All I can say is WOW!!!!! Ordered an 11lb Prime Rib Roast all seasoned up for Thanksgiving and it was FANTASTIC!! Came with instructions on how to cook the perfect Prime Rib and it did not disappoint!! Thank you Chris and your team!!

Average service, but HIGH priced.Stopped in to get some Bottom Round to make jerky, probably $2/lb over the market.Didnt even offer to trim it.Ive been a retail meat cutter for 20 years, would never let a roast out of my shop untrimmed.Never again!!!

I just wanted some skirt steak they said that they could get me some, but I would have to buy the whole case . Someday they may learn what costomer service is
