right away. Additionally, Mr. Reyes ensured that he communicated all the details to me personally over phone. As a customer this is what I expect to be done because the sincerity of my service provider plays a significant role in my trust and reliability on them, not only for the current product but for future purchases and a long term relationship. After all, we live in a community where reputation is build by Word of Mouth and we hope to have someone to call as Our Goto Person/Brand in almost all sectors of our lives.I received my car yesterday, after all the inspections and repairs. Not only once but multiple times (at least 3 times that I am aware of) had there been discrepancies in the Invoice, Inspection Reports and the parts replacement in my vehicle. I was able to catch the discrepancies couple of times and brought those to the knowledge of the Service Manager responsible for my vehicles service. But, there has been no improvement in behavior and insincerity regarding the service and customer experience. I am not even sure whether the Service Manager is even verifying whether the engineers in the workshop are doing their job diligently. The problems and discrepancies have been so frequent and obvious that even a normal person could notice them, but disappointingly Fletcher Jones team seem to not care about it at all that I had to go through same experience more than twice. (Had to delete the details of specific instances because of words limit)
Found my long lost brother, Marvin Ledesma! Frankly, I do not enjoy engaging with sales personnel but the warmth and respect that Marvin presented to me would only be available in a family setting. My experience with Marvin was alike chatting with a family member; no pressure and definitely did not feel like a sale transaction. It was a double-tier success story. Not only the purchase process was delightful and swift (great deal); Marvin and his team were brilliant! More importantly, it was the human side of the story. As we tend to judge and self-protect but Marvins genuine care for my interests had allowed me to see sales personnel with a new refresh view. Due to COVID-19, its prudent to negotiate via email / phone / video conferencing. With Mercedes Fremont, they dont seem to want to do that. The moment I email them to negoatiate, they stopped responding.You can try emailing them to negotiate and see for yourself.
RAY AND FAME are the BEST!!! Go directly to them. I am sure that the other guys are good too, but from my experience they were efficient and honest. They knew exactly what we could afford and didt try to keep adding fees and extra options. They explained everything to us and kept us within out budget. They were not pushy and aggressive. We originally leased a mercedes in Oakland for three years. The price was crazy, the interest rate was high and the extra charges were ridiculous. When we decided to return the car, we went to Fremont and ended up leasing a brand new mercedes, for way way cheaper for more years. They took care of our old mercedes and we didnt have to do anything. Our family is soooo happy with the new car. Mercedes cars can be for anyone. You dont have to be super rich to have one. I will NEVER go anywhere else but Fremont. Go directly to them. Its too bad some people at other dealerships take advantage of innocent people. But in Fremont Fletcher Jones mercedes if you were with RAY the manager and FAME you will be treated with respect and honesty. Thanks RAY and FAME!!!!!!

Muzamil was very professional and has a great customer service. I know for sure that they gave us the best deal they can offer. Usually it takes about 3 to 4 hours negotiating with car dealership to get a good deal but with Fletcher Jones, we were in and out just for a short period of time. Ray was also great in showing and explaining us all the features of the car. I would definitely recommend Fletcher Jones to my friends and family who’s in the market for Mercedes.

Pretty disappointed to say. I had purchased an older Mercedes that wasnt certified (Bad move on my half. Ill never trust FJ again). I had asked for the initial inspection report and they said they were getting it and we had done all numbers and got it ready to be financed. Sure, theyre not required to give me the report but dont say you will and not give it to me. After the papers were signed I had asked where the inspection report was, and to this day I still have yet to receive it. I wish they were more upfront about it, but I found out today taking my car in for a service B that there is a leak thats going to cost me $1900 out of pocket for it. I can see why the inspection report wasnt given to me because there is a good chance this was on the report. Sad to see that a business would do this just to make a sale. Shame on me for not doing my due diligence. Ill know better but FJ MB has lost my business and Im hoping no one else gets ripped off like this. Terrible.

I have owned several Mercedes vehicles during my life time and have dealt with a couple dealerships and as a result I strongly recommend Fremont Fletcher Jones location and dealing directly with Marvin Ledesma. Marvin was professional and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the car I was interested in purchasing. He answered all my questions and explained all the differences between the two models I was considering. I am so thrilled that my experience went so smoothly, and I was able to trade in my existing Mercedes and walk out the door with my new dream car at the price I was extremely happy about. Neil spent a lot of time getting to know what features were most important to us and weighing pros and cons. His honesty, experience, and patience helped us find the right vehicle and deal and weve been extremely happy with our new GLB!
Sean Lee was great, honest, genuine, kind, empathetic - everything a girl could want when buying a car. Not shady, not an opportunist, just a good guy that knows his way around the company. The company has great prices and they are reasonable, meeting you in the middle. Financing was honest and AJ is a great guy. The service manager was also a very cool guy. They took a chance on me, I think it will pay off. I took a chance on them, I think it will pay off.
Mercedes class buying experience. They went above and beyond to get me the car I want. Gabriel was our sales associate, he was very knowledgeable and easy going. AJ from financing got us a very good loan. They value their customers, I highly recommend this dealer.

Excellent customer service
Had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with these guys. We were given a monthly price for a lease (which they said they would work towards with their finance) on Saturday. We agreed to come back the next day and discuss further. On Sunday, we went back, took another test drive and looked forward to further discussing the offer with the hope of closing. We were surprised to hear from them post the test drive that the price had increased by more than $109 per month. Even more frustrating was the fact that the senior manager who gave us the offer on Saturday didn’t even come out to explain anything. Instead the junior rep who was showing us the car communicated the message. It was obvious she didn’t know much about the details and was as confused as us as to why it went up so much. It was also disappointing that they knew the night before the original price they quoted us wouldn’t work but didn’t bother to call and let us know. Had they done that, we wouldn’t have even gone to the dealer again on Sunday which during a pandemic is risky itself! We went because we were serious about the offer but obviously they weren’t serious about selling it to us.In fairness, the senior manager called me later and apologized for our experience. I appreciate the apology but am still baffled by the overall unprofessional experience. Needless to say, probably not gonna buy from these guys ever. Not that it makes a difference to them, they’ll still have many buyers that fit their bill, guess me and wife just don’t fit their “buyer profile”. It is what it is. Hope the rest of you have a better experience with them.To Fletcher Jones - thanks for the call back, I do appreciate it but it doesn’t change anything. No need to for a canned message here hoping I will come back for a better experience in the future. It’s pointless, I’m never buying from you guys.

Had an excellent experience. Just popped in to get a feel for the size of a few models and ended up purchasing a car I love. Luis was fantastic to work with - courteous, knowledgeable, honest and not too pushy. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. I havent yet worked with the service team, but if theyre as good as the sales team Ill be a lifelong customer.
