This is a pretty terrible company in my one experience trying to get equipment from them. I made a reservation on their website for a weekend drop-off of a car seat at my brothers house when I was visiting from out of town. The website accepted the reservation with no warnings, sent me a confirmation email, and made a placeholder/pending transaction on my card for the total.Sounds easy and all set, right? Not at all.The day of my arrival comes and theres no delivery of the car seat. I try calling and emailing Little Luggage and I get no response--just leave voicemails on a messaging service that is not even clear is to the right place. I have to go out and buy a seat that I will have to now sell.Someone finally returns an email on the following Monday (after Ive gone on with my vacation with the new, purchased seat) to explain that they do not complete deliveries on weekends.First of all, what? you dont think people travel and need this stuff on weekends?Secondly, setting aside their questionable business decisions, nowhere on the site did it say they didnt deliver on weekends. At no time while entering the dates of delivery in my reservation did the website stop me and warn me that they did not deliver on weekends. Obviously, no actual human being made even a cursory review of the reservation during the 2-3 weeks from the time I made it until the date of my arrival to ensure that it was possible for them to fulfill it.Finally, they were impossible to contact to sort out their own screw ups. Days passed before I heard word one in response to my inquiries.Avoid at all costs.
