Its not a good police at all there is no respect and no customer service I was trying to buy my furniture from here and the Google app is showing is open until 8 pm. I was arrived at 6:30 I was trying to check all the sofa from the back and the guy was close the store on me and I forgot my phone on my car the call emergency I dont know why and how the clothes store before the closing time and he saw me I will keep watching everything to figure out which one I want and you are as close as store on me and just leave I was super scared and thats not fair Im not going to come back again on this location no respect no customer service

Placed an online order for delivery. The product was not in stock but they called to let me know and provided an ETA. As soon as the product was in they called and scheduled the delivery. The delivery driver texted me to confirm the delivery date and time. He contacted me 1 hour prior to arrival to provide an ETA. He was 15mins early and did a great job assembling the furniture.

Sunny at the Fremont store has been very helpful throughout the furniture process and delivery. The store has many furniture catalogs and can check availability/status pretty fast. They helped me put together and order well priced, stylish, good quality furniture for 3 rooms. The delivery guys were polite and quick in assembling all pieces to my liking. The delivery guys even gave me good tips on mattress choices, box spring options, fabric care, and even style recommendations. I did have to wait a little longer for some items to arrive and I’m still waiting for few more, but given covid-19 times and issues, it’s possible the delivery delays aren’t in the stores control. What counts more is that Sunny did his very best to right the issue and make up for the inconvenience. Their customer service and effort to make up the delays was outstanding and extraordinary, they really went beyond in giving me some peace and establishing great relationship. I would definitely buy more furniture again from sunny in Fremont and recommend others to buy from here too.

I purchased some furniture here, because they said they have stocks in warehouse. But I am waiting for my order for almost two month. I called so many times to ask delivery ASAP, but the store said they will call me back after checking the available delivery date and they never gave me a call back. Dont trust this store. You will waste your time.

My husband and I both love our new living room set. We both fell in love with it. Its very attractive and comfortable which was key for us. My fiance and I came into Furniture Direct after hearing their radio advertisement. Furniture Direct & team were great to work with - patient and very knowledgeable. They were able to guide us in selecting the perfect bed to fit our new space. Everything from size to color! What topped the experience off was the professional delivery service. Dont order from here unless you want your time wasted. I was told that everything I wanted was in stock and that itd be delivered this past Sunday. I waited all day Sunday and never got a call from anyone. I called the number provided in the email I received at almost 2 PM. I believe I spoke to Son. I was told that my items were picked up by the truck driver and that he should have called me for an approximate delivery time. Son said he would call me back after contacting the driver. About an hr later he called and said that he couldnt get ahold of the driver, but would try again on Monday and call me back. Its now midday Thursday and I still havent heard from anyone. Ive left voicemails and sent an email. This experience has been very unprofessional. I figured that I had nothing to lose since I chose the pay in cash option, but its been a complete waste of my time. I could have used this time to look elsewhere.

Delivery was slightly late, but they brought the boxes up the stairs and into my living room for me. They also price matched to a site I found selling the same model, so I got a pretty good deal considering free delivery.It seemed like the cheaper options on their website were not on display in the store. All the stuff in the store is a lot more expensive, so I ended up buying the model l wanted without being able to see it. I would still recommend going in to be able to negotiate a lower price

I had a very good experience at Furniture Direct especially with Sunny, I had a problem with the table that came with the set but Sunny promptly replaced it and delivered as promised on time.I would highly recommend this place, very nice and courteous delivery people, overall extremely satisfied.

