This was our first time visiting Beauty Spot Salon. My daughter had senior pictures that day (9/20/21) and we went to have her hair, eyebrows and make up done. We were blown away by the amazing and professional work performed by Samira. Not only was she a talented person, but she was friendly and had my daughter relaxed and looking amazing for her pictures. We will definitely return to this salon.

Worst place to get the hair color done. This people are cheaters they apply wrong color and will say you w li will see right color in couple of days and in case you see any issue they will fix it. BUT wait this is how they cheat. They will never fix it, they take whole money and refuse service saying that they can do it. In my case I trusted my credit card dispute team that they would be able to help me but when credit card folks reached out to them they mentioned I never raised any issue and shared my signed receipt the one that I signed as they promised they would fix my hair in case I am not happy with it . Wait think and they go this place they are real CHEATERs and also they cost higher.

Fine salon. But I don’t like their waxing services that much. Their wax doesn’t remove all the hair. Place is clean and tidy.

This was first time ever getting my eyebrows done and Jassi did an amazing job. I was nervous at first because I have thick eyebrows and didn’t want them to be too thin, but that was not the case here. I loved my experience there and would definitely go there every time I want my eyebrows done. In the future I will also go there for more than just threading such as there facial. Totally recommend this place.

Ladies! DON’T get yourself RIPPED, and I mean literally.I wouldn’t recommend this place for waxing. I came here to get cleaned up before a beach vacation and explicitly told them I have sensitive skin. Geeta did my wax and ripped off my skin so bad it’s been burning the whole time after a whole day and numerous coats of coconut oil and aloe.She left patches on my hands. After realizing the damage that was done to my skin, they offered me $10 discount on a $200+ service.She also colored my hair and did a great job with the hair but somehow managed to drop color on my pants and patches of color on my face.Not going here for WAX EVER AGAIN!!

I think your experience depends on who attends you as there are many good reviews here. But the person who attended me somehow screwed my sideburns along with facial and bleach. I won’t recommend this place. This was my first and last visit.

I did eye-brows threading from them, and Nila is best at her work. I am very picky when it comes to my eye-brows, and I am highly satisfied with their service. I also did the hot oil massage, and it was good too. I would recommend this salon to everyone, especially for eye-brows.

I am very picky about my eyebrows. So i was on the fence about trying this salon. However it was worth it! Nila did an amazing job. I will definitely go back.

I went for My daughters hair cut and she asked for bangs along with haircut. Thats it all that she got is only bangs without any hair cut, the person who cut my daughters bangs didn’t even consider trimming her hair. I was waiting for hair cut it never happend. She pulled few hairs on frontline and cut bangs and said you are done. Then i ask her to give hair straightening service, she did a very poor job in that too. I straighten my hair on a regular basis, I do far better than this. I never recommend this anyone nor I will go another time.

The most satisfying salon experience of mine in these many years of stay in the US. The ladies were kind and well spoken. I got my haircut, styled and eye brows threaded. Sameera is a very talented stylist and I am in love with her work! Give yourself about 1 hour for this kind of service and about 10-15 mins wait time without appointment.

The only place I trust with my eyebrows. A girls eyebrows can change the way her face looks and this place does a great job! I have been going to them since freshman year. It is conveniently located and offers the best price.Would definitely recommend this place.

I came here on Monday for the first time to get a haircut and was very pleased. I got my haircut done by Sameera and she did not disappoint. I will definitely continue to come here for the great service.

I go here for eyebrows, and waxing. I also got my haircut done once. They are good and friendly. Their work and finishing is neat too! They also offer water. Overall their service is very good! The place is also very spacious, well lit and clean.

I get my Brazilian wax there with Nila shes great. She has a awesome way off waxing, where she have us helping stretching the skin and it is almost pain free. Highly recommend. She does perfect eyebrows as well

This is my first time at the salon and I clearly mentioned to Jessie to leave some extra lines as I wanted my eyebrows to be thick and long . She said okay and went ahead and did a complete clean up and removed the extra lines (which I growed ) making my eyebrows thin and short .Later she said sorry but that won’t Make my eyebrows any thicker.Please understand the likes of customer before performing the service .

We need to admit that the people here are very hospitable, kind, and highly professional and very very skilled. The place has great ambience. We have used their services for film shoots and were left very satisfied and i highly recommend the place.

After waxing had itchy.

I used to get my eyebrows threaded at Beauology in Fremont but discovered this place! They do a wonderful eyebrow threading job for almost half the price of Beauology! I am definitely coming back here for threading. The woman who threaded my eyebrows was very meticulous and did a beautiful job!

NILA IS AMAZING!!!!!! She listens to you and makes you feel amazing. She was so welcoming. She takes her time and doesnt rush her work. I love her! I will be driving from Oakland to have my eyebrows done by her.

Not impressed with their service at all. There was another lady waiting ahead of me who seemed to be a regular customer, the owner asked her to wait for another person instead of the one who was free. That should have been enough to make me suspicious. The lady who did my threading was slow and seemed very unsure of herself. She managed to accidentally cut the edge of my lip, which has never happened to me in 15 years of getting threaded. My eyebrows were shaped unevenly, stray hairs were missed. The pricing might be good but I am not going back here

I got threading upper lips and eyebrows done and also waxing half leg and underarms. Very professional, clean environment and calm and soothing. Highly recommend.

Got a facial and head massage done at this parlor. It was a fabulous experience. .both ladies ..Radhika and her coworker were extremely pleasant, professional, courteous and friendly. My skin felt and looked like a million dollars after the black Diamond massage. The facility was clean and welcoming. Looking forward to going back for other services as well.

I had a hair cut. I wanted front layer with bangs and trimming. The trimming was fine but the layer was not up to the mark and didnt got the bangs as the lady who was cutting my hair told me what she did is good enough. It feels like I payed $25 just for trimming/ It seems she was trying to cut my hair as soon as possible. There is a thing called customer satisfaction I dont think she dont understand that. Not going thee again.

I was walking by and spotted this new place in the area. Very nicely done up. I asked for a haircut and beard trimming and they immediately got me seated for the service. The staff is friendly and the place is super hygienic. I admit I have OCD and beauty spot salon surely is greatly clean and sanitized. Really impressed! Thank you Beauty Spot Salon. Shall visit you guys everytime now.

Norrien has just started here, and she does an absolutely amazing job. Shes been cutting my hair for years in San Mateo, and I couldnt let anyone else butcher her work. Definitely come and see her!

Excellent service at this salon. I have been going there for a long time. The new administration is equally as good as the previous one or maybe even better. Neetu is an amazing person and does the best threading ever..very gentle. Radhika is very sweet and does excellent facials!

Getting eye brows done can sometimes be upsetting if the person who does them messes it up. Ive been here 4 times and had nothing but ABSOLUTELY GREAT EXPERIENCES/ SERVICE here with my eye brow threadings. Very clean salon with friendly staff. Keep up the good work ladies!
