Staff was super attentive. Asked if I needed anything. Was able to be in and out with all that I needed.

Store was a little messy and untidy. Hard to find things that I needed. Website was inaccurate about what store had in stock. Paper plates were horrible. The coating came off while we were eating off them. They were going to sell me mylar balloons without a weight so I bought a weight for $2.30.

It was a quick shop for a graduation balloon. Service was extremely good and I was in and out with in 20 mins. Great place for ideas for party.

The party theme is Harley Davidson & they dont have anything that is motorcycle themed at all. Trying to get orange & black supplies was harder than I thought. They only have the tableware in colors. There are no banners or center pieces. So I have to do a split theme which I really dont want to do.

Many, many helium balloon options on the wall; although, what they actually have in stock is limited — come with five or six backup choices. Otherwise its a clean store with several party theme choices.

Ok place, employees arent too friendly. But I did get one that was the last time. They seemed bothered by a customer who was trying to decide on what balloons to get for their one year old son.

Very bad service, they are accepting cash only coz of some server issue and also the service is super slow. It took 1 hr to checkout 1 item. There are employees standing in the isle but not ready to help with checkout.

Everything was really clean and organized and I like that. I also like the staff who are very quick to get through the line and help me out with balloons. The service was great and accommodating and I didnt feel any sense like other places to hurry up and go.

After covid the items in the store is reduced drastically.

Not enough people working. Ordered curbside pickup, waited for 15 minutes after notifying of my arrival - nobody came out. Went inside, waited again in line. Finally a guy helped me. The 2nd star is for the cordial customer service, otherwise it would only be 1 star.Advice to shoppers - dont bother with the curbside pickup. Just go in and shop as you normally would.

Its fun to visit Party City with kids.. they enjoy the small n cute collection of favors.. n many more things to keep them busy.. gives Parents quick window to shop, what they came for 😀

Great attitude. Very helpful staff. My wife was panicking with picking the right balloons for my daughters surprise grad drive by and the girl who helped her was super patient and very accommodating. Great experience end to end. Keep it up party city (Fremont hub) !!!

Got there for curbside pickup. Waited 20 minutes, while seeing other people receiving their curbside order. Had to call and inquire about my order before it was brought out to me. Id rather take my business elsewhere

Placed an order to fill some balloons that I wanted them to inflate and paid to pick up later in the day. I went to pick them up and found out they gave my order to a different customer and them not knowing who gave them away. They took no responsibility or gave me an explanation. Not coming back to this party city

I like the place, but they cant keep a single stroller from being stolen. Its hard to carry many items without a stroller.

Love visiting this store before each party. Very nice idea to have party items like balloons and small candies in one big place. Of course it has many more useful nice party things.

The biggest concern I have is the number of active counters. Though they have 5 or 6 counters I always saw only 1 counter open no matter how many people stand in the line. The counter layout is also wrong. They should make it easier to go out of the store instead we need to run into the incoming line to go out.

Struggling with stock

Came here to buy balloons and my account was charged $57, but the receipt that came out was $9.99 and has wrong items listed. Since we need to come back the next morning to pick up the balloons, we asked for the right receipt as we will need to show it for collection. The lady manager came out and went back to the office to print out the right receipt and didn’t return for 45 minutes. When we asked for her, she eventually came out (still without the receipt) and asked us why we were “rushing her” and told us it is not her fault that the wrong receipt came out. I was speechless. Couldn’t believe she is the manager of the store. I will never come back to this store again.

I always love going to party city for most of my party and get together decors and necessities. Nice variety with good staff.

All the employees were supper friendly, very helpful and quick. The store had a huge selection. Even though other party citys were sold out of the costume my daughter wanted.

So many color options! But I feel like theres a lack of styles. Mostly simple, modern aesthetics.

This review is for the manager of this branch, by the name of Ruby. We bought some items to be picked up the next day, but after payment, the receipt that came out was for a different customer that has nothing to do with my order. Having nothing to claim the goods, I asked for a reprint of the receipt but none of the staff was able to or knew how to. Ruby, the manager, was asked to help but when she came back with a printed receipt of my order 45 minutes later, she reprimanded us for rushing her and asking her to do the job she was not supposed to. I was speechless and asked her back how it had been that we rushed her when her job was to make things right for the customers at the branch she’s in charge of. Then she got more mad and we asked to know her name to report to the corporate. She refused to give her name (and did not also wear the name badge) but we only somehow got her first name. She is one of the worst managers or basically one of the most unpleasant persons I have ever dealt with.

Great party supply store, they have a big selection of things youll need to throw a party. From kids partys to adult partys. The prices are good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great store with tons of variety. Many themed party items like masquerade, western, grad, birthday, 50s, etc. Tons of hats but mostly black. I gave it one less star, because its still a bit expensive for plastic items, but thats expected for any store besides Dollar Tree. This store is huge and should have what you need otherwise call ahead.

I walked in and was walking around the store talking with my friend and this lady walked up to us and told us its time to get out I had asked why, and she repeated herself, not giving me an answer as to why we were being kicked out. I got a pack of party hat, blow outs, finding then was very hard. After that we wanted some heart and star shaped balloons. I had to wait in the line 15 min to request that. And the lady came back and said she does have the color I wanted. I didnt find them very friendly. It took me over half hour to get a pack of party hats, blow outs, and 4 balloons.

The staff at this store especially at the counter are so lame and unethical they can ruin your special day just like that they literally ask you 5 times about the order you have come to pickup and then they handover you the wrong items and then you get bad ratings from the customers you are delivering for make sure you always check the balloons because the staff is so tired they sometimes give you less blown balloons which i personally experienced a way thanks to the staff to ruining my ratings

Good store kinda liked it. You could see it had alot of things for a good party but it felt like being in a funeral home. Unfortunately for me ive been in quite alot of those and even they were more kively than this party city. Go in grab what you need and leave cause youll start to feel bummed.

This is your average party stuff store. Large selection of mostly cheap costumes, accessories, decorations etc. We were specifically looking for a bow and arrow set to complete a huntress kids costume, unfortunately the two options available did not for our needs.

They were out of inventory and we were told to go 20 miles far away to get something as small as $2 worth.

Collection is very good but the store is super expensive, it needs to reduce the prices if it needs to scale or last longer