I wish I had listened to the other 1 star reviews of this place before I tried buying anything from them. The owner lied to me multiple times and wasted my time. I ordered a bookshelf from them and was given a delivery window between 2-4 PM the following Saturday. Saturday comes and I had not received any confirmation, so I send a follow up email to Son to find out if they were still coming so I dont waste my whole day waiting at home. He told me he had to reschedule because one of his trucks broke down and could he come at the same time next week. Im a pretty understanding person and so I agreed, although I was disappointed and had not made any plans for that day in anticipation of the delivery. The following Saturday, the bookcase was delivered, although my delivery window was changed when I, again, confirmed it. When I tried to put it together though, I quickly found that it was missing 1 of 3 metal frames to make it stand. I called the store and they told me to text Sons cellphone with a picture of the missing part. I never heard back from him all weekend, but gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was Easter weekend. Come Monday, I call the number and ask when I might be getting my part. Son said he never got my message and had no idea that I was missing a piece. I knew he was lying because his texts had a READ RECEIPT on them. What an idiot. He told me that it would be ready on Saturday of that week from 2-4 PM. Saturday came and went and no one came by to drop off my part. At this point, I had already wasted THREE SATURDAYS waiting for this stupid bookshelf. When I asked him what was going on, he said that he had been sick and that my part would get there no later than Tuesday and asked if he could drop it off when I get home from work. He backtracked and asked if he could ship it once I let him know that I dont get home from work until 7 PM. I consented, like a moron, and had him promise to send it when it got in expedited and with a tracking number. A whole week passes and I have no part, no communication, no tracking number, no response to my emails. All this time, Im trying to find a solution and am calling the manufacturers in order to get the part because I felt like I had just lost $200 to these MFers. It was clear that the part wasnt coming and I had wasted 5 weeks of my life waiting. With some creativity, I manage to find the missing part, but had to pay extra for it through a different retailer. Randomly this last Friday, I get an email saying that Furniture Direct was coming to my house on Saturday to drop off my new desk. WTF. I never ordered a desk. I didnt respond as I had plans and, frankly, I dont care if I end up wasting their time. Lo and behold, they show up at my place while I wasnt home, calling and texting me that they had my part, which I no longer needed. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF GIVING MY MONEY TO. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Their staffs are treated like professionals. They have extremely good quality of furniture for high class in acceptable range. Over that they were very good to us.

This place is a joke. I got three brand new table that didn’t fit properly. They sent someone out here to put it together and they couldn’t put it together. Sunny is a liar. He said that he was going to make sure the table was able to be put together and when they came the guy dropped it off and it didn’t fit again. I got a refund but after two and half weeks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place

Ordered a bed frame via Let Go though them over 2 weeks ago. Thia was supposed to be delivered last Saturday between 3-5 I messaged them and no response. Finally I had to leave and they called me at 630 smh...I gave them a 2nd chance to deliver yesterday and again no delivery. They never responded to my messages last night. Absolutely terrible and just wasted my time. I would not recomend, youre better off ordering from Amazon

These people are liers there cool until they have your money i bought a sectional couch and dinning table which they brought in boxes and didnt inform me that id have to put it together myself at time of purchase he only informed me of the extra charge of 40$ to put together as he was rolling these giant boxes into my living room . I also order two bar stools that he told me would be there in a week its been three weeks now and until today when i ask them whats going on he says friday. I told him just give me my money back because i refuse to wait another week and now there saying they will have them tomorrow. I was going to buy a bed from them but ill take my money else where.

This place is a joke. Bought and mattress from here and the plywood was so thin that attached to the bed. We had to go Home Depot to get better wood and attach it. We tried to let them know the issue they were having, and they said they would send someone out to our house! Yeah we are still waiting... And the man at the front desk is a total joke and rude. Will never do business here again...

This business if you can even call it that is a JOKE! I ordered a Cal King Bed from this business/SUNNY after coming across them on Craigslist. He promptly said that he would have the bed in 2 weeks. Great. Its almost been 2 weeks and I havent heard from him so I reach out and ask if they will be delivering 4/7/18 since thats the 2 week mark. Sunny made plans with me to deliver this item between 1pm and 3pm. My husband took work off and my dad came out to help set the bed up. Literally 30 minutes before 1pm Sunny texts saying he would not be coming as previously agreed??????ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!You make a plan with a customer that has already paid you and then make a plan to deliver on a certain day and time and then give no courtesy whatsoever or thought that we made plans for this delivery and then never show up. Long story short my husband ended up cancelling the order and we got refunded our money via Paypal which I paid with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUISNESS AND DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY STAY IN BUISNESS WHEN THEY HAVE PAYING CUSTOMERS AND THEN DONT SHOW UP!
