They give an awesome detailed report with photos when doing the diagnostic report and send it to you digitally. I love that. They even break it down into low, moderate, or high priority.

Cory is AMAZING! The whole team works great. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday, they told me they would be able to start on it that Friday. On Tuesday they called and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to repair. My vehicle was COMPLETELY repaired and I picked it up on Thursday, the day before they said they would be able to start on it!

They were extremely helpful. I do not know much about cars but they took their time and walked me through things I didnt know anything about. My car originally went in for diagnosis. I brought my truck in because it wouldnt start, yet they overlooked a bad starter. They charged me $150 to replace a fuse and repair starter wire that left me stranded within 24 hours and 50 miles. Now, after another tow, they want $550 to fix what they overlooked in the first place.Im very unimpressed.

Coming back into town with a pickup full of water to donate, I ended up with a fast leak in my tire. Took my truck to koplins, and Corey fixed it right away, and given the circumstances he even said it was on the house. Thank you so much Corey! I was able to drop everything off after that with no issues! Wow! Wow! Wow! Thank you so much for the wonderful service. I purchased a vehicle this past year that is 20 years old. Everything was beginning to wear down and no maintenance had ever been done on the vehicle. We took care of a few things that that we could. The vehicle needed a radiator and brake flush as well. I was referred to Koplin.Im so glad I went in. I mentioned when I went in that I needed to have part of the muffler pipe replaced after this and they stated that they could do this work as well. (They ended up replacing another part in the heating system as well... But I have rambled on long enough)The gist of the matter is that they were polite, accommodating, reasonably priced, and offered a shuttle service. I had driven in from Arizona and desperately needed to get some of this work done before I got back on the road this week.Thank you so much to the Koplin team. (After reading this they will remember that Im the lady that talked a lot!)

We had a truck brought in for inspection before purchase, and these guys were fantastic. They worked us in the same day, and were very thorough in the report they sent me. They were also very reasonable on price. Mike took the time to talk the diagnosis over with me and he explained things that I had questions over – he was very personable. I would recommend anyone to go see these guys, theyll take care of you! They helped us avoid purchasing a big lemon.

Alignment tech must be a glorified oil changer. Checked front end 2 days ago and found a lower ball joint with minimal amount of play. Took truck in for alignment and they said they cant align because upper control arms need replaced but said nothing of the lower ball joint on driver side. Brought truck home and checked both sides again. Only minimal play at lower. In conclusion the tech must be to lazy to use some muscle and adjust older camber/caster adjusters. Must be hurting for business and thought Im an idiot.The ball joint that is bad was not even mentioned or included on the invoice. And as far as safety goes it would have been safer to at least adjust my toe so the pickup wouldnt throw itself all over the road. Then inform the customer that there is a part that has play and will need to be addressed in the near future.

I like their setup. I had a doctors appointment and wanted to get my fluids changed. Dropped my truck off and they drove me there. Great deal. Very much appreciated. Even got a free car wash out of it.

I had new rear drum brakes installed on my car and brake fluid replaced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pricing was reasonable and in-line with what I expected it would cost. They did not pressure me into any extra services, in fact I had to ask them to replace the brake fluid. Overall a very positive experience. If I had anything to critique them on, it would be the length of time the service took. I dropped off at 8am and car was ready just before close at 530pm. Not a big deal, and I will definitely go back in the future.

Got in the next day and Cory assisted me with a warranty claim flawlessly. Very pleased, highly recommend.. After a week and some cold temperatures I noticed the drivers side vents were blowing cool air, but passenger side was warm air. Took back in and less than 30 minutes later problem solved. Both sides blowing hot air. Thanks for the speedy service.. Still very pleased..

Koplin got me scheduled for their one hour or under oil change on my lunch break. They took my car around as soon as I was there. They got me out in 40 minutes. The BEST part though was that they fixed my rattley heat shield. Im not sure what they did, but they made it quit rattling. When I started my car, I was so surprised by the lack of a rattle that I had to do a double take to make sure I was getting into the right car. I dont know what they did or how they fixed it, but it means the world to me that they took the time to fix it. Ill be a customer for life.

The only reason I didnt give a perfect score is for two reasons. 1. The final cost was $61 higher than I originally planned on. After they had been working on the car I got a call to up grade my key fob to have more functions. Would have been nice to have discussed this feature BEFORE the car was already being worked on so I could have been more financially prepared for it. 2. When I got the call that someone was on their way to pick me up at my home to bring me back to my car, I waited for an hour after the call. Not something to write the BBB about but was an annoyance just sitting there on my front porch waiting for them to show up. All in all it was a good experience and the car starter was put in without any flaws to its functioning.......which is the most important thing.

This place will take advantage of you if they think you dont know anything. I have a 2006 GMC Sierra and the abs light came on I took it in and they told me it was going to cost me $6000 to fix it they said I needed brakes tie rod ends and ball joints. Since the truck was only worth $9000 I decided not to have anything done. I had a friend look at it and turns out all I needed was wheel bearings. $120 later I was back on the road. I wouldnt recommend going here.

When I got my vehicle back there was damage to the rear bumper and left rear quarter panel. I also had to do a lot of the leg work when it came to finding parts for the repair. Other than that, customer service was good.

Attentive. Willing to explain what is going on with your vehicle. They project a good feeling of honesty.

Spent $910 for new spark plugs and coolant reservoir, one day later my radiator popped. Changed it myself and a milky water came out, took it in and showed koplin, they made excuse after excuse and would not refund me anything and did not see how it was their fault. You cannot put water in place of coolant, all mechanics know this. I am disappointed they could not own up to their mistake and will not be back.They claimed stop leak was put in the system but I did the last flush myself and know for a fact there was no other fluids in my coolant other than the hoat coolant recommended by Chrysler. They also said something about transmission repair but since I got it back it does not shift correctly and there was nothing about such repair on the receipt.

Oh my goodness. Ok a quick note about my experience. November 21st on my way home from Omaha we got to Fremont and blew my alternate belt. I tried numerous people for help with no interest. So stranded in Fremont had to call in laws for help for the night. The next morning a day before Thanksgiving thought I was in trouble at the mercy of the garages in town when a friend mentioned this place called Koplins supposed to be best in town. So I called they said they would look at it and report the damage could possibly take a while as next day was Thanksgiving. Had it towed then went to lunch. With in the hour Tayler I believe called. Checked all pullies and they seemed fine all they needed to do is replace the belt. 20 mins later they called it was done. The bill was less then 100.00. Awesome work guys... definitely THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN

Great place to get your vehicle serviced good people

Our tire was going flat on our Kia Sorento. We took it in to see why it was going flat. We just wanted them to look at it. 45 minutes later they came back in and said it was done and fixed. First of all we didnt ask them to do any repairs on the tire just wanted it looked at. They didnt charge us because of their mistake. Seems like a nice gesture. Problem is the very next day the tire was completely flat. We live 30 miles away. Koplin was not open. I filled the tire and rushed off to Wal Mart for them to look at it. They even stayed open late for us. They said Koplin ground the tire too much and cords were showing bad. They said the patch was no where near where the hole was. Wal Mart fixed it. Called Cory the next day at Koplin Auto. He just had excuses. He said he should have seen the tire. Didnt offer to pay for the repair at Walmart. He said he would have to talk to the owner about it. He said since we werent charged to repair the tire that wasfixed at his shop it really wasnt a concern for him. We did not authorize them fixing it in the first place. Very dissatisfied with the excuses and making me feel like I didnt know what I was talking about. I will choose someplace different in the future.
